        유도탄의 신뢰도 예측 모델 개선에 관한 연구

        Currently, Storage Reliability is analyzed when predicting the reliability of guided missile. However, Mission Reliability and Logistics Reliability should be analyzed according to the definition of reliability in MIL-STD-785B. Therefore, it is necessary to accurately predict the reliability of guided missile based on the definition of reliability. In this paper, we proposed improved the reliability procedure and model for guided missile based on which the definition of reliability considering the mission profile. The proposed model can calculate the final failure rate by applying the ratio of the dormant and storage according to the mission profile. The proposed model has been confirmed to be more accurate than the existing model compared to the actual failure rate value. The results of this study can be useful for applying the reliability prediction to any guided missile.

        원샷시스템의 신뢰도 척도 설정 방안

        Purpose: This paper presents reliability metrics for a one-shot system that is being applied differently. Methods: First, the target reliability values of a one-shot system under development were obtained and analyzed. Subsequently, the reliability metrics of the system were classified on the basis of their definition. Finally, sensitivity analysis of the service life related to a periodic test was performed to analyze the effect of the reliability metrics when input parameters changed. Results: We propose consistent reliability metrics that can replace the various one-shot-system reliability metrics currently in use. The sensitivity analysis showed that the variation of the testing time hardly influenced the reliability metrics, and the optimum reliability could be maintained by appropriately setting the testing frequency. The larger the change in the failure detection rate, the greater was the possibility of the reliability value being affected. Conclusion: When setting the life of a one-shot system, optimal design reflection activities can be performed by using the sensitivity analysis results presented herein.

        무기체계의 안전 설계를 위한 DFMEA 적용에 관한 연구

        In this paper, we proposed the DFMEA Implementation Method for safety design of Weapon System. First, we presented the process for DFMEA. And then, the case analysis of OOO missile was performed in accordance with the process presented. After defining the system requirements of OOO missile, failure definition scoring criteria was set. In order to clarify the definition of failure, the failure was classified into safety, reliability, maintainability and others. After performing the function analysis, the relationship matrix analysis was performed to identify the failure mode according to the function without omission. After clarifying the failure classification, mode of failure, cause of failure and effect were analyzed to calculate the severity, occurrence and detection values. After the action priority was judged, the recommended action according to the failure classification was identified for the determined action priority. The results of this study can be used as a relevant basis for the design reflection and resource re-allocation of stakeholders.

        연속형 시스템의 신뢰성 성장 관리 시험 설계 방안

        In this paper we proposed the test design method of reliability growth management. First, we presented the process for establishing the reliability growth management test design considering the number of failures and the termination test time. Reliability growth analysis of continuous system was performed in accordance with the test design process presented. In case the reliability test result is not met with the reliability target value after more than three failures occurred, the required test times were analyzed that 1,725 hrs for one corrective action, 1,950 hrs for two corrective actions. If the number of failures is less than three, design a reliability demonstration test according to confidence level 80% and 90% was performed using RGA 11 Software. As a result, it is possible to establish the reliability growth management test design with sufficient use of available resources. The results of this study can be used when establishing a test design for assessment of reliability growth management of all continuous systems.

        종합군수지원에서의 MOEs, MOPs, TPMs 적용방안에 대한 연구

        Although the weapon systems are becoming more diverse and complex, they are progressing in a short development period and a longer test and evaluation period. The more difficult the given environment is, the more efforts and performance of quantitative target values can be made by development agencies to carry out stable projects. However, these target values of the Integrated Logistics Support are not specified in the requirements and being set during the system development phase. In this paper, application of MOEs, MOPs and TPMs for ILS are presented and provided the basis for carrying out systematic Verification & Validation activities. As a result that MOEs of the ILS were chosen as Availability and MOPs as Mission Reliability, Logistics Reliability, Maintainability and Supportability and TPMs as MTBF, MTBCF, MTTR and so on. In particular, it is appropriate tailoring and apply the TPMs considering the cost, schedule, scope of work and characteristics of the project.

        원샷시스템의 신뢰도 성장 계획 설정 방안

        In this paper we proposed to develop the reliability growth planning for the One-shot system using the PM2-Discrete model. The PM2-Discrete is the methodology specifically developed for discrete systems and is the first quantitative method available for formulating detailed plans in the discrete usage domain. First, the parameters RG, RI, T, MS and d of the PM2-Discrete model are set. Second, the case analysis was performed on One-shot system A. Third, the input parameter values were applied to drive the R(t) equation. Finally, using RGA 11 Software, the reliability Growth Planning Curve of One-shot system A was constructed. Also, the sensitivity analyses are performed for the changes of model parameters. The results of this study can be usefully used in establishing the reliability growth planning curve of the One-shot system.

