연구 목적 : 취약 X 증후군은 FMR1 유전자 CGG 삼염기의 이상 반복에 의해 발생되며, 모체에서 삼염기의 반복횟수가 많을수록 다음 대에서 이상 반복이 나타날 가능성이 높아짐으로 질환의 발생위험도가 높다. 또한 이러한 FMR1 유전자 CGG 염기반복 횟수는 각 인종마다 차이가 있다고 알려져 있다. 본 연구는 우리나라 일반 여성의 CGG 삼염기 반복횟수 분포를 알아봄으로 취약 X 증후군의 위험율과 보인자율을 알아보고자 하였다. 대상 및 방법 : 1999년 1월부터 1999년 12월까지 가천의대 산부인과 외래를 방문한 정신지체가 없는 일반 여성 1000명의 혈액에서 백혈구를 채취하여 DNA를 분리하였고 중합효소 연쇄반응 (PCR)을 이용하여 FMR1 유전자의 CGG 삼염기 반복횟수를 분석하였다. 결과 : 우리나라 여성의 FMR1 유전자의 CGG 삼염기 반복횟수는 6회에서 50회 사이에 존재하였으며, 삼염기 반복의 평균은 26.9회였다. 하나의 밴드가 나타난 경우는 6-20회 사이는 34명, 21-25회는 325명, 26-30회는 260명이었고, 31-35회는 145명, 36-50회는 3명이였으며, 13명에서는 밴드가 보이지 않았다. 또한 두 개 이상의 밴드가 나타난 경우는 446예 (22.3%)로 대부분 (396예)이 21-35회 사이에 존재하였다. 결론 : 우리나라 여성의 FMR1 유전자의 CGG 삼염기 반복횟수 분포는 21회에서 25회 사이가 가장 많았으며, 35회 미만이 전체의 97%를 차지하여 취약 X 증후군의 위험도는 다른 인종에 관한 보고와 비교하여 낮다고 볼 수 있다. Objective : Fragile X syndrome is the most common form of familial mental retardation, attributable to (CGG)n expansion in the FMR1 gene. This study was undertaken to ascertain the distribution of FMR1 CGG repeat in the general Korean women and to identify ethnic difference in FMR1 CGG repeat number. Material and method : Between January 1999 and December 1999, we evaluated 1,000 low risk women who visited Gachon Medical School Hospital. DNA samples were extracted from the venous bloods by routine methods, and G-C specific Polymerase Chain Reaction (PCR)s were performed to evaluate FMR1 CGG repeat number. Results : Mean FMR1 CGG repeat number was 26.9 (6-50), single PCR bands were detected in 776 cases (77.7%). There were two more bands in 22.3% of the cases. Most of the cases are located between 21 and 35 repeats, especially 21-25 repeats. The pattern of distribution of CGG repeat is dispersed. In 13 cases, we could not obtain the PCR results. Conclusion : Low risk of transmission rate of the FRX in Korea can be expected.

N/A Objective : The purpose of this study was to compare the neonatal and maternal infectious morbidity between single and multiple courses of antenatal betamethasone treatment in patients with preterm premature rupture of membranes. Methods : One hundred seventy patients who delivered neonates between 28 and 34 weeks' gestation after preterm premature rupture of membranes from January 1992 to July 2000 were reviewed retrospectively. Patients were divided into 3 groups on the basis of the following betamethasone exposures: (1) none (control subjects), (2) betamethasone 4 mg IM, IV simultaneously and then 4 mg IV q 8 hours for 24 hours (single course) and (3) weekly administration after initial single course (multiple courses). All included patients received prophylactic antibiotics for group B streptococci. The statistical analyses were done using χ2 test, Fisher's exact test and one way analysis of variance (ANOVA). Multiple logistic regression analysis was performed to determine the confounding effect of the multiple variables those were considered as risk factors for neonatal sepsis. Results : This study included 67 patients in the control group, 60 patients in the single course group, and 43 patients in the multiple courses group. The latency (p=.0001) was significantly longer in the patients exposed to multiple course than the patients in the control group and those in the single course group. No significant difference was demonstrated in the incidence of neonatal sepsis (p=.881) and postpartum endometritis (p=.619) among the three groups. Neonatal sepsis was significantly associated with clinical chorioamnionitis (p=.022). Conclusion : According to our data, multiple courses of antenatal betamethasone treatment in patients with preterm premature rupture of membranes was not associated with the increased incidence of neonatal sepsis and postpartum endometritis.

