사회과학연구 제28집 5호 : 학교 임파워먼트 프로그램이 청소년의 자기 효능감 및 심리적 안녕감에 미치는 영향

본 연구의 목적은 중·고등학교에 재학하고 있는 청소년들을 대상으로 그룹 활동을 통하여 임파워먼트 프로그램이 자기효능감 및 심리적 안녕에 관한 효과성을 알아보고자 하였다. 이를 위하여 임파워먼트 개념을 구성하는 자기성찰, 상호 토론 및 강점관점을 중심으로 장래의 사회참여 구상에 관한 시간을 프로그램을 구성하여 실시하였다. 본 프로그램은 오리엔테이션을 포함하여 매주 1회씩 총 4주 동안 실시하여 중·고등학교에 재학 중인 청소년들의 자기 효능감 및 심리적 안녕감의 변화를 살펴보았다. 이를 위하여 본 연구는 서울의 H중학교의 여학생 173명과 부산의 K고등학교 남학생 145명의 학생들, 그리고 서울의 Y고등학교 349명의 학생들을 대상으로 실시하였고, 연구결과는 다음과 같다. 즉, 청소년 임파 워먼트 프로그램의 실시가 청소년들의 자기효능감 및 심리적 안녕감에 긍정적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 분석되었다. 이를 통하여 학교현장을 통한 청소년 임파워먼트 프로그램의 활성화 방안모색과 다양한 프로그램이 청소년복지의 현장교육에서 도움이 될 수 있을 가능성이 있음을 알 수 있었다. The purpose of this study is to understand the school empowerment program through group activities aimed at young people who are enrolled in middle school, and high school levels to evaluate the effectiveness of self-efficacy, and psychological well-being. Therefore, the significance of this study is to understand the impact of the activities upon the youth self-efficacy, and psychological well-being after youth have participated in self-reflection programs based on the concept of youth empowerment and strength perspectives. This study is based on a survey of 250 students, who are currently enrolled in Gwong-Myung high school in Pu-San, Hansung women’s middle school in Seoul and Yumkwang high school in Seoul. The program is conducted once a week for four weeks, including the orientation analyzed the changes in the students`` self-efficacy and psychological wellbeing. The practice of empowerment is an activity based on critical self-reflection. In other words, criticism is the proper nature of empowerment, and reflection is a concept to understand current and future activities and to use the influence of one``s own personal situations and experiences. This study attempts to compare and analyze the different effects of the youth program by understanding the difference between before the program is applied and after it is applied to a group of students. This empowerment program for youth was found to have a positive effect on the cultivation of self-efficacy and psychological wellbeing of young people. And based on strengths perspective, teenagers can improve their personal, interpersonal, social and political empowerment through their discussion with school friends. Therefore, this study should be useful if utilized in the implementation of various programs in schools.

The study looked into Influences of empowerment and perception on organizational justice of members in social welfare organization upon organizational commitment and job performance. The study results are as below. First, the higher empowerment such as control of job practice, relationship with job practice, pursuit of individual job etc. of members in social welfare organization was, organizational commitment became higher. Second, the higher perception on organizational justice such as distributive justice, procedural justice, interactional justice etc. of members in social welfare organization was, organizational commitment became higher. Third, the higher empowerment such as control of job practice, relationship with job practice, pursuit of individual job etc. of members in social welfare organization was, job performance became higher. Fourth, the higher perception on organizational justice such as distributive justice, procedural justice, interactional justice etc. of members in social welfare organization was, job performance became higher. Finally, the higher organizational commitment of members in social welfare organization was, job performance became higher. Through this, it can be known that empowerment and cultivation of organizational justice in social welfare organization can give positive effect on organizational commitment and job performance for members in social welfare organization.
