        네모파 전압전류법에 의한 텔루륨(Ⅳ) 정량

        Tellurium(Ⅳ)에 대한 네모파 전압전류법적 연구를 HMDE를 사용하여 염산 용액에서 수행하였다. 염산 용액중에서 Tellurium(Ⅳ)의 환원반응은 산에 의한 촉매반응의 특징을 나타내는 비가역적인 과정으로 진행됨을 알 수 있었다. 본 연구에서는 또한 네모파 전압전류법에 의한 Tellurium(Ⅳ)의 분석 조건 및 방해이온들에 대하여 검토하였다. 이 방법에 의한 Tellurium(Ⅳ)의 검출한계는 $4.2\;ppb (3.3{\tiems}10^{-8}M)$이었으며, 전극표면에서의 4.2 Tellurium(Ⅳ)의 양은 ${\Gamma}=(7.2{\pm}1.4){\times}10^{-11}\;mol\;cm^{-2}$이었다. Square-wave voltammetric behavior for tellurium(Ⅳ) was studied in hydrochloric acid medium using a hanging mercury drop electrode. The reduction of tellurium(Ⅳ) was found to be irreversible and catalized by acid. Analytical conditions for the determination of tellurium(Ⅳ) and effects of diverse ions were also investigated. The detection limit of tellurium(Ⅳ) was $4.2\;ppb (3.3{\tiems}10^{-8}M)$. The amount of tellurium(Ⅳ) on the electrode surface was ${\Gamma}=(7.2{\pm}1.4){\times}10^{-11}\;mol\;cm^{-2}$.

        Uranium(Ⅵ)-Cupferron 착물의 네모파 전압전류법적 연구

        uranium(VI)-cupferron 착물에 대한 네모파 전압전류법적 연구를 pH5.0의 0.1M아세트산 완충용액에서 수행하였다. 네모파 전압전류법을 이용한 미량의 우라늄 정량과 분석시의 최적조건에 대해 검토하였다. Uranium(VI)-cupferron 착물의 환원반응은 반응물만이 전극 표면에 흡착되는 비가역적인 과정으로 진행되는 반응임을 알 수 있었다. Uranium(VI)의 검출한계는 -0.1 V vs. Ag/AgCl에서 흡착시간을 30sec로 하였을 때 7.9nM(2 ppb)이었으며, 전극 표면에 흡착된 uranium(VI)-cupferron착물의 양은 ${\Gamma}_{max} = (4.9{\pm}0.3){\times}10^{-10} mol{\cdot}cm^{-2}$이었다 Square-wave voltammetric behavior for uranium(VI)-cupferron complex was studied in 0.1 M acetate buffer solution(pH5.0). The optimum condition for square-wave voltammetric analysis of uranium was also investigated. The reduction of uranium(VI)-cupferron complex was found to be irreversible and only uranium(VI)-cupferron complex was adsorbed on the electrode surface during the deposition time. Detection limit of uranium(VI) was 7.9nM(2 ppb) where the deposition time was 30sec at -0.1 V vs. Ag/AgCl. The amount of uranium(VI)-cupferron complex adsorbed on the electrode surface was ${\Gamma}_{max} = (4.9{\pm}0.3){\times}10^{-10} mol{\cdot}cm^{-2}$.

