하중재하에 의한 모듈러 건축물의 슬라브 2시간 내화성능에 관한 실험적 연구

건축물에서 4층 이상 12층 이하 슬라브의 경우, 2시간 내화성능을 만족하여야 한다. 모듈러 건축물에서 스틸 스터드가 적용된 슬라브의 2시간 내화성능에 관한 연구는 국내에서 발표된 사례가 없다. 본 연구는 모듈러 건축물의 구조적 요소로서 스틸 스터드를 사용한 슬라브의 2시간 내화성능을 평가하기 위하여 수행되었다. 시험체는 유럽과 북미에서 사용되는 전형적인 슬라브를 기초로 재설계되었으며, 45 mm 내화 보드를 활용하여 내화성능을 확보할 수 있도록 제작하였다. 실험결과 하부슬라브에 미네랄울 140 mm를 적용한 FR-001 시험체와 하부슬라브 글라스울 100 mm, 상부슬라브 미네랄울 150 mm를 적용한 FR-002 시험체의 경우, 각각 75분과 110분에 시험체의 급격한 변형으로 인해 시험이 조기 종료되어 2시간 내화성능을 만족하지 못하였으나, 하부슬라브에 글라스울 100 mm, 상부슬라브에 미네랄울 150 mm, 슬라브에 콘크리트를 적용한 FR-003 시험체의 경우 2시간 내화성능을 만족하였다. For a floor of a building with no less than four stories and no more than twelve stories, the two-hour fire resistance performance should be satisfied. In the case of slabs with steel studs, no two-hour fire resistance performance has been proposed in Korea. In this study, the two-hour fire resistance performance of slabs with steel studs performing as structural elements of modular buildings was evaluated. These specimens were redesigned based on the typical slab used in Europe and North America by modifying the 45 mm fire-resistant board to achieve two-hour fire resistance. The experimental results showed that the FR-001 specimens with 140 mm mineral wool applied to the lower slab and the FR-002 specimens containing 100 mm lower-slab glass wool and 150 mm upper-slab mineral wool did not satisfy the two-hour fire resistance performance, owing to the rapid deformation of the specimens after 75 and 110 min, respectively. However, the FR-003 specimens containing 100 mm glass wool, 150 mm mineral wool in the upper slab, and concrete in the slab satisfied the two-hour fire resistance performance requirement.

To higher the buildings, fire resistance performance is needed following the purposes and dimensions of the buildings. Especially, two hours fire resistance performance should be satisfied for the buildings above the 4th floor and under the 12th floor. In the case of load bearing walls with steel stud, two hours fire resistance performance have never been recognized in Korea. This study was conducted to investigate two hours fire resistance performance of load bearing walls with steel stud in structural elements of modular buildings. Test specimens in this study were redesigned in the basis of typical load bearing walls used in Europe and North America. The load bearing walls ensuring two hours fire resistance performance were suggested from the test results of this study. The load bearing walls with fireproof board of 45mm thickness secured two hours fire resistance performance in this study.
