직업사회교과에서 Blended-Learning의 효과에 관한 연구

This study was conducted to develop Blended-Learning method for increasing students engagement to the job-related classes. The prime objectives of this study is to develop Blended-Learning model for improving efficiency of job-related classes and to verify the effectiveness of the developed Blended-Learning model. Based on the these study objective, CAE method as blended-learning developed in this study is applied to an occupational sociology class. The CAE method was tested on 62 college students in Daegu for 16 weeks. The college students were divided in two groups, the control group and the experimental group. The T-Test analysis is conducted for verifying the effectiveness of CAE method. Before the experiment, the difference of the employment competencies between the control group and the experimental group was measured. As a result of T-Test analysis, employment competencies were not significant between the control group and the experimental group. After the experiment, employment competencies of both the control group and the experimental group appeared significant difference. According to the results of empirical analysis with T-Test, experimental group s employment competencies was more higher than control group s. In conclusion, Blended-Learning is very effective to enhance students interests and engagement, and increase students employment competencies.

공공기관의 기업정보포털(EIP) 특성이 조직유효성과 개인성과에 미치는 영향에 관한 연구

본 연구는 DeLone and McLean(1992)의 정보시스템 성공모형을 근간으로 기업정보포털의 특성과 직무만족, 조직몰입 등의 조직관련 요인들을 함께 고려하여 기업정보포털(EIP)의 성과를 설명하는데 보다 적합한 모형을 제시하고자 하였다. 구체적으로 본 연구모형에서는 EIP 특성을 선행변수로, 사용자만족과 조직유효성 변수를 매개변수로, 그리고 EIP의 성과를 나타내는 개인성과를 종속변수로 사용하였다. 그리고 이 연구모형을 공공기관의 기업정보포털에 적용하여 실증연구를 수행하였다. 실증연구 결과 EIP특성 중 사용용이성, 과정품질, 보안성이 제고되면 사용자만족이 높아지는 것으로 나타났으며, 사용자만족은 직무만족, 조직몰입과 같은 조직유효성 제고에 기여하는 것으로 나타났다. 또한, 사용자만족은 직무만족, 조직몰입과 함께 개인성과에 정(+)의 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 따라서 공공기관은 EIP를 도입 및 운영할 때 사용용이성, 과정품질, 보안성 제고를 통해 EIP의 사용자만족을 제고시켜 조직몰입, 직무만족 등의 조직유효성을 높이고, 이를 통하여 결과적으로 개인성과 제고는 물론, 나가서는 조직성과의 제고도 함께 기대할 수 있을 것이다. This study proposes a research model to find factors affecting the performance of enterprise information portal (EIP) and to understand the dynamics of their effects on the performance of EIP. We considered the factors related with characteristics of EIP, job satisfaction, and organizational commitment on the basis of the information system success model suggested by DeLone and McLean (1992). More specifically, our research model includes characteristics of EIP as antecedent variables, user satisfaction and organizational effectiveness as mediators, and individual performance as dependent variable representing EIP performance. Our research model was applied to EIPs in public sector for an empirical study. The results of empirical study show that ease of use, process quality, and security among the characteristics of EIP have positive relationships with user satisfaction, which, in turn, positively affects organizational effectiveness. User satisfaction and organizational effectiveness also have positive effects on individual performance. From the results it is expected that user satisfaction can be improved by increasing ease of use, process quality, and security of EIP and improved user satisfaction will lead to improvement of organizational effectiveness which will result in increase of individual performance. This implies that we need to make our efforts to increase ease of use, process quality, and security of EIP particularly when EIPs are developed and adopted in public sector to improve user satisfaction and individual performance.

ActiveX와 Shockwave 技術을 利用한 電子商去來 System 構築에 關한 硏究

인터넷이라는 시공을 초월하는 가상공간을 통해 전자쇼핑몰을 중심으로 활성화 된 전자상거래는 그 범위가 다양한 금융분야로 급속히 확산되고 있다. 이러한 배경하에 본 연구는 ActiveX와 Shockwave를 이용한 전자 상거래시스템의 프로토타입을 구축하여 그 유용성을 고찰하였다. 연구결과를 요약해보면 ActiveX와 Shockwave라는 신기술을 이용하여 전자쇼핑몰을 구축함에 있어 몇몇 문제점이 나타났지만, 이 기술을 이용하면 훨씬 동적이며 차별화 된 전자쇼핑몰이 구축이 가능하며, 짧은 쇼핑몰구축 기간, 서버의 불필요한 부하의 감소 등의 장점으로 인하여 그 만큼 서버에 투자되어야 할 비용과 개발비용을 줄일 수 있어 기업의 경제적인 측면에도 기여할 것이다.

A large organization typically has many different kinds of information systems that support different functions, organizational levels, and business processes. Most of this systems that are built around different functions, business units, and business processes do not 'talk' to each other, and managers might have a hard time assembling the data they would need for a comprehensive, overall picture of the organization's operations. Many firms are now building ERP systems, to solve this problem. The objective of this study is to suggest the scheme of ERP system-building in the textile firms.
