        Brand has showed up in the industry of the apartment style factory over fifteen years old. In this time, we have to estimate the valuation of the apartment style factory and simultaneously communicate the renewness and reposition to the buyers by new brand naming strategy. Weather the company have a power brand in the industry of the apartment style factory or not has an critical effect for a great success in business. According to the aforementioned fact, this study analyzed the brand naming change of the apartment style factory and then we exhibit the brand strategy and management by market positioning for the companies.<br/> The purpose of the brand strategy in level one concentrate into the satisfaction of the buyer's needs. The purpose in the second level get the product fame. The next level purpose obtain the acquisition of the brand image. And then marketer have to show up brand extension in fourth level. Lastly, if marketer get the performance of the intentional purpose from one to fourth levels, the goal in the fifth level choose the strategy of the individual brand and representation brand.

        근적외선 분광을 이용한 딸기의 당도예측모델 개발

        본 연구에서는 딸기의 당도예측모델을 개발하기 위하여 수행하였으며, 딸기의 당도판정에 보다 적합한 조명장치를 설계하기 위해 조명의 영향을 구명하고, 딸기의 당도예측모델을 개발하였으며, 주요연구 결과는 다음과 같다. 조명방법에 따른 당도 예측 성능을 비교한 결과 4개의 램프로 시료를 직접 조명하는 경우 r(SEP)=0.603, SEP=0.502°Bx으로 나타났으며, 광 화이버로 빛을 유인하여 국부적으로 시료에 점 조명한 경우(광 화이버 3개 사용)에는 r(SEP)=0.715, SEP=0.433°Bx으로서 후자가 더 좋은 성능을 나타내었다. 또한 램프 반사면의 금 코팅 유무에 따른 당도판정 성능시험을 실시한 결과 금 코팅된 할로겐램프를 사용한 경우 r(SEP)=0.837, SEP=0.510°Bx으로서 그렇지 않은 경우의 r(SEP)=0.756, SEP=0.580°Bx보다 양호한 결과가 나타나 금 코팅에 대한 당도판정 효과가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 딸기 당도판정을 위한 최적 회귀모델을 개발하기 위하여 PLSR과 PCR을 이용하였다. 전처리를 하지 않은 경우 r(SEP)=0.860, SEP=0.498°Bx로 양호한 결과가 나타났으나, 가장 좋은 결과는 상기에서 언급된 최적의 조명상태에서 측정된 스펙트럼 데이터에 OSC 전처리를 한 경우 r(SEP)=0.891, SEP=0.443°Bx, LV=14로 가장 양호한 결과를 나타내었다. 한편, PCR을 이용한 당도 예측은 전처리를 하지 않은 경우 r(SEP)=0.845, SEP=0.520°Bx, LV=17으로서 DT 전처리에서의 r(SEP)=0.845, SEP=0.521°Bx, LV=17보다 오히려 높게 나타나 전처리에 따른 효과는 없는 것으로 나타났다. This study was performed to develop a prediction model of sugar content for strawberry. Near-infrared (NIR) spectroscopy has been prevailed for on-line and portable applications for non-invasive quality assessment of intact fruit. This work presents effects of illumination method and coating of reflection surface of light source on prediction result of sugar content. Effect of preprocessing methods was also examined. A low-cost commercially available VIS/NIR spectrometer was used for estimation of total soluble solids content (Brix). To predict sugar contents of strawberry, the best results were obtained with the spectrum data measured under intensive illuminations at three locations induced from the light source with fiber optic bundles. Gold coating of reflection surface of light source lamp gave favorable effect to prediction result. The best results in validation of PLSR model were r(SEP)=0.891 and SEP=0.443 Brix under OSC preprocessing and those of PCR were r(SEP)=0.845, SEP r(SEP)=0.520 Brix, under no preprocessing.