        In this paper we proposed the alternative analysis of reliability design using redundancy technique. First, we presented the process for establishing the reliability design alternative analysis process considering the active redundancy and the standby redundancy. and then, the case analysis of A driving equipment was performed in accordance with the reliability design alternative analysis process presented. In case the series reliability design result is not met with the reliability target value. so, the target item for redundancy design of A driving equipment were selected as items with a severity of two or higher. The redundancy design applied with active and standby redundancy techniques were analyzed using BlockSim software. As a result, it was analyzed that reliability design to active redundancy with one of two elements required for A driving equipment is the most efficient compared to the target value of reliability. The results of this study can be usefully used before the reliability design is performed.

        신뢰성 성장관리 시험의 시험 시료 수 결정 방안

        The number of test samples was calculated by setting the reliability growth management test period considering the weapon system development period. The optimal reliability growth management test design condition was 80% reliability, 60% confidence level, and 6 months of test period. At this time, it was analyzed that 4 test samples were required if 0 failure occurred, and 9 test samples were required if 1 failure occurred. Using the method of determining the number of samples presented in this paper, it can be used as a basis for acquiring a budget for the number of samples for reliability growth management when switching from the exploratory development stage to the system development stage.

        복수장비의 고장 데이터를 활용한 신뢰성 성장 시험 적용 방안

        In this paper, we proposed a method for reliability growth testing in multiple systems. First, the reliability growth test procedure for multiple systems was presented, and then the case analysis of the reliability growth test was performed on the A system. Since the test time and failure event for the same system can be known, the reliability growth data was set as a known operating times data type. The total test time was 8,000 hours, and the number of failures was 16. Accordingly, the demonstrated mean time between failures was calculated as 628.241399 hours. In addition, a test alternative analysis was performed to determine the end time of the reliability growth test. It was confirmed that the reliability target value was satisfied at 1,770 individual test times. In this case, the demonstrated mean time between failure was 501.934460 hours, and the total test time of 920 hours may be shortened. That is, it is possible to reduce the test time and related costs. Therefore, since most weapon systems tests use multiple equipment types rather than a single type of equipment, a reliability growth test can be performed in accordance with the proposed reliability growth test procedure. Also, it can be used as an alternative to reducing the test period and business risk through the alternative analysis of the reliability growth test. 본 논문은 복수장비의 고장 데이터를 활용한 신뢰성 성장 시험 적용 방안을 제시하였다. 우선 복수장비의 신뢰성 성장 시험 절차를 제시한 후 제안한 절차에 따라 A System에 대하여 신뢰성 성장 시험 사례분석을 수행하였다. 동일한 시스템에 대한 시험 시간 및 고장 이벤트를 알 수 있기 때문에 신뢰성 성장 데이터는 알려진 운용시간 데이터 유형으로 설정하였다. 총 시험시간은 8,000시간을 수행하였으며, 시험 종료 시점까지 고장발생 건수는 16번이었다. 이에 따라, 입증된 고장 간 평균 시간은 628.241399시간의 결과 값이 산출되었다. 또한, 신뢰성 성장 시험 종료 시점을 결정할 수 있는 시험 대안 분석을 수행하였다. 개별 시험 시간 1,770시점에서 신뢰도 목표 값이 만족되어 신뢰성 성장 시험 종료가 가능함을 확인하였다. 이 때, 입증된 고장 간 평균 시간 값은 501.934460시간으로 충족되었으며, 총 시험시간 920시간을 단축시킬 수 있다. 즉, 시험기간 및 관련된 비용을 줄일 수 있는 효과를 기대할 수 있다. 따라서, 대부분 무기체계는 시험 시제 수량을 단일장비가 아닌 복수장비로써 시험을 수행하기 때문에 제안한 신뢰성 성장 시험 절차에 따라 신뢰성 성장 시험을 수행할 수 있다. 또한, 신뢰성 성장 시험 대안 분석을 통하여 시험 기간 및 사업 리스크를 제거하는 대안으로 활용가능하다.
