        여성 고령자 보행 시 연령별 하지 관절의 3차원 각 차이

        The purpose of this study was to investigate the difference of 3D angle in the lower extremity joint during elderly walking. Total of ten women elderly participated in this study and they were divided into two groups(70`s and 80`s) to ages. To accomplish this study, motion analysis was performed with 7 cameras(SF: 100Hz, ProReflex MCU, Qualisys, Sweden). Total of 13 reflective markers were attached on the participant`s joint and segment. The 3D angle of lower extremity joint was calculated by using Cardan`s method through Matlab 6.5 program. After data analysis, a independent t-test was performed to inspect whether statistically significant at the 5% level were found between groups using by SPSS 11.0. The results of analysis were as follows; First, in movement of the hip joint, at the mid stance(adductiobduction) and the complete landing and decelerated swing(internal/external rotation), it was found that 70`s group tended to show significantly further movement of abduction and external rotation than 80`s group on a statistical basis. Second, The movement in knee joint was indicated to have no statistically significant difference in flexion & extension, varus & valgus, and internal/external rotation. Third, in regard to the movement of ankle joint, it was found that 80`s group tended to show significantly further movement of plantar-flexion at landing, complete landing and decelerated swing than 70`s group on a statistical basis. And during accelerated swing, it was also found that 70`s group tended to show inversion, whereas 80`s group tended to show eversion. There were significant differences in the movement during said phase between two groups on statistical basis(p<.05).

        월경주기에 따른 유산소운동 수행 시 혈중지질 및 에스트로겐 농도에 미치는 영향

        The purpose of this study was to suggest right exercise method during menstrual period in women. Targeting generally female university students, it selected 10 people(Group A) regularly with three times a week, and passage of 8 weeks, and 10 people(Group B) without taking regular exercise. The same aerobic exercise was carried out in the menstrual period and corpus-luteum period. As a result of research, first, the group with exercise showed high reduction in cholesterol after exercise compared to group without exercise. Significant reduction was indicated in the menstrual period of the group with exercise. Second, the group with exercise showed high reduction in neutral lipid after exercise compared to group without exercise. The group with exercise showed bigger reduction in neutral lipid after exercise in the corpus-luteum period than after exercise given menstruation. Third, the group with exercise showed a high rise in high-density lipoprotein cholesterol compared to the group without exercise. A significant rise was indicated in the corpus-luteum period of the group with exercise. Fourth, the group with exercise showed low rise in estrogen level after exercise compared to the group without exercise. The aspect in the group with exercise and the group without exercise in the corpus-luteum period showed similar rise. Difference by period between both groups wasn't shown all. Accordingly, the group of taking regular exercise is considered to have more positive influence regardless of menstrual cycle than the group of not taking exercise.

        리듬체조 퐁쉐 2회전 1/2턴 기술의 역학적 분석

        This study was analyzed the characteristics on the stability of posture while conducting a through two and half rotation technic of penche in rhythmic gymnastics. Two rhythmical gymnastics player(LKH and SSJ) who is a member of the national team were selected, and for obtain the kinematic and kinetic variables were used a ProReflex MCU 240 infrared camera(Qualisys, Sweden) and a Type9286A force platform(Kistler, Switzerland). The mechanical factors were computed by using Visual3D program and Matlab R2009a. During the landing and rotation phase the results showed following characteristics; 1) In medial-lateral and horizontal displacement of the support foot, LKH showed smaller movement than SSJ, but SSJ showed smaller movement than LKH in swing foot. LKH showed bigger movement in medial-lateral axis of COP and vertical axis of COG, but SSJ showed bigger movement in horizontal axis of COP and medial-lateral axis of COG. 2) SSJ showed bigger maximum horizontal and vertical velocity at P1 and P2 than LKH. 3) In the inclination angle of COP and COG, SSJ showed smaller change than LKH, but within medial-lateral tilt of the shoulder, LKH performed rotation motion in horizontal position than SSJ. There was no differences in each force components during rotation, but on landing phase, the results showed a characteristic that SSJ exerted bigger breaking force and vertical force than LKH.

        댄스스포츠 룸바 Forward Walk 시 숙련도에 따른 운동학적 특성

        The purpose of this study was to investigate the kinematic difference between skilled and less skilled group for the forward walk at dance sports rumba. Six female players(skilled group: 3, less skilled group: 3) were participated as the subjects. To obtain the three-dimensional location coordinates in the joints and segments, it shot with 100Hz/s using 8 video cameras. Step length, shoulder rotation angle, orientation angle and angular velocity of pelvis were analyzed for each trail. The skilled group showed a bigger movement than the less skilled group at the shoulder rotation angle and ROM. The skilled group showed a bigger movement than the less skilled group at the up/down obliquity and internal/external rotation movement for pelvis. And the skilled group showed a bigger movement than the less skilled group at Maximum angle (down obliquity) of P2 and Maximum angle (up obliquity) of P3 to pelvis ROM. The skilled group showed a faster angular velocity than the less skilled group at P2 (+ direction, posterior) of anterior & posterior tilt, P2 & P3 (- direction, up) of up & down obliquity, and P2 (+ direction, external) of internal & external rotation.