        기계시각을 이용한 대립종자의 씨눈위치 판정알고리즘 개발

        대립종자의 자동정렬파종기의 씨눈위치 자동판정장치를 개발하기 위한 연구로서 수행된 이 연구는 기계시각을 이용하여 대립종자의 씨눈 위치가 공급 방향을 기준으로 앞 또는 뒤쪽 어느 쪽에 위치해 있는지를 검출하기 위함이다. 참박, 특토좌, 흑종에 대한 씨눈위치를 판정하기 위하여 종자의 공급자세에 따른 판정정도를 조사하였다. 참박의 경우 공급자세가 30°일 경우에는 77.8%의 정확도를 나타냈지만, 0°와 15°일 때는 100% 검출 정확도를 나타내었다. 특토좌의 경우 공급자세 30°에서 89.5%, 0°와 15°에서는 100%의 판정 정확도가 나타났다. 흑종의 경우에 있어서는 공급자세 30°에서 94.4%이었고 나머지는 100%의 정확도를 나타냈다. 따라서 정렬파종장치의 공급부에서 종자가 공급될 때 기계적인 메카니즘으로 30° 이상 기울어지는 것을 방지할 수 있고 15°까지 기울어진다 해도 씨눈위치를 판정할 수 있기 때문에 향후 파종장치의 한 부분으로서 사용할 수 있을 것으로 판단되었다. This study was conducted to develop an algorithm for the embryo location in seed by using machine vision. The topic of this research is to detect the embryo location in seed regardless of seed supply direction. In order to detect the embryo location in Cham Bak, Tuktojwa and Hukjong, the effect of seed posture in the supply line was investigated. When the seed posture angle of Chambak from horizontal direction was 30°, the detection accuracy for embryo location was 77.8%, while detection accuracy was 100% for the 0° or 15°. When seed posture angle of Tuktojwa was 30° from the horizontal direction, the detection accuracy was 89.5% and it was 100% for the 0° and 15°. Embryo location detection accuracy for the Hukjong was 94.4% when the seed posture angle from the horizontal direction is 30°, and it was 100% for the 0° and 15°. When seeds are fed into the posturing and seeding line, the seed postures within 30° with mechanical means, and at most 15° seed stand posture, the developed algorithm can detect the embryo position in the seed. So, this embryo detection system is very useful tool in the posturing and seeding line.

        Nowadays we globally recognize the importance of the environmental preservation and the environmental energy. The developed countries have already made efforts to realize the saving of energy and the technology based on environment-friendly viewpoint. 'Roof garden' means the restoration of soil eco-system destroyed by rash urbanization and construction. It can also offer the resting place to people in the city. Now it is considered as the realistic way that can solve the serious problems like heat island, pollution and flood in the city fundamentally. In this research, we found out that the following results were obtained: 1) Roof garden is used by users in various objects. Stage, meeting, event, date etc. 2) Users want to design roof garden that have various space features: open and close space, wide and small space etc. 3) The group composed from one to five or more played roof garden. 4) The roof garden aboved have similar facilities excepted one or two. Vaitalization in roof garden remains as a matter to be discussed further.

      • 특화거리 조성의 변천과정에서 나타난 Network의 중요성에 관한 연구

        Recently, the Specified streets are designated in the many cities. The specified street is formed naturally by gathering the same type of shops in the same street. The purpose of the specified street is to enhance and to make more lively the characteristics of the street. These specified street has the network consisted of elements, namely shop owner, the authorities, the consumers, etc. In the beginning, we examined how specific streets are made and composed in Seoul and Inchun: the street of the culture, the rodeo, and the furniture. As it turned out, the formation of the network organization in the specific streets showed that how much it is important that it impacted managing. The members of network work together for improvement of the street by negotiation and cooperation. In that process, the street scenery is also improved. This network promotes the spontaneous participation of the members of the affair. In the result of that, the effect of the network is a core which is one of the factors managing and improving specific street. A continuous examination of the more study would strengthen the importance of the network in changing specific street construction.

        브랜드아파트의 차별화 계획요소에 대한 거주자의 선호도 조사연구

        Since the middle of the 1990's, the domestic apartment market is not focused on the differential architectural design factors or the preference of consumer's needs but on which company builds the apartment housings. This structure is needed for a new change by the reasons of the decontrolling price of domestic apartment housings and the IMF (International Monetary Fund), which caused the stagnation of housing. In this processing, brand strategy is added and simultaneously differentiation of design factors are added as a part of brand strategies. This study investigated residents’ preferences focusing on architectural design factors used in the marketing strategy of brand apartment housings. And based on such results of survey the further directions of architectural design factors are suggested in the 4th. In conclusion, it is found that the brand apartment housing residents evaluate standards on apartment housing differently than standards in the past. That is, moving away from the basis of orientation and the floor to focusing of living space design can be interpreted. In order to develop the differentiation of architectural design factors we have to subdivide different design factors into detail areas and then studies of design factors should be continuously conducted.
