노인의 운동참여에 따른 신체적 자기개념이 노화불안에 미치는 영향

본 연구는 노인의 신체적 자기개념이 노화불안에 어떠한 영향을 미치는지를 설명하기 위하여 검증하였다. 또한, 운동참여에 따른 신체적 자기개념과 노화불안이 성별, 연령별 수준차이가 있는지를 규명하였다. 이를 위해서 경인지역 소재 노인정, 주민자치센터, 노인복지관등 노인복지 시설을 이용하여 운동 및 여가프로그램에 참여하고 있는 65세 이상 노인으로 총 395명(남자 141명, 여자 254명)의 자료를 수집하여 상관분석, 다중회귀분석, 이원배치 분산분석 등을 사용하여 분석하였다. 연구결과 첫째, 신체적 자기개념과 노화불안의 수준 차이가 있었다. 신체적 자기개념의 경우에는 식이 요인이 상대적으로 다른 요인들에 비해 인지수준이 높았고, 노화불안의 경우에는 상실에 대한 두려움이 다른 요인에 비해 높게 확인되었다. 둘째, 운동참여에 따른 신체적 자기개념과 노화불안 두 변인 모두에서 상호작용 효과가 통계적으로 유의하지 않게 나타났다. 그러나 두 조건 모두에서 운동참여에 따른 주효과는 유의한 것으로 확인되었다. 셋째, 신체적 자기개념은 전반적으로 노화불안과 역(-)상관 관계가 나타났으며 모든 하위요인들 간에 상관은 통계적으로 유의하였다. 신체적 자기개념의 하위요인 중에 건강 및 질병 요인을 제외한 모든 하위요인에서 노화불안을 안정적으로 예측하였으며, 특히, 숙면 요인이 노화불안을 가장 잘 예측하는 것으로 나타났다. The purpose of this study is to verify how the elderly"s physical self-concept affects aging anxiety, and to verify the difference in gender and age level between physical self-concept and aging anxiety according to exercise participation. The subjects of this study were senior citizens aged 65 or older who participate in sports and leisure programs using senior welfare facilities such as senior citizens" centers, community centers, and senior citizen welfare centers located in Gyeongin. Was utilized. As a result of the study, first, there was a difference in the level of physical self-concept and aging anxiety. In the physical self-concept, dietary factors were the most positively recognized, and in aging anxiety, the fear of loss was the highest. Second, the interaction effect was not statistically significant at all levels of the two variables in physical self-concept and aging anxiety according to exercise participation. However, in both conditions, the main effect of participation in exercise was significant. Third, physical self-concept showed an inverse (-) correlation with aging anxiety overall, and the correlation between all sub-factors was statistically significant. Among the sub-factors, all sub-factors except health and disease factors stably predicted aging anxiety, and in particular, the sleep factor was found to be the best predictor of aging anxiety.

The ${\gamma}/{\gamma}^{\prime}$ two-phases, commonly known as a eutectic structure, are observed in the ${\gamma}$ interdendritic region of a Ni-base superalloy. However, the growth behavior of the ${\gamma}/{\gamma}^{\prime}$ two-phases, whether it is of eutectic or peritectic nature, has not been decidedly established. Directional solidifications were, thus, performed with the planar interface at a low growth rate of $0.5{\mu}m/s$ in order to promote macro segregation. Directional solidification started with the ${\gamma}$ planar interface and the ${\gamma}^{\prime}$ phase nucleated on the ${\gamma}$ planar interface at the solidification fraction of 0.75. The ${\gamma}/{\gamma}^{\prime}$ two-phases showed the ${\gamma}^{\prime}$ rod structure as major phase and the ${\gamma}$ minor phase between ${\gamma}^{\prime}$ rods, and the volume fraction of the ${\gamma}$ phase changed continuously with an increasing solidification fraction. The two-phase ${\gamma}/{\gamma}^{\prime}$ is seen as the coupled peritectic.

The γ/γ´ two-phase growth commonly observed at γ interdendritic regions in Ni-base superalloys is known to be the eutectic microstructure. However, it is still unclear whether this is due to a eutectic or peritectic reaction. Directional solidification experiments of the Ni-base superalloy CMSX-10 were performed at low solidification rates in order to induce the coupled growth of γ/γ´ phases and to investigate their growth behavior. The γ and γ´ phases were found to grow simultaneously, maintaining an isothermal interface. Directional solidification experiments in a thin tube (0.8 mm ID) suggest that convection enhances the formation of two phase peritectic growth with a planar interface and the γ/γ´ might be the couped peritectic.
