Effects of Self-competence and Recovery Resilience on Self-efficacy of C University Students of Early ChildhoodEducation-Music Major in Hebei Province of ChinaQun Xie & Youngchun Ko Abstract: This study is to explore methods to enhance the self-efficacy of C university students who are preliminary infant teachers of early childhood education-music (ECEM) major. The subjects are 875 students who majored in ECEM of C university in Hebei Province. For analysis of reliability and hierarchical regression etc, the program of SPSS 25 was used. The factor that greatly affect self-efficacy of university students majoring in ECEM was identified as self-competence. And among the sub-variables of self-competence, the factor that greatly affects self-efficacy was identified as self-control rather than self-esteem. In order to foster the self-efficacy of music major students of early childhood education, the economic and social and cultural environments for the students should be improved. 문화유산 정체성, 지역애착, 자기효능감, 장소 의미 및 행동의도 간의 경로모형 탐색: 중국 길림성 관광객을 대상으로

The purpose of this study is to explore the path model of cultural heritage identity, local attachment, self-efficacy, place attachment, place meaning, and behavioral intention of tourists visiting museums of the Wiman Imperial Palace and Goguryeo Royal Tombs in Jilin Province, China. The subjects are 516 tourists visiting the museums. For the analysis of reliability, average value, and correlation, the program of SPSS 25 is used, and to explore the path model, LISREL 8.53 is used. For tourists visiting the museums, the path model between Jilin Province cultural heritage identity, local attachment, self-efficacy, place attachment, place meaning, and behavioral intention is confirmed. ‘Cultural heritage identity’ reaches ‘place meaning and behavioral intention’ through ‘local attachment and self-efficacy’, and in this path model, self-efficacy serve as a leading variable that had a positive effect on local attachment. And cultural heritage identity directly affects each place meaning and behavioral intention. In order to revitalize tourism in Jilin Province, China, residents of Jilin Province should enhance the psychological self-esteem of the cultural heritage identity of Jilin Province residents by preserving, maintaining, managing and creating historical and cultural heritage.

사회적 지지가 자기존중감에 영향을 미침에 있어서 자기표현의 매개효과: 중국 길림성 대학생들을 대상으로

연구 목적: 이 연구의 목적은 중국 길림성 대학생들을 대상으로 사회적 지지가 자기존중감에 영향을 미침에 있어서 자기표현의 매개효과를 알기 위한 것이다. 연구 방법: 연구대상은 길림성 대학생들인 398명을 대상으로 하였고, SPSS 25 프로그램을 사용하여 신뢰도, 상관관계, 회귀의 분석 등을 하였다. 연구 내용: 이 연구에서 회귀분석 결과, 사회적 지지는 자기표현에 정적인 영향을 주었다. 사회적 지지의 경우 자기표현의 변량에 관하여 27%의 설명력을 가졌다. 사회적 지지는 자기존중감에 정적인 영향을 주었다. 사회적 지지의 경우 자기존중감의 변량에 대하여 25%의 설명력을 가졌다. 다중회귀분석 결과 사회적 지지와 자기표현은 자기존중감에 정적인 영향을 주었다(Sobel 테스트: Z=4.03, p≤.05). 사회적 지지와 자기표현 경우 자기존중감의 변량에 대하여 32%의 설명력을 가졌다. 결론 및 제언: 사회적 지지가 자기존중감의 영향을 미침에 있어서 자기표현의 부분적인 매개효과가 있음을 확인할 수 있었다. 사회적 지지가 자기존중감에 영향을 미침에 있어서는 자기결정성, 자기역량, 자기효능감 등의 매개효과도 개입되어 있을 것으로 사료된다. 그래서 자기존중감의 추후연구에서는 이들 변수들에 의한 매개효과도 살펴볼 필요가 있을 것이다.
