In this study, high-viscosity polyisocyanurate fluid is modeled with low-Reynolds-number flow for the order of two digits, and simulated with CFD technique. Two kinds of models: cylindrical and ellipse-column of 2:1 ratio are used in the present numerical simulation with various gap of six resistant body array. The uniformity and the mixing performance are assessed with root-mean-squre(RMS) deviation of the velocity profile in the nozzle outlet. The optimal gap size is found to minimize RMS deviation, and the maximum field vorticity increases for the optimal gap size model.
