저농도 만성적인 유기용제 폭로시 자각증상과 Flicker 검사치와의 연관성

This study was conducted to examine the effect of chronic low dose organic solvent exposures in the industries towards then neurobehavioral functions of workers. Subjective symptoms on neurobehavioral function as well as a visual reaction time test (Flicker test) were administered to 94 exposed and 162 unexposed workers in a oil refinery and some other auto-repair shops. The results obtained were as follows : 1. Symptom complaints were higher and Flicker test values were lower in exposed workers than in unexposed workers. 2. Flicker valus were Inversely correlated with urinary Hippuric acid concentration in exposed workers(r=-0.26, p<0.05). 3. Flicker valus were inversely co..elated with Subjective symptom score(r=-0.15, p<0.05). Low Flicker value were also related with some subjetive symptoms such as 'Dimmed vision', 'Nightmare', 'Weakness on extrimity' in workers as a whole. While symptoms of 'Dimmed vision ', 'Nightmare' only observed among exposed workers.

조직에서 운영되고 있는 성과평가시스템은 효율적이거나 균형잡히게 운영되지 못하는 경우가 많이 있다. Kaplan과 Norton은 전통적인 재무적 평가방법에 대한 보완으로 조직 운영자들에게 전략적이고 종합적인 비전을 갖게 해주는 균형성과표(BSC, Balanced Scorecard)를 제안하였다. 균형성과표에는 재무적 측정치들뿐만 아니라 고객관점, 기업 내부 프로세스관점, 그리고 조직의 학습 및 성장관점 등 비재무적 측정 항목들도 포함되어 있다. 본 연구에서는 평생학습도시의 운영에 대한 성과평가 지표와 각 관점별 전략체계도를 BSC 기반으로 제시하고자 한다. 이러한 성과평가는 평생학습도시 자체의 구성원에 대한 평가를 구현할 수 있을 뿐만 아니라, 평생학습도시를 운영하는 조직과 각 구성원으로 하여금 조직의 비전과 전략에 대한 명확히 이해하도록 하여 조직을 효율적으로 운영하도록 한다. Most large organizations, and some smaller ones, adopt their own performance measurement systems. Increasingly, managers are being asked to document the performance impact of their decisions. Many organizations work assiduously to select performance measures to better meet their goals, but these measures are not well understood. Organizations can give analysts only limited description of what performance measures are and how much they are important. As a complement to the conventional performance measures, Kaplan and Norton suggest that the Balanced Scorecard (BSC) can provide management with a comprehensive strategic vision. The BSC integrates non-financial measures (including the perspectives of customer, internal process, and organizational learning and growth) with financial measures. The BSC by Kaplan and Norton has been widely used for measuring corporate performance in order to take advantage of employing financial and non-financial measures simultaneously. This paper investigates how the BSC-based performance measures can be applied to Learning City. Learning City`s performance measures and strategy map on the basis of the BSC are suggested in this research.

We propose expert system for restoration the original character form of ancient relics based on image processing and computer graphics. Letters engraved in relief like relics and intaglio like curved tombstones and letters engraved in plane or curved part of cultural asset may have been broken by a lot of rubbed copy, a long time and tide. In this paper, we suggest a new method for extracting and recovering the broken letters of cultural asset into an original form by using Z-map, morphological filter, and high frequency filter. Based on the suggested method, we develop the character recovering system.

The industry of cultural digital contents has been regarded as the main next generation industry. Recently techniques for restoring cultural assets and the multiple usage of those have been developed in out country. Using computer graphics and image processing techniques, many cultural assets have been restored. If the focus for researches and supports to cultural assets restoration grows rapidly, we will create cultural and economical added-values and get the benefit of that technology. In this paper, we introduce the techniques for restoring cultural assets focused on computer graphics and image processing techniques.

장면전환 발생시 예상 비트 조정을 통한 MPEG - 2 비디오 부호화 비트율 제어 알고리즘

장면전환에 따른 화질열화는 예상 비트량과 실제 부호화량의 차이가 많을 때 발생한다. 특히 장면전환이 P화면에서 발생된 경우에는 장면전환이 발생된 P화면 뿐만 아니라, P화면을 참조하는 화면들의 화질에 심각한 열화가 발생한다. 본 논문에서는 장면전환이 발생했을 때 부적절한 비트율 제어의 원인을 토대로 장면전환 화면과 이후 화면들의 화질을 개선하는 방법을 제시하였다. 장면전환 화면에는 추가비트를 할당하는 기존 방법과 예상 비트를 인트라 화면의 부호화 수준으로 할당하는 새로운 방법을 적용하였다. 그리고 장면전환 이후 화면들에는 예상 비트 할당을 장면전환 발생이전 화면의 부호화 수준으로 할당하는 방법을 제안하여 화질을 개선시켰다. 실험 결과 제안하는 알고리즘이 기존 알고리즘보다 화질향상이 있었고, TM5와 비교해서는 0.5∼1.2dB의 PSNR 향상을 보였다. The decrease of visual quality at scene change occurs when the difference between the amount of target bits and actual coding is high. Especially, scene change at the P-picture can lead to severely degrade visual qualities at itself and the pictures referencing it. In this paper, under the occurrence of scene change, we propose a new method, based on the analysis of existing inaccurate bits allocation, to improve the visual qualities of scene-changed and following pictures. The method allocates extra bits to scene-changed picture and changes them upto the level of the complexity of intra picture. Also, the method changes target bits of following pictures upto the complexity of picture prior to the scene change. Computer simulation shows that the proposed method has improved 0.5-1.2 dB higher than TM5 method in terms of PSNR.

