유아기 자녀를 둔 아버지의 성역할 가치와 양육분담이 어머니의 양육스트레스와 일-가정 양립 어려움에 미치는 영향

본 연구는 유아기 자녀를 둔 기혼 취업 여성을 대상으로 아버지의 성역할 가치와 양육분담이 아버지의 양육스트레스를 매개로 어머니의 양육스트레스와 일-가정 양립의 어려움에 미치는 영향을 분석하는데 목적이 있다. 이를 위해 육아정책연구소의 한국아동패널조사 7차년도(2015) 데이터를 기준으로 취업모 694명 중 6차년도(2014) 자료에 아버지의 응답자료가 없는 응답자 40명을 제외한 654명을 대상으로 Pearson 상관분석, 구조방정식모형분석, 매개효과 확인을 위한 부트스트래핑(Bootstrapping) 분석을 하였다. 연구결과 첫째, 아버지의 성역할 가치와 양육분담은 정적 상관관계가 나타난 반면, 아버지의 성역할 가치, 양육분담과 양육스트레스는 부적인 상관관계가 나타났다. 아버지의 성역할 가치와 양육분담은 다음 해의 어머니의 양육스트레스와 일-가정 양립의 어려움과는 낮은 상관수준이 나타났으나 아버지의 양육스트레스는 어머니의 양육스트레스와 일-가정 양립의 어려움과 정적 상관관계가 나타났다. 둘째, 아버지의 성역할 가치가 아버지의 양육스트레스를 매개로 어머니의 양육스트레스와 일-가정 양립 어려움에 통계적으로 유의미한 영향을 미치고 있음이 나타났으나 아버지의 양육분담은 어머니의 양육스트레스와 일-가정 양립 어려움에 아버지의 양육스트레스를 매개로 유의미한 영향을 미치지 않는 것으로 나타났다. The study aims to examine the effects of value of gender roles and the sharing of parenting responsibility in fathers of young children on general parenting stress and work-family conflict of married working women with young children by mediating the effect of fathers’ parenting stress. The data of 654 couples with young children in the Korean Children and Youth Panel Survey were analyzed. The fathers data were used in 6th year of KCYPS, and mothers data were used in 7th year of KCYPS to conduct the analyses of Pearson’s correlations, SEM, and Bootstrapping. The results show that first, the values of gender roles and sharing parenting in fathers of young children showed significant positive relationships, but among the values of gender roles, sharing parenting, and parenting stress showed negative correlations. The value of gender roles and sharing parenting responsibilities in fathers of young children showed a low level of correlations with a mothers’ parenting stress and general work-family conflict. However the parenting stress of fathers showed a positive correlations with a mother’s parenting stress and the level of work-family conflict. The value of gender roles has a significant effect on mothers’ parenting stress and work-family conflict is mediated by fathers’ parenting stress. However, fathers who shared parenting had no significant effect on a mothers’ parenting stress and the corresponding work-family conflict mediated by a fathers’ parenting stress.

보육교사의 교직윤리의식과 교직인성이 교직전문성 인식에 미치는 영향

본 연구는 보육교사의 교직윤리의식과 교직인성이 교직전문성 인식에 미치는 영향을 알아보는데 목적을 두었다. 이를 위해 서울시와 경기도 지역의 어린이집에 근무하고 있는 보육교사 279명을 대상으로 설문조사를 실시하였다. 수집된 자료에 대해 SPSS 22.0 프로그램을 이용하여 기술통계, Pearson의 적률상관분석, 단계적 다중회귀분석을 실시하였다. 연구 결과, 첫째, 보육교사의 교직윤리의식, 교직인성, 교직전문성 인식은 모두 높게 나타났으나 다른 두 변인에 비해 교직전문성 인식은 상대적으로 낮게 나타났다. 둘째, 교직윤리의식, 교직인성, 교직전문성 인식 간에는 유의미한 상관관계가 있었으며, 하위요인 간 상관도 대체로 유의하였다. 셋째, 교직전문성 인식에 미치는 독립변인들의 상대적 영향력을 분석한 결과, 가장 큰 영향을 미치는 요인은 교직인성의 하위요인인 소명의식인 것으로 나타났다. 본 연구 결과는 보육의 질을 향상시킬 수 있는 보육교사 관련 요인들 간의 관계와 영향력을 분석했다는데 의미가 있으며 보육교사의 전문성을 향상을 위한 시사점을 제공한다. The purpose of this study is to investigate the effect of child care teachers` teaching ethics and personality on the recognition of teaching professionalism. For this purpose, 279 child care teachers working day care centers in Seoul and Gyeonggi-do were surveyed. ollected data were analyzed descriptive statistics, Pearson`s correlation analysis and stepwise multiple regression analysis. The results of this study are as follows First, ethics of teaching, teacher personality, and the recognition of teaching professionalism were all high, but the recognition of teaching professionalism was relatively low compared to the other two variables. Second, there was a statistically significant correlation among ethics of teaching, teacher personality, and the recognition of teaching professionalism. And the correlation between subfactors was generally significant. Third, the factor the greatest influence on the recognition of teaching professionalism the sense of vocation, the subfactor of teaching personality. The study is meaningful that it analyzes the relationship and influence between factors related to childcare teachers’ teaching professionalism and suggests directions to improve the professionalism of child care teachers.
