        지형요소에 따른 NDVI의 변화에 관한 연구

        연구의 기본 목적은 지형단위를 분류할 수 있는 정량적 기준 마련에 두고, 본 연구에서는 사례지역을 대상으로 고도, 사면경사, 사면방향 등 지형요소에 따른 NDVI의 차이와 변화를 분석하고 지형단위의 분류 지표로 NDVI의 활용 가능성을 진단하고자 하는 것이다. 사례지역을 대상으로 분석한 결과, 고도, 사면경사, 사면방향 등 분석된 지형요소와 NDVI가 선형의 관계를 나타내지는 않으며, 대체로 NDVI가 높게 나타났고, 고도와 사면경사가 증가함에 따라서 NDVI의 분산범위가 작아지는 경향을 보인다. 고도와 사면경사가 증가하면서 NDVI의 분산범위가 불연속적 변화양상을 보이는데 고도의 경우에는 대략 50m와 100m를 경계로, 사면경사의 경우에는 사면경사 10~20°를 경계로 NDVI의 분산범위가 불연속적으로 감소된다. 그러나 사면방향에 따른 NDVI의 차이는 거의 나타나지 않았다. Analysis and results of the relationship between the NDVI and terrain element such ad elevation, slope, aspect in Chunahn city area are as follows. It does not show the linear relationship between NDVI and analyzed terrain element such as elevation, slope, aspect, aec, and there is a trend such that the deviation of NDVI is decresed as the elevation and slope is increased. It appears that there is trends such that the distribution range of NDVI is discontinuously changed as the elevation and slope is increased. The distribution range of NDVI is discontinuously decreased based on about 50m and 100m borderline in elevation case, and slope 10~20° borderline in slope case, respectively. Any special trend is discovered in the relationship between aspect and NDVI.

        천안시 대형할인점의 상권특성과 이용객 구매행태 분석

        This study analyzed the characteristics of trade area of 5 large scale discount stores under the growth step in Cheonan city, and did customers? behaviors using them. In case of Cheonan City, each large scale discount store superficially seems to have suitable population per Store, but all the 5 stores are located in a few dong-unit administrative districts belonged to downtown. Therefore We found that they are under excessive competition. And large discount stores with big customer absorption force are mainly located centering new residental districts and new towns where extensive residental land development are developed. It was found that these location conditions(characteristics) and large customer absorption force determine the scope of a commercial area. Also, in analyzing the customers? purchase behaviors of the large scale discount, I found that the distance from customers? houses, the variety of sale products, cost are main factors determining the discount stores? sale levels. As customers want to enjoy shopping, culture and leisures at a time in a large discount store not to simply purchase goods, the stores must complexly compromise some specialized things to see, to eat and to enjoy as well as various goods so as to attract their customers in the future. 본 연구는 성장단계에 있는 천안시에 출점해 있는 5개 대형할인점의 상권특성을 분석하고, 이를 이용하는 소비자들의 이용행태를 분석하였다. 천안시의 경우 표면적으로는 대형할인점 1곳당 적정인구수를 유지하고 있다고 볼 수 있지만 5개의 점포 모두 시내라고 불리는 동단위 행정구역에 입지하고 있어 과잉 경쟁상태에 있음을 알 수 있었다. 그리고 고객흡인력이 큰 대형할인점들이 대규모 택지개발이 이루어진 신흥 주거지역과 신시가지 중심으로 입지하고 있었으며, 이러한 입지적 특성과 고객흡인력에 의해 상권의 범위가 형성됨을 알 수 있었다. 또한 대형할인점 이용객의 구매행태 분석을 통해 대형할인점과의 거리, 판매상품의 다양성, 가격 등이 대형할인점의 매출을 결정하는 주요요인임을 알 수 있었으며, 소비자들은 대형할인점을 단순한 물건구매 차원에서 이용하는 것이 아니라 쇼핑+문화+여가생활을 동시에 즐기고자 하고 있기 때문에 향후 대형할인점들은 고객을 매장으로 끌어들이기 위해 살거리 이외에도 차별화된 볼거리, 먹거리, 즐길거리를 복합적으로 구성해야 할 것이다.

        천안시 토지이용의 시계열적 변화 추이 분석

        Using satellite image data, the status of land cover in Cheonan-si is compared and analyzed during the period of 1980s, 1990s, and 2000s. And spatial analysis based on the GIS followed by the analysis of the time-series pattern of land use are as follows. First, during the anaylsis period, the land cover items whose area is increased are urbanization area, fallow area, meadow area, water area. while decreased are agriculture area, marsh land, forest area. Second, the GIS spatial analysis shows that a severe land cover change is found in plains region of north-western provinces rather than in forest region of south-eastern provinces. Descending order of the change rate is fallow area, meadow area, urbanization area, and water area. Third, items whose widley changed area are agriculture and forest are, and a large area of those are changed into meadow area followed by urbanization area. Fourth, the expansion of an urban district, starting from downtown area to the metropolitan area of north-western such as baekseok-dong, buseong-dong, seounggeo-eup, jiksan-eup, ipjang-myeon, seonghwan-eup, etc., direction have been progressed contiuously. And it is shown that the DEM and slop degree of an urban district is increased step by step.

      • 개별공시지가 검증제도에 대한 실증적 분석

        An analysis of objection request of individual public land price in the Choongju-city indicates that the ratio of objection request is higher than that of an average of the whole country. More than 70% requests out of the total objection request fields requests downward adjustment. Especially, it has been requested downward adjustment centering around a farm and forest land which are located on the town and township for the purpose of tax reduction. However, an objection request of individual public land price is not based on the absolute land value but based on personal interests. Thus, the downward or upward request without a fundamental rule tends to wastes the time and budget. As an alternative, there is need to introduce the scientific system, ALPA, which both selects a comparative standard land and applies land value ratification automatically. With the ALPA, it will increase the confidence of individual public land price. Furthermore, there will be only one time verification procedure before the determination·public announcement of individual public land price.

        The use of GIS function in appraisal value of land generates value appraisal factor and spatial analysis. With it, we can expect the following benefits during the appraisal value of land task. First, through the GIS information collection, generation, and transformation function, it allows us to acquire the various appraisal factor for appraisal value of land and minimize the field data collection. Second, it allows us to explore the plural utilization of appraisal value of land through the evaluation of land location and spatial relation. Even the GIS spatial analysis application is an early phase among the appraisal task, it is expected that it will contribute greatly to the land appraisal task information activities and effectiveness acquisition

      • 중등학교 GIS교육의 실태와 개선에 관한 연구 : 교사의식 조사를 중심으로

        The survey conducted on the korean high school teacher indicates that GIS is needed as a tool for Geography education. However, in practice, the knowledge and functionality of GIS are not enough to employ it at the class room. Most of the respondents replied that the GIS education is not well taught. Prioritized reasons for that are as follows: inadequate of GIS education environment, lack of GIS knowledge of teather, insufficient class hours, inadequate of materials contents. Currently In hereafter, in order to carry out GIS education better way at the high school, the followings are needed. First, To GIS education required hardware and software, as well as social laboratory with various spatial data should be prepared. Second, various types of education programs and systematic supports in order to retraining the high school teachers should be conducted. Third, curriculums of all subject related to education of GIS need to be reconfigured.
