생물학자들은 시간에 따라 발현 수준이 변화하는 유전자의 군집화를 시도하고 있다. 지금까지는 마이크로어레이 자료의 군집분석에 관한 연구의 경우 군집 방법 자체를 비교하는 연구가 주를 이루었다. 그러나 군집화 이전에 의미있는 변화를 보이는 유전자 선택에 따라 군집화 결과가 달라지기 때문에, 군집 분석에 있어서 유전자 선택 단계도 중요하게 고려되어야 한다. 따라서, 본 논문에서는 시간 경로 마이크로어레이 자료를 군집 분석하는데 있어서 유전자 선택, 군집 방법 선택, 군집평가 방법 선택 등 3가지 요인을 고려한 폭 넓은 비교 연구를 하였다. Biologists are attempting to group genes based on the temporal pattern of gene expression levels. So far, a number of methods have been proposed for clustering microarray data. However, the results of clustering depends on the genes selection, therefore the gene selection with significant expression difference is also very important to cluster for microarray data. Thus, this paper present the results of broad comparative studies to time course microarray data by considering methods of gene selection, clustering and cluster validation.
주행조건 및 가변 댐퍼 사양에 따른 준능동형 현가시스템의 성능 분석

The main functions of suspension system of railway vehicle are isolating vibration from track irregularity to car-body for the Ride quality and keeping its stability with limitation of vehicle’s movement. These two functions conflict with each other, then it is impossible to achieve both of performance with traditional passive suspension which has constant characteristics. So, to improve this situation the active suspension was suggested and in specially the semi-active suspension is noticed for its effectiveness on cost despite of its lower performance than full-active suspension. In this study the control logic made through LQG theory was designed with simplified vehicle model and variable damper model defined by 1st order system, then the analysis of simulation results was done to understand influence on the performance of semi-active suspension with running conditions and response characteristics of variable damper.

The purpose of the Development of the Advanced Urban Rail Transit is development of new technologies that can resolve the system problems of conventional EMU, for reducing vehicle maintenance, improving passenger"s service using IT and providing environmental friendly. The necessity of technology development of the Advanced urban transit is to secure especially our own intelligence on the design, system interfaces, and to satisfy passenger"s needs and operator"s demands. Futhermore, the technology development of the Advanced urban transit can improve our technology level against the advanced country and apply the developed technology to the new EMU in the near future.
