        섬유상 $BaTiO_3$의 분말 직경에 따른 흡진 특성

        Recently, sound and mechanical vibration are becoming important problems in our life. In the present study, the measurement of vibration absorption characteristics of barium titanate ceramics and the investigation of its relationship to microstructures were carried out. The barium titanate ceramics is expected to be better vibration absorption material owing to its chemical and physical stability than other conventional vibration absorbers like glasswool board. Barium titanate ceramics were prepared by sintering fiberous $BaTiO_{3}$ crystallites in order to enhance the vibration absorption characteristics. The fiberous $BaTiO_{3}$ ceramics were prepared through the ionic exchange after the preparation of fiberous $K_2Ti_4O_9$ with 0.2$\mu\textrm{m}$, 1.2$\mu\textrm{m}$, 2.0$\mu\textrm{m}$, diameter length by KDC method. The fiberous crystallites were oriented in a plane perpendicular to the press direction and sintered. The investigation of the grain diameters of the sintered ceramics, equivalent factor, electromechanical coupling factor($k_1$), and the generated voltage(V) shows that the grain's diameter decreases with the increase of the diameter of the used fiberous crystallites. The vibration absorption increases the crystallites' diameter. That means that the vibration absorption increases with the internal friction of grain boundary. Which was identified by the investigation of the equivallent circuit. 최근 중요하게 된 진동 흡수를 위해서 $BaTiO_{3}$ 세라믹의 흡진 특성을 측정하고 미세구조와의 연관을 조사했다.$BaTiO_{3}$ 세라믹은 비교적 물리적 화학적으로 안정하여 좋은 흡진재로 기대된다.BaTiO$_{3}$ 세라믹은 흡진 특성을 강화시키기 위해서 섬유상 분말을 소결하여 만들었다. KDC법으로 직경이 0.2$\mu\textrm{m}$, 1.2$\mu\textrm{m}$, 2.0$\mu\textrm{m}$인 각각 다른 섬유상 $K_2Ti_4O_9$을 만들고 이온교환해서 섬유상 $BaTiO_{3}$ 을 만들었다. 면상으로 배향시킨 소결체의 흡진 특성과 전기적 물성을 조사하여 미세구조와 의 관계를 밝혔다. 소결체의 입경과 등가회로, 전기기계합계수($K_{t}$), 발생 전압(V)을 조사한 결과, 사용한 섬유의 직경이 클수록 소결체의 입경은 작아졌다. 따라서 입계가 많아졌다. 흡진 특성은 입계가 많을수록 커진다. 즉 입계의 내무마찰이 클수록 흡진률은 커지며 이때의 내부마찰은 등가회로를 조사함으로써 확인되었다.

        The usability of rice husk fiber originated from the biorefinery process of rice husk for the rice husk silica extraction was evaluated in this study. The vegetation media becomes more important materials for the artificial greening such as rooftop garden. The applicability of rice husk fiber as a substitute raw materials for the cocopeat, the major component for the artificial soil, was evaluated with the vegetation media samples made of OCC or ONP pulp. The higher addition of rice husk fiber instead of cocopeat resulted in the bulkier and the weaker vegetation media samples. The water holding capacity and the waster disintegration properties were not much affected by the substitution of rice husk fiber. The effects of the rice husk fiber on the changes in the conductivity of the vegetation media were not detected. The application of rice husk fiber as a substitute for the cocopeat could be possible with optimizing application practice.

        왕겨 알칼리 증해 흑액으로부터 실리카 석출 연구

        The effects of the pH conditions on the precipitation of silica in the black liquor of the rice husk alkine digestion were evaluated in this study. KOH and NaOH were applied for the rice husk alkaline digestion, and the black liquors originated from each alkaline digestion were characterized. Four pH conditions (pH 10, 9, 8, and 7) were applied for the precipitation of silica from the black liquor. The black liquor from the KOH digestion showed higher solid contents than that of the NaOH digestion, which resulted in the higher amount of the precipitated solid obtained from the KOH black liquor. The yield of silica was higher at the lower pH condition such as pH 8. However, the non-silica materials were also precipitated from the black liquor and the higher amount of non-silica materials were precipitated at the lower pH condition.
