중국관광객의 지각된 위험과 관광목적지 이미지가 관광행동의도에 미치는 영향

The purpose of this study is to analyze the effect of the perceived risk of Chinese tourist and the travel destination image to the tourism behavior intention. A total 250 questioners were surveyed, collected from the 250 counts, and 200 valid questionnaires were used in the statistics of spss 21 packages. The method to analyze was utilized to frequency, factor analyses, and regression analyses. The results are as follows; first, the perceived risks were divided five dimensions as safety risk, time consuming risk, social custom risk, financial risk, cultural risk. Second, social risk affects to negatively to the cognition image and cultural risk affects to negatively to the emotional image. Third, the social custom risk affect to the tourism behavior intention positively and travel destination image affect to positively.

한국관광통계청에 따르면 2014년 방한관광객수는 약 1420만명으로 전년대비 17%증가하였다. 특히중국인 관광객은 43%를 차지하는 것으로 나타났다(한국문화관광연구원, 2015). 하지만 정치적문제로 인하여 중국 노선이 항공여객이 전년대비 동기간에 27.1% 감소되었고, 단체 중국인 관광객이 감소되었다(한국공항공사, 2017). 오늘날 관광객들은 관광지를 단순히 방문하는 것에 만족하지 않고, 경험이나 체험과 같은 활동을통해 다양한 방문동기를 만족시킬 수 있는 목적지를 선호한다(김기현·윤유식·윤영혜, 2014). 하지만 세계관광은 IS테러, SARS, 정치적 문제, 지속적인 경기침체, 자연재해 등으로 매우 어려움을 겪고있다(이재섭, 2005). 이러한 요인들은 관광위험지각으로 인해 관광지에 대해 부정적인 이미지를 갖게 될 뿐만 아니라 관광목적지 선호에 있어서도 회피하는 것은 당연 할 것이다(신윤숙, 2005).

This study has the objective of providing basic data to contribute to the magnification of the corporate profit eventually by lowering the turnover rates of the corporation and inducing long service, by comprehending the effect relationship of the quality of life of the hotel employees on the professional vocation awareness and job satisfaction, improving quality of personal life of hoteliers and enhancing the job satisfaction. This study has investigated on the effect relationship between the quality of life of hoteliers and job satisfaction and if the professional vocation awareness shows regulation effect between the two variables based on the theoretical background about quality of life, professional vocation awareness and job satisfaction of the hotel employees and result of the precedent studies. The purpose of this study is to improve the quality of life of hotel employees and establish improvement directions for job satisfaction. A study model was deducted and the hypothesis was verified through a practical study. A total of 8 hypothesis were verified after reviewing the reliability and validity of the study model based on the 330 specimen procured to perform the practical study. And according to the result, it was shown that the sub-factors of quality of life, the quality of psychological life and quality of economical life affect positively the internal job satisfaction and external job satisfaction and that the professional vocation awareness has regulation effect between the two variables, life of psychological life and internal job satisfaction.