기업전략에 따른 정보기술(IT) 투자의 효율성 평가를 위한 PCA-DEA 모형 적용에 대한 연구

본 연구에서는 기업전략과 연계한 BSC(Balanced Scorecard)관점에서의 정보기술(IT) 투자효율성을 DEA(Data Envelopment Alnalysis) 모형으로 측정하였다. DEA 모형에서는 일반적으로 투입요소와 산출요소가 많아지면 특성상 지나치게 많은 DMU(Desision Making Unit)들이 효율적으로 나타나기 때문에 효율성 분석이 용이하지 않게 된다. 이러한 문제를 극복하지 위한 방법 중의 하나로써 주성분분석(PCA,Principle Component Analysis)을 이용하는 PCA-DEA모형을 수정, 적용하였다. 모형이 제시하는 결과를 바탕으로 기업의 전략 유형별 IT 투자의 효율성 차이를 분석하였다. 실증분석을 위하여 국내 전국기업연감에 수록되어 있는 218개 업체를 무작위로 선장하여 기업전략에 따른 BSCdml KPI들에 대한 값을 설문 조사하였다. In this paper, we study efficiency of IT investiment using modified DEA(data envelop analysis) model, Input and output variables are selected from KPI(kep performance index) of Balanced Scorecard model Discriminant power of DEA model is increased by applying principal component analysis method. Data set is collected through interview with 218 randomly selected firms. The differences of efficiency scores between firms adoptin different strategies are tested.

Z-map과 모폴로지 필터를 이용한 문화재 문자 복원

본 논문에서는 글자가 새겨져 있는 마모된 문화재의 글자를 Z-map과 영상처리를 이용해 복원하는 새로운 알고리즘을 제시한다. 문화재에 새겨져 있는 글자는 많은 탁본을 통해서 또는 세월이 흐름에 따라 마모되어 최초의 상태와 다른데, 마모된 부분을 찾고 보강하는 작업이 필요하다. 이 작업을 수동으로 하게 되면 여러 가지 문제점이 발생하게 되는데, 자동으로 복원하는 방법이 필요하다. 본 논문에서는 이러한 글자 복원에 대한 구현 가능한 알고리즘을 제안하였다. 팔만대장경을 대상으로 하였고, Z-map과 모폴로지 필터가 이 과정에 사용되었다. In this paper. we propose a new algorithm for recovering the broken letters of relics into an original form by using Z-map and image processing. The letters of relics may have been broken by a lot of rubbed copy and a long time and tide. They need to be restored. But the manual reconstruction is a very tedious and laborious task. Thus. it is necessary to automate the restoration process. This paper presents a realistic algorithm with an application to Tripitaka Koreana by using Z-map and morphological filter.

컴퓨터 그래픽스 및 영상처리를 이용한 문화 원형 복원 전문가시스템 개발

본 논문에서는 컴퓨터 그래픽스와 영상 처리를 통해서 훼손된 문화재 조각들을 복원하는 전문가 시스템을 제안한다. 제안하는 시스템은 글자가 새겨져 있는 평평한 면이 있는 조각들을 대상으로 하여 구축하였고, 조각들간의 상대적인 정확한 위치를 찾아 복원한다. 조각난 물체들을 정합하는 과정은 세 단계로 이루어진다. 첫 번째 단계는 조각난 물체의 정면을 찾고, 정면에 새겨져 있는 글자들을 추출하여 최소자승법을 통해 조각의 방향을 정렬하는 과정이다. 두 번째 단계에서는 조각들이 정합될 대략적인 방향을 벡터 내적을 통해서 결정한다. 세 번째 단계에서는 기하학적인 에러 및 RGB에러 등을 통해서 조각의 세부적인 방향을 결정한다. 본 논문에서 제안하는 시스템은 조각을 정합하는데 있어서 3차원 물체를 정합 전에 정렬하는 방법을 통해서 2차원적인 이동 연산만으로 정합될 수 있도록 하여 계산량을 줄였다. 또 한 구체적인 문화재를 대상으로 실험을 하여 그 성능을 입증하였다. We propose a new expert system for recovering the broken fragments of relics into an original form using computer graphics and image processing. This paper presents a system with an application to tombstones objects of flat plane with letters carved in for assembling the fragments by placing their respective fragments in the right position. The matching process contains three sub-processes: aligning the front and letters of an object, identifying the matching directions, and determining the detailed matching positions. We apply least squares fitting, vector inner product, and geometric and RGB errors to the matching process. It turned out that 2-D translations via fragments-alignment enable us to save the computational load significantly. Based on experimental results from the damaged cultural fragments, the performance of the proposed method is illustrated.
