        플리츠기법을 응용한 패션디자인 연구

        Clothing was realized for the purpose of utility in everyday life or due to man`s original will to decorate their body beautifully. To enhance the decoration of clothing, several kinds of decoration methods have been used such as quilting, patchwork, embroidery, pleats, dyeing etc. These decoration methods act a part of the expression of costume. Among others a pleats method is very diverse and can be used in many parts. Nevertheless, its application has been limited to the reproduction of fashion history and has showed uniform appearance and consequently, few in-depth study has been found. Accordingly, it is actually necessary to study the characteristics of pleats and new design of pleats fashion. Clothing may be viewed as an important element of representing social desire and the footmark of mental activity at that time. For example, deconstruction resists the closed world and at the same time pursues diversification and openness. In the fashion field, it works on the base of creation that breaks a common idea, linking to the fashion trend of splitted and confused norms in modern times. Thus the concept of fashion design applying pleats was decided as deconstruction that appeared in connection with new current of modern fashion opposite to the existing absolute value. Accordingly, the purpose of this study was to present the possibility of creative design that got rid of a stereotyped idea and of developing pleats fashion design which had a variety of quality of material and characteristics. To do this, this study applied the visual characteristics and the method for expressing deconstruction to design and expressed them in fashion.

        현대패션에 나타난 Trompe - loeil (트롱쁘 - 뢰이유 , 눈속임) 에 관한 연구

        Trompe-l`oeil technique strategically conceived with a view to effectively realize creative ideas among the expression techniques of fine arts style has provided the driving force in development of fine arts and has continuously influenced development of the modern fashion pursuing unique individuality. The purpose of this study is to open a new horizon for the development of fashion as a practical art, and to seek the expansion of the creative domain and ultimately to contribute to the creation of original and creative fashion by examining the interrelationship between Trompe-l`oeil, which has long been utilized and positioned as one of the leading fine arts techniques with the advent of surrealism in the beginning of the 20th century, and the modern fashion. The study is focused first on finding out how Trompe-l`oeil technique originated in connection with researching the fashion of Trompe-l`oeil and on analysing the techniques of expression, and then on investigating into Elsa Schiaparelli, pioneer of Trompe-l`oeil technique to identify her influences, and finally on classifying clothes employing Trompe-l`oeil technique by their expression method to examine how Trompe-l`oeil technique has been applied to modern clothes. As for the research method, the researcher has referred to fine arts books, collection of pictorial records and the like to gain conceptual understanding of Trompe-l`oeil and to examine the expression method and the features of Trompe-l`oeil, and collected and referred to fashion books and fashion magazines to understand Elsa Schiaparelli and the expression tendencies of Trompe-l`oeil in modern fashions. Particularly, the researcher has attempted to search the correlation between modern fashion and Trompe-l`oeil technique. As a result of this research, the researcher has managed to classify Trompe-l`oeil technique expressed in modern fashion into `harmony`, `application of the human body`, `front and back`, `surface and inside`, `completion of the incomplete` and `detail.` The researcher has also noted that Elsa Schiaparelli, a surrealist first applied Trompe-l`oeil technique to clothes and confirmed that quite a few avant-garde clothes designers following Elsa Schiaparelli, by using Trompe-l`oeil technique in clothes, recently recreate fresh feelings.

      • 2012 런던 올림픽 국가대표 선수단 유니폼 디자인에 관한 연구

        The Olympics has been held to promote world peace and mutual exchange among olympic participants through sports games, and participating nations consider the olympics as opportunities to enhance national status. In the 2012 London Olympics, fashion collaboration competition was fierce. That is, famous fashion designers and brands of each country joined in uniform design for national athletes and the uniform design showed world fashion at a glance. As more national level events are held, uniforms represent images of each nation and are symbolic media which can help us recognize resources symbolizing culture and history of each nation. Likewise, ways of representing national images through uniforms in modern society are effective for national publicity. So, the Olympic uniform is a means of fashion publicity and competition. Therefore, this study analysed uniforms for national athletes for the Olympic games which symbolize national images in the world stage, and it is expected that famous fashion designers and brands will actively participate in uniform design, which will lead to further development of uniform design symbolizing national images in international exchanges or events.         한국 축구 유니폼 디자인 변천에 관한 연구