        여대생들의 체지방률과 신체활동량 따른 건강 체력

        The purpose of this study was to compare physical activity levels the and physical fitness according to body composition and the body composition and physical fitness according to physical activity levels in female university students. The subjects was 316 total of female university students. Over 30% Body fat group was 36% and low physical activity level group was 81.4% of total. Body fat was effect to the physical activities. Right grip strength, back strength, sit-up were significantly but forward bending, step-test were no particular changed significantly in according to body composition (p<.001). The amount of physical activities were influence by body fat (p<.001). And right grip strength, back strength, sit-up, forward bending were significantly but step-test was no particular changed significantly in according to physical activity levels (p<.001). Therefore body fat of body composition and physical activity levels were relative of muscle strength, muscle endurance of physical fitness. But no relationship was Cardiovascular endurance of physical fitness.

        키넥트 센서 데이터를 이용한 스노보드 동작 시각화 도구의 구현

        본 논문에서는 키넥트 센서에 의해 획득한 스켈레톤 정보를 이용하여 스노보드 동작을 시각화 할 수 있는 도구를 제안한다. 스노보드 동작에서 가장 기본이 되는 동작은 BBP(Balanced Body Position)자세로서 안정된 턴 동작을 위한 기본 기술이다. 본 논문에서는 BBP자세를 분석하여 가장 이상적인 동작을 실현할 수 있는 시각화 도구를 구현한다. 키넥트 센서로 부터 획득한 좌표정보를 이용하여 발목, 무릎, 엉덩이 관절의 각도와 몸의 중심축을 추적하여 표준 자세와 비교분석한다. 분석결과는 OpenGL 라이브러리를 통하여 최종 결과 화면을 구성하였다. 본 연구결과는 스노보드 턴 동작을 분석하는 기초자료로 활용될 수 있을 것이다. This paper proposed visualization tool for motion of snowboarding using Skeleton data obtained by the Microsoft's Kinect sensor. The BBP(Balanced Body Position) posture is a most basic motion in the Snowboarding. This posture is the primary technology for stable turns. The implementation of visualization tool to analyse the BBP posture of snowboard. comparative analysis with standard postures to the ankles, knees, hips and spine angle of joints and body tracking using coordinate information obtained by the Kinect Sensor. Analysis of the final results of the screen through the OpenGL library. This research result could be used to analysis for turn postures of snowboarding.

        리듬체조 연속 9회전 백워드 일루션 동작 시 운동학적 요인의 Variability

        The purpose of this study was to analyze variability of kinematic factors in backward illusion motions of rhythmic gymnastics. The subject of this study selected one woman gymnast as the only one who could afford to demonstrate a challenging rhythmic motion of 9 serial turns among worldwide rhythmic gymnasts. Three-Dimensional motion analysis with 7 infrared cameras (sampling frequency: 100Hz) was performed for this study. The data accepted from cameras was analyzed for the kinematic factors by each rotation by using Qualisys Track Manage and Visual3D. As consecutive 9 Backward Illusion Motion achieved, athletes revealed following characteristics. 1) The Z axis motion of COG, supporting leg and swinging leg’s ankle and head apex were more consistent than X and Y axis motions and back-and-forth motions. According to analysis on consistency of velocity components in swinging leg’s ankle and head apex, it was also found that the horizontal velocity was relatively low in consistency. According to analysis on consistency of trunk’s adduction and abduction and knee angle of supporting legs, it was found that abduction motions had relatively higher consistency than adduction motions, and the flexion and extension of knee joint worked in motion with high consistency.

        단기간의 산양삼복용과 유산소 운동이 최대운동검사 및 회복시의 면역체계에 미치는 영향

        The purpose of this study was to indicate the basic data having positive effects of athletic performances by analyzing the change of immune function for college students majoring physical education during 4 weeks of aerobic exercise with taking cultivated wild ginseng. The results through the date analysis are drawn below. First, there were significant differences in the main effects between groups, time and period in Neutrophil, Lymphocyte and Monocyte by intake of cultivated wild ginseng and before and after of the aerobic exercise for 4 weeks. The correlation effects between groups & period have showed the significant differences, but in the correlation effects between time & period and time & period & groups, there was no significant differences. Second, there were significant differences in the main effects between groups and period in Eosinophil, Basophil and IGA by intake of cultivated wild ginseng and before and after of the aerobic exercise for 4 weeks, but there was no significant differences in time. The correlation effects between groups & period have showed the significant differences, but in the correlation effects between time & period and time & period & groups, there was no significant differences. Therefore, taking cultivated wild ginseng and aerobic exercise for snort-term is considered that the effects of cultivated wild ginseng and aerobic exercise are insufficient in inflammatory response and resistance aspects. In conclusion, the long-term study with various intensity and levels is expected to improve the immunity function, and it would be more efficient in performing an aerobic exercise and taking cultivated wild ginseng.
