Home Microwave oven(Samsung, 2.45GHz, 700w) was used to study the heating temperature of the specimens made with Al2O3 cement,50μm, and 3000μm size SiC powders, and the mixture ratio was varied according to the Tertiary Phase Diagram of the three powders. The formability and toughness of the specimens was good where the specimens of the 3000μm SiC powder were in the 40∼60wt% range. and of the 50μm SiC were in the range of 20∼30wt%. The heating temperature was controlled in the 500∼ 1000℃ range with those samples.

WC-6wt%Co hard metal powders were sintered by a 2.45 GHz multimode microwave applicator in Ar atmosphere. Microwave sintering of WC-6wt%Co powder lowered the sintering temperature and shortened the processing time in less than two hours than by a conventional method. Microstructures of the sintered specimen were studied with scanning electron microscope (SEM) and no abnormal grain growth was observed. Mechanical properties were similar to the values of the specimens sintered by a conventional method. Specimen sintered at 135$0^{\circ}C$ for 30 minutes ,hewed 99%, 20.5 GPa and 8.1 MPa$\sqrt{m}$ of theoretical density, hardness and fracture strength, respectively.
비접촉 3차원 족형 측정 시스템 설계를 위한 Device Driver 설계

This paper presents a cost-effective integrated 3D system that extracts the 3-dimensional foot data? to design the custom footwear. To measure the 3-dimensional data of the foot, a CCD camera and a Non-Gaussian laser line projector and optical triangulation method are employed. Furthermore, the integrated system employs a measurement base, a frame grabber, a CCD moving cart, a stepping motor and computer. The measurement result is saved as a 3D dxf foot data and a 2D eccensial data for a last design. The experimental results demonstrates that proposed? system have the descent resolution with 1mm which is enough for last and shoe design.
모드해석과 모달시험을 통한 스티어링 시스템의 진동특성 연구

In this paper, to improve NVH performance of the steering system components, the vibration characteristics of the steering system are studied. Mode analysis was performed with design parameter of the steering sub-component. And to verify mode analysis results, experimental methods using the modal testing and mode shape analyzer were tested for the prototype which had good vibration performance according to mode analysis. The experimental results are compared with those of the mode analysis, and it is shown that the results agree with each other. So through this study by using analysis and experimental technics properly in development process, it's gained to determine efficient design parameter and the effect of lead-time and cost reduction - proto building, making test sample, and so on.

Plastic Worm Gears are used in a. number of industrial application in the automotive industry. This study deeds with plastic(Nylon, PPA) worm gear for assurance of durability and reduce noise and weight reduction. The Simulation of computer is introduced and studied to insert molding on plastic worm gear. Flow Analysis Simulation can save time and error for injection process. We examined the property of plastic gear as abrasion, strengthen, inner void. As a result of this Insert Molding Process, We have enough plastic worm gear to use Automotive Steering Column System.
차량간 통신을 위한 임베디드 하드웨어/소프트웨어의 구현 및 시험

본 논문에서는 선행된 802.11a를 이용한 차량간 통신 시험에 바탕을 투고, 802.11 표준 규약을 기본으로 한 차량 간 통신 실험에 대하여 설명하고, 802.11p의 구현을 위하여 수정된 802.11a를 사용한다. 실제 차량간 통신 시험을 위하여, 리눅스 기반의 임베디드 시스템을 구현하고 디바이스 드라이버와 수정된 802.11a를 이용한다. 앞으로 국제 표준으로 예상되는 802.11p에 대한 실험을 실시함으로써, 북미 및 유럽 지역의 차량 간 통신 기술에 대한 격차를 줄이고, 실제 802.11p가 나오게 되었을 때 어떠한 성능을 예상할 수 있는지 구체적 실험으로써 그 가능성을 제시하고자 한다.