        This study intended to analyze the transition of design of Korean soccer player`s uniform according to development of the society and changes in formative elements, and examine features inside them by considering designs of soccer player`s uniform by ages ranging from the introduction of soccer up to now. Results of the study are summed up below. First, as a result of analyzing designs of soccer player`s uniforms from 1920 to 2002 Korea-Japan WorldCup based on formative elements of the style of dress, ① it is shown that basic shape has been kept but changes in only color, cutting, trimming, logo and symbol have existed. ② Colors of the uniforms have been different according to ages but red, blue and white colors have been used most and sometimes black was employed, so it is known that colors in the Korean national emblem have been all used. ③ In the beginning of the uniform, there was a limitation in its design due to absence of functional materials but now highly-sensitive textile products and highly-functional textile materials guaranteeing optimal condition and highest activity of a soccer player have been utilized in various ways ④ It is known that symbols modelling the image of Korea have been used in diverse ways but effected much by directions toward images pursued by designers of sponsors. Second, the meanings represented by designs of the uniforms are classified into a degree of symbolizing Korea, tradition, superiority and dynamics. That is to say, ①as colors and symbols coming from the emblem have been used in the uniforms, they have symbolized one nation and possessed the meaning representing even Korean national spirit. ②As traditional colouring and symbols have been used in the uniforms, they have shown the Korean sense of a beauty. ③ Colors, tones and designs overwhelming the mood of play have been used in the uniforms, so that they have played a role in making players of other team flinch mentally and making Korean players gain an advantage over them. ④ Thanks to strong symbols or comparative effects of colors, they have shown the dynamics representing power and energy.

        앙상블 수트의 의복형태구성요인의 시각효과에 대한 실험연구 (제 1 보)

        The purpose of this study was to classify the body shapes, exclusive of size and corpulence factors of more than 60-year old elderly women by distinctions, and to investigate the visual effects of combination of ensemble suit details. For the body shape classification, the factor analysis and cluster analysis were performed: the mean value difference of numeral values for classified types were tested by ANOVA: and the follow-up test was conducted by the Duncan`s multiple ranged test. The data analysis for visual effects evaluated by a multiple ranking test was analyzed by mean, paired t-test, ANOVA and Duncan`s multiple ranged test. The results are summarized as follows: 1. The followings are the types of body shape according to the shape factors of the front line of body for elderly women. The distinctions of the front line of elderly women`s body could be presumed : that was, Body type I was a comparatively well-balanced body type, Body type Ⅱ was close to an average body type, and Body type Ⅲ was a severely corpulent body type. 2. The followings are the results on the physical visual effects inducing the constituents of clothing type. 1) The neckline·collar types of a jacket have a great influence on the visual effects of the upper body, and orderly, the tailored collar, soutien collar, and round neckline had positive influence on the visual effects in the upper body. 2) The pleat types of one-piece dress had positive influence on the visual effects in the lower body in the order of gored type, pleats type, and gathered type. Also, the balance in the lower body had more influence on the overall balance of the clothing compared to the constituents of clothing type such as neckline collar type or opening line. 3) It showed that whether there is the front opening line of a jacket influenced on the visual effects of all categories.