        양이온 교환체에서 희토류원소와 $\alpha$-Hydroxyisobutyric Acid 착물들의 머무름 거동에 관한 연구

        양이온 교환체 (LC-18 coated with $C_{20}H_{41}SO_4^-$)에서 희토류원소-$\alpha$HiBA 착물계의 머무름 거동을 연구하였다. [Na$^+$] 및 [$\alpha$-HiBA]의 등용매 또는 기울기 용리에 따른 희토류원소의 머무름을 나타내는 관계식을 이온 교환 평형식으로부터 유도하였다. [$Na+$] 및 [$\alpha$-HiBA]의 등용매 용리에 따른 크기성질(k')의 관계인 log k' vs log [$Na^+$] 및 log k' vs log [$\alpha$-HiBA]의 직선의 기울기 값에 대한 실험값과 계산값을 비교한 결과 서로 일치하였다. 위의 관계식으로부터 비선형 최소자승법으로 각 개별 착물들의 크기성질($k'_{Ln}^{3+}, k'_{LnL}^{2+}, k'{LnL2+}) 및 착물의 안정도 상수(${\beta}_1$, ${\beta}_2$, ${\beta}_3$)를 각각 구하였다. 희토류원소들의 크기성질(k')에 대한 실험값과 계산값의 상관계수가 0.9996보다 좋은 결과를 나타내었다. Retention behavior of lanthanide-$\alpha$HiBA complexes was studied on the cation exchanger (LC-18 coated with $C_{20}H_{41}SO_4^-$). An equation predicting retention of lanthanides in isocratic or gradient elution with sodium ion and $\alpha$-HiBA concentration was derived from ion exchange equilibria of metal-ligand complex system, respectively. The relations between log k' and log [Na$^+$] /log [$\alpha$-HiBA) showed non-linearity in isocratic elution. In gradient elution a good linearity between log k' vs log R was obtained. The values of slopes (log k / log R) gave good agreements between calculation and experiment. Individual capacity factors ($k'_{Ln}^{3+}, k'_{LnL}^{2+}, k'{LnL2+}) and stability constant (${\beta}_1$, ${\beta}_2$, ${\beta}_3$) of lanthanide-$\alpha$HiBA complexes were calculated by the non-linear least square fittings using the retention equation. The correlation coefficients of lanthanides were shown better than 0.9996 between experiment and calculation.

        역상액체크로마토그래피에 의한 지하수 중 U 및 Th의 분리정량

        염의 농도가 큰 시료용액중에 미량으로 함유되어 있는 U(VI)과 Th(VI)을 액상크로마토그래피로 동시에 분리, 정량하였다. 약 2ml의 시료를 pH5.5의 0.11M ${\alpha}$-HIBA 용리액과 함께 C_{18}$ 역상농축컬럼에 통과시켜 U(VI)과 Th(VI)을 농축시켰으며, 농축된 이들 원소들을 다시 비활성 C_{18}$ 역상분리컬럼에서 pH3.0의 0.17M ${\alpha}$-HIBA/0.0038 M 1-pentanesulfonate 용리액으로 각각 분리하였다. 분리된 이들 원소들은 Arsenazo III를 사용하는 postcolumn반응으로 검출되었으며, 검출한계는 두 원서 모두 1ppb이었다. The measurement of trace amounts of uranium(VI) and thorium(VI) in the solutions containing high concentration of dissolved salts was carried out. The procedure using reversed phase liquid chromatography with trace enrichment techniques has been developed to cope with the high salt content of the samples. 2 ml of sample were passed through a small C_{18}$ reversed phase enrichment column with ${\alpha}$-HIBA eluent (0.11 M, pH 5.5) where the uranium and thorium were separated from other constituents and concentrated. The uranium and thorium were then backflushed from the column onto a deactivated C_{18}$ reversed phase analytical column where furthe separation was achieved with a mixed eluent (pH3.0, 0.17M ${\alpha}$-HIBA/0.0038 M 1-pentanesulfonate). The separated species were determined spectrophotometrically by postcolumn reaction with Arsenazo III, the chromogenic reagent. Detection limits were found within 1 ppb range for both species.

        Generally rubber has been used to improve an impact absorption ability of certain structures. As it is known, shear modulus of rubbers is closely related with the impact absorption characteristics of the materials. In this work, impact test has been performed by using various hardness Silicone rubbers under different impact energy conditions. The maximum impact forces of the test were then implemented into Blatz-Ko model in finite element analysis to determine the shear modulus of the materials under the experimental boundary and loading conditions. As can be seen in the results, relatively higher level of absorption energy results in a decreasing shear modulus. Increasing hardness increases the maximum reaction force with decreasing absorption energy of the materials.

        낙하충격실험을 통한 고무의 충격흡수성능과 전단계수 평가

        Shock absorption performances of various rubbers were investigated by using drop impact test. Several types of rubber such as NR, NBR, EPDM, SR and PUR with three respective levels of shore hardness were used for the test. As in the cases, the absorbed impact energies in rubbers were measured under seven different loads against impact energy between 5-80J. The impact absorption efficiencies of the rubbers then were evaluated by means of both single impact energy condition and summation of all impact energy applied condition. As shown in the results, PUR and EPDM have better shock absorption performances than other rubbers. Further analysis was extended to determine a shear modulus of SR through the finite element implementation with Blatz-Ko model. As can be seen, relatively higher level of absorption energy results in a decreasing shear modulus.