Although an unprotected CFT column with a high axial-load ratio can be used to secure fire resistance for two hours or less in low-rise buildings, it does not satisfy the three-hour-long fire resistance required in high-rise buildings. Accordingly, so that the unprotected CFT column could be used for high-rise buildings, additional measures for the improvement of its fire resistance should be suggested. In this regard, the use of a CFDST (Concrete-filled Double Skin Tubular) column as a measure for improving the fire resistance of the unprotected CFT column was suggested in this paper. A fire resistance test was conducted on an unprotected CFT column and a CFDST column in real scale, under a load. Through such test, the effect of the CFDST column on fire resistance was evaluated and then compared with that of a variant shape of the cross-section of a steel column.
일정 축력을 받는 콘크리트충전 원형 강관기둥의 내화성능 평가

In this research, the fire resistance of Concrete-Filled Circular Steel Tube Columns (CFT) was evaluated by numerical analysis. As the materials of CFT columns, the steel of SPSR 400 grade and the concrete of 27.5MPa, 37.8MPa strengths were used. Significant parameters,such as concrete strength, axial load, and cross-sectional dimensions were determined. To verify the accuracy of the numerical analysis,the analysis results were compared with the former experiment results. The effect of the fire resistance time, axial load ratio, cross-sectional dimensions and concrete strength was evaluated by comparison with the fire resistance of the square CFT columns. This research showed that the structural behavior and fire resistance from the findings of numerical parametric studies showed a similarity to that of the experimental results. Therefore, this numerical analysis is reasonable in estimating the fire resistance of the circular CFT column. 본 연구에서는 콘크리트충전 원형강관(원형 CFT)기둥의 내화성능을 평가하기 위하여 수치해석을 수행하였다. 강관은 SPSR 400 강재를 사용하였으며 강관 내에는 27.5MPa와 37.8MPa 강도의 콘크리트를 사용하였다. 콘크리트 강도, 작용 축력, 단면 직경을 변수로 설정하였다. 수치해석의 정확성을 검증하기 위하여, 기존의 각국 내화성능설계식들에 의한 계산 결과값과 비교 평가 하였다. 또한, 기존의 실대 원형 CFT기둥의 내화성능 평가 실험 결과와 함께 비교 분석하여 수치해석의 타당성을 검증하였다. 원형 CFT기둥의 내화실험 및 수치해석적 연구를 통해 도출된 내화저항시간과 축력비, 단면직경, 콘크리트 강도의 영향을 각형 CFT기둥의 내화성능과 비교 분석하여 각 영향인자들의 영향을 평가하였다. 본 연구의 수치해석적 연구는 실험결과와 비슷한 거동 및 내화성능을 보였다. 따라서 본 연구에서의 수치해석에 의한 CFT기둥의 내화 성능 예측은 타당하다고 판단된다.

The behaviour of CFT columns exposed to fire is dependent on the thermal and mechanical properties of CFT materials. In this research, the Korean test's thermal properties model of the CFT materials/steel and concrete) is compared with the four model(Eurocode model, AIJ model, T.T. Lie model, J. Yin model) of the outside the country to estimate the thermal properties of the Korea test's model. Using the thermal properties, the numerical analysis was performed to estimate the fire resistance of the CFT structures. We evaluated the actual effect by the thermal and mechanical characteristics of the materials. Through this research, the temperature calculated from test model was overestimated than other models. It is because the thermal diffusivity of domestic concrete test model is the highest. Also, test model was suddenly collapse without sufficient axial deformation. It is because the thermal diffusivity of test model is higher than the other models. And it is because stress-strain curves decreased suddenly after yielding

The purpose of this case study is to reduce the flaw and reconstruction occur at the level of construction by determining the propriety of estimate and error on a drawing and specification at working design level through case studies of BIM application at the level of design review. As a preliminary to apply BIM technology, it is needed to review the drawing, and then it is required to define BIM range by selecting the section in which construction error occurs frequently except for the type of part that is constructed repeatedly. At the execution level, the drawing is reviewed vertically, horizontally and spatially by proceeding structure and finish modeling on the defined BIM range, and also the propriety of estimate and error on the drawing and specification are examined. We aim to raise the completion rate, improve quality of construction, reduce the cost for construction and shorten period of construction by preparing for the error on the drawing and specification in advance through this review procedures.
고층건물 적용 설계사례를 통한 콘크리트충전 각형강관기둥의 실용화 가능성 평가

The purpose of this study is to review, examine and analyze the cases of employing CFT columns for high-rise buildings in Korea and overseas in order to investigate the feasibility of employing the columns for the construction of high-rise buildings. For this, fire-resistance of non-coated square CTF columns was examined for modeling high-rise buildings (10 stories & 50 stories). Fire-resistance of the buildings for which non-coated square CFT columns were used was evaluated using the fire-resistance design equations derived from the previous studies. This study showed that the columns on the upper floors of the 50-story-skyscraper could meet the legal requirement of 3-hour-fire resistance without fireproofing coating. And, it was found that reinforcing the fire-resistance of concrete or employing fireproofing coating outside the columns would satisfy the legal requirement of 1-hour and 2-hour fire-resistance for the middle floors and lower floors, respectively. As concrete strength increases, fire-resistance improves and the possibility of satisfying 3-hour-requirement without coating increases. As span length increases, the axial load ratio on the column increases and fire-resistance deteriorates, which means that the possibility of 3-hour-fireproofing without coating diminishes. Consequently, it is needed to restrain axial load ratio through the proper measures in structural design.