        電影中賽博朋克與女性主義的融合硏究

        The ever-changing technological development has brought an unparalleled civilized society. Out of the needs of medicine, beauty and other fields, the development and research of human body has entered a new stage. "Cyborg" is in this background The product of the next birth, the birth of "Cyborg" blurred the boundaries between "humans and other species", "males and females", and the blurring of the boundaries also brought about chaos in other aspects. Can also be further developed. The cultural industry is the product of the ideology of the real society. As a part of the cultural industry, the film also implies the phenomenon of today"s society. Even the conception of the future society, the "Cyberpunk" movie born under the "Cyborg" system is also integrated. In view of the feminist vision, the study of the "Cyberpunk" film is also a reflection on the humanities, arts and technology of today"s society. The main purpose of this thesis is to explore the issues of the highly developed technology in today’s society and humans’ concerns about the transition to science and technology in the “Cyberpunk” film, as well as how to change the feminist appeal in the context of the patriarchal society In the process, the research perspectives of multidisciplinary fields such as design science, film science, philosophy, etc. are combined, and multiple methods such as literature research method, comparative analysis method, combined theory and case method are used for research. In addition, this thesis mainly studies the following contents: first, the development of feminism in the film and the further development in the "Cyberpunk" film; second, the "Cyberpunk" cultural perspective, in the film Thinking about social issues such as cross-species and trans-gender; third, the study of the artistic style of "Cyberpunk" movies. On the basis of the above research, to explore the reconciliation of the binary opposition between men and women in the future society under the "Cyberpunk" culture, the development of feminism is not to eliminate the male power system in society, and feminism to the self Reshaping consciousness, we should dialectically look at the technological society and the trend of the relationship between men and women in the technological society. Exploring against this background, the art form of "Cyberpunk" film also provides for the progress of the human social value system A positive meaning.

        인상교정을 위한 이미지 메이크업 연구

        여성의 사회적 진출이 늘어감에 따라 그만큼 외모에 대한 관심과 함께 아름다움을 충족시키기 위한 노력은 계속되고 있으며 이미지를 중요하게 여기고 있는 현대사회에서 메이크업의 중요성은 점점 강조되고 있다. 얼굴 이미지는 사람을 대면할 때 중요한 단서로 제공되어 얼굴을 통한 일차적인 판단이 전체적인 이미지를 결정하는데 가장 큰 비중을 차지한다. 따라서 인상학의 범주 안에서, 타고난 인상을 좋은 인상으로 만들기 위해서는 적절한 메이크업을 이용하여 자신의 장점은 살리고 단점은 수정 보완함으로써 행운을 메이크업으로 보완하여 타고난 운세를 변화시킬 수 있다면 누구라도 관심을 갖지 않을 수 없을 것이다. 인상학에서는 인상이 본인의 노력여하에 따라 좋은 인상으로 변화할 수 있다고 한다. 그러므로 메이크업은 이를 도와 충실한 보조 역할을 할 수 있을 것이라 생각된다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 인상의 범위를 사람의 얼굴로 제한하고, 얼굴 부분 중에도 인상이 갖는 철학적이 방향보다는 주로 메이크업과 관련한 부분을 분석하였으며 이를 토대로 인상에 따른 이미지 메이크업 디자인을 연구하여 자신의 좋은 얼굴 인상을 찾는데 일조하고자 하다. 그러기 위해 먼저 이론적 고찰을 통하여 연구한 결과를 바탕으로 얼굴형의 5가지 사례의 실험모델을 선정하여 인상학적으로 좋지 않는 인상을 수정 메이크업을 통해 우호적이고 호감이 가는 좋은 인상으로 변화시켰다. 그 결과 수정·보완 메이크업을 통한 이미지 메이크업은 사람의 인상에서 여러 가지 중요한 단서가 되는 얼굴형의 단점을 보완·수정하면서도 얼굴 표정을 그대로 살릴 수 있는 자연스러운 메이크업이 부합 되었을 때 좋은 인상으로 바꿀 수 있었다. 또한 좋은 이미지는 살리고 나쁜 이미지는 개선하여 외형적인 아름다움에 심리적 상승효과가 부과 되었을 때 적극적이고 자신감 있는 모습으로 자기 발전을 추구할 수 있었다. Women are increasingly becoming concerned about their appearances as more women become more socially active. As such, women continue efforts to satisfy desire for beauty, and makeup is increasingly important and emphasized in the modern society that attaches importance to image. The facial image is an important presentation in face-to-face meetings, and the primary judgment of a person through how he looks crucially determines other people`s whole impression of another person. Thus within the scope of physiognomy, to enhance a facial look, appropriate makeup should be used to highlight a person`s individuality and supplement his shortcomings, thus turning a face into a face that brings good luck to the person. As such, if a person`s born image and facial look can be supplemented by makeup, the overall look can be mad more appealing and interesting. Physiognomy says that one`s facial look can be improved or worsened depending on one`s efforts, and makeup can definitely be a helpful tool. This research limited the scope of physiognomy to a person`s facial look, and focused the analysis on makeup rather than on the physiognomic and philosophical aspects. This research of corresponding image makeup designs according to various types of facial look seeks to help find facial appearance for a person. This research conducted theoretical explorations, selected five experimental face models, and applied corrective makeup to facial looks that are not considered good in terms of physiognomy, thus turning them into more amiable facial looks. Likewise, image makeup through corrective and complementary makeup can supplement and correct shortcomings in how someone`s face look, which is important in projecting an image to others, giving the face a natural good-impression look. The study also found that when a person`s good image is highlighted and the negative image is improved, it brings about psychological encouragement that makes one more confident about external beauty and become more positive, confident and self development-oriented.

