포워더의 위험관리전략에 관한 연구 - AHP 방법을 이용하여 -

본 연구는 국내에서 사업을 영위하는 포워더들이 직면하는 주요 위험요인들을 식별하고, 경쟁력 유지에 필요 한 위험관리의 우선순위를 찾아내고, 한국의 경쟁력 있는 포워더들의 위험관리전략을 살펴보는 것을 목적으로 한다. 2014년 당기순이익 기준 상위 26개 포워더의 CFO 또는 관리자들에게 리커트 5점 척도, AHP 쌍대비교 척도 등으로 된 설문서에 응답해 줄 것을 요청한 결과 13명의 CFO들을 포함한 15명이 이메일과 면접에 의한 설문조사에 응답하였다. 본 연구의 주요 결과로 (1) 포워더들이 직면하는 주요 위험요인들은 5개의 위험유형들 과, 14개의 개별위험들로 식별되었고, (2) 포워더들의 경쟁력 유지에 필요한 위험관리의 우선순위는 조달위험, 고객위험, 환경위험, 운영위험, 재무위험으로 도출되었으며, (3) 고객과 운송서비스계약을 체결할 때 노출되는 위험들의 경우, 상위 26개사들 중 외국계 글로벌 포워더들은 고객으로부터의 수익성이 높은 경우엔 위험과 수익간의 상충관계를 최적화하기 위해서 위험관리의 유연성 전략을 사용하는 경향이 있는 것으로 분석되었다. This study aims to identify what major risks are faced by the international freight forwarders operating in Korea, to find out which risks need to be managed with a higher priority to keep their competitiveness, and to examine the risk management strategies of competitive freight forwarders therein. The CFOs or managers of the top 26 freight forwarders based on the 2014 net profit were asked to respond to the questionnaires using 5-point Likert scale items, AHP pairwise comparison scale items, etc, and 15 people including 13 CFOs responded to the survey by either email or face-to-face interview. The following are key findings from this study: (1) Five risk types and fourteen individual risks are identified as major risks faced by the freight forwarders in Korea; (2) The order of the risks based on their priority in terms of risk management is derived as procurement risks, customer risks, environment risks, operation risks, finance risks in descending order; (3) In the case of the risks that freight forwarders are exposed to when they make a transport service contract with a customer, foreign global forwarders tend to deploy the flexible strategies for risk management in order to optimize the risk/return tradeoff if the profitability from the customer is expected to be high enough.

This study was conducted to verify the differences in balance capability, speed and agility according to the type of warm-up exercise for professional basketball players. The subjects of the study are 12 players who belong to the Korea Basketball League (KBL) and have no musculoskeletal injury in the last six months. After all competitors participated in four types of warm-up exercises (SS, DW, DSR, DSP) except for the control group, the measurements were made with a 48-hour difference, measuring balance capability, speed and agility. Analysis of the difference in the right SEBT composite score according to the warm-up method showed a statistically significant difference (p=.017), and post-hoc test showed a higher balance between DSR and DSP groups than NW groups (p=.003, p=.003) Analysis of the difference between the left and right SEBT total mean score showed a statistically significant difference (p=.026), post-hoc test results in higher balancing capabilities of DSR and DSP groups than NW groups (p=.006, p=.003) Speed and agility did not show any statistically significant. Therefore, dynamic stretching is performed on the warm-up program, and the combination of resistance and plyometric exercises is expected to improve balance, which will have a positive impact on injury prevention and performance improvement. Speed and agility are thought to require further research in the future by setting the appropriate intensity and volume considering the increase in strength and the relationship between PAP effect and fatigue recovery time.