        인공지능과 예술창작 활동의 융복합 사례분석 및 특성 연구

        최근 컴퓨터의 발달로 인해 네트워크의 활성화, 정보의 혁명, 빅데이터의 등장, 혁신적인 딥러닝의 기술발전으로 인공지능은 눈부신 성장을 하고 있으며 인공지능에 대한 대중들의 관심도 급증하고 있다. 테크놀로지와 예술의 융합은 오래전부터 계속되었으나 인공지능처럼 기계가 지능을 가지고 인간 고유의 능력인 창의적인 예술 활동을 직접 하는 경우는 없었으며 단순히 예술의 기계적 장치 수단으로써만 사용되었다. 그러던 것이 최근 인공지능의 영역은 단순한 기계적인 일처리 방식 분야뿐만 아니라 인간 고유의 영역이었던 창의성을 필요로 하는 예술분야까지 침범하였고 더불어 인공지능의 창의성에 대한 논란도 끊임없이 계속되고 있다. 그럼에도 불구하고 학문이라는 각각의 고유한 영역안에서 오랜 기간 형성된 학문간의 장벽을 허물고 인공지능이라는 과학기술과 예술창작 활동을 융복합시켜 과학과 예술의 협력을 통한 동반성장을 도모하고 예술창작 분야의 새로운 패러다임을 창출하였다는 것에 그 의의가 크다 하겠다. 이에 본 연구는 인간의 고유한 능력이자 재능인 창의성이 인공지능 시대와 어떻게 연결될 수 있으며 인공지능이 창의성을 요구하는 예술분야에서 어떠한 기술로 개발되었는지에 대해 알아보고자 한다. 또한 미래를 예측할 수 없는 현재 상황에서 인공지능을 활용한 예술의 특성을 살펴봄으로써 예술발달에 새로운 방향을 마련하는 자료로 활용하고 더불어 미래 인공지능 예술분야의 발전에 기여하는데 연구의 목적이 있다. 연구방법은 다음과 같은 순서로 기술한다. 첫째, 연구의 배경을 바탕으로 필요성과 목적에 대해 설정하고 구체적인 연구방법을 제시한다. 둘째, 인공지능의 정의와 역사에 대해 알아보고 빅데이터를 기반으로 한 인공지능 핵심기술 딥러닝에 대해 기술한다. 셋째, 인공지능을 활용한 예술분야에서도 특히 인공지능의 기술 개발이 활발하게 이루어진 문학, 음악, 미술 분야를 선정하여 인공지능과 예술이 융복합 된 사례조사를 통해 인공지능 예술창작 현황에 대해 기술한다. 넷째, 인공지능 예술창작분야의 사례분석을 바탕으로 인공지능의 예술에 따른 표현특성을 도출한다. 그 결과 인공지능이 활용된 예술의 표현특성으로는 기존에 학습한 데이터를 바탕으로 새로운 것을 창조하는 창의성, 미적활동을 통해 즐거움을 느낄 수 있는 유희성, 예술작품 제작과정에서 나타나는 노동의 해결책에 대한 편리성, 단순한 기술적 조작이나 새로운 기계학습의 프로그래밍 변화로 하나의 형태에서 전혀 다른 형태의 작품으로 바꿀 수 있는 가변성이 나타났다. 결론적으로 현재 인공지능의 창의성은 새로운 것을 창조했다기보다는 이미 주어진 데이터의 기계학습을 통하여 기존의 작품을 모사하여 재창조하는 수준이다. 즉 인공지능의 예술창작분야에 있어서 현재까지는 창의성이나 판단력, 직관 등 인간 고유의 영역을 대체할 수는 없으나 인공지능 예술창작의 기술 개발은 앞으로의 가능성을 예측할 수 있는 큰 성과라 할 수 있다. 정보화 기술(IT)시대에서 데이터 기술(DT)시대로 빠르게 전환되고 있는 4차 산업혁명시대의 인공지능기술 발달은 서비스산업과 노동가치의 상승으로 우리 삶을 높이는데 일조할 것이며 예술분야에서는 새로운 창작에 대한 영감을 주는 등 창작활동에 많은 도움이 될 것이다. 이에 본 연구는 앞으로 지속적으로 인공지능이 창의성을 요구하는 문화예술분야에 도움이 되기를 기대해본다. A.I.(Artificial intelligence) has been building momentum due to network activation, information innovation, big data, and technological advancement of innovative deep learning as a result of the development of computers, and the interest in A.I is growing remarkably. There has been the merging of technology and arts for years; however, unlike A.I, machines have not had creative art performance ability as human have, but have only been used as a mechanical method of arts. A.I. field now is not only used as simple mechanical methods, but has also invaded the arts area that needs creativity which had been only for human distinction, and the controversy over creativity of A.I. is ongoing. However, in the distinct fields of academic research, getting rid of the barrier between academic fields and converging the scientific technology of A.I and art creation activities so that through the collaboration between science and arts, their collective growth is promoted and a new paradigm in the art field is created will be of great significance. This research intends to find out how creativity known as an exclusive human ability and area is connected to A.I. and what technics have developed A.I. in the creativity-demanded arts field. Moreover, this research aims to be used to shape new direction of artistic development as reviewing the characteristics of arts applied A.I. and to contribute towards the A.I. arts sphere under the unpredictable current situation. The research methods are composed of the following order. First of all, the necessity and the purpose of the research based on research background is set and specific research methods is drawn. Secondly, the research finds out the definition and history of A.I. and describes deep learning of the A.I. core technology based on big data. Third, case study on the field of literature, music, and fine arts that actively develop A.I. technics among A.I. art fields are selected and then through a case analysis study of the convergence between A.I and art, the current situation of A.I. artistic creation described. Fourth, characteristics of expression of A.I. based on case studies of A.I. artistic creation field is deducted. With respect to the results, characteristics of expression of A.I. arts are; creativity that creates new things that never existed based on learning data, pleasure that is felt through aesthetic works, convenience related to labour solutions during the creating process, and variability that changes from one to a total different work by simple technical operation or programming changes of new machine learning. In conclusion, the creativity of current A.I. does not create new things but rather recreate existing work via machine learning from already given data. To sum up, for now, the field of artistic creation of A.I. cannot replace human ability like creation, instinct, judgement, etc.; however, technical development of A.I. artistic creation is a big result to predict future possibility. In the fourth industrial revolution in which IT (information Technology) quickly moves to DT (Date Technology), A.I. technical development will contribute to improve our quality of lives due to increasing service industry and labor values. It will also help to inspire new creation in the art field. This paper is expected to help the culture-art field that consistently needs A.I creativity.
