A large organization typically has many different kinds of information systems that support different functions, organizational levels, and business processes. Most of this systems that are built around different functions, business units, and business processes do not 'talk' to each other, and managers might have a hard time assembling the data they would need for a comprehensive, overall picture of the organization's operations. Many firms are now building ERP systems, to solve this problem. The objective of this study is to suggest the scheme of ERP system-building in the textile firms.

The factors of customers' satisfaction haven't been established yet even though we can find a lot of proceeding studies on it in the internet. In this study, I analyzed the relations between the variables focusing on the inter-activities(customer-customer interactivity, Website-customer interactivity) which are the two of the proceeding variables for customers' satisfaction. With the result, I found out that contents, customer-customer interactivity and Website-customer interactivity have significant influence on customers' satisfaction and that customers' satisfaction has that on behavior intention. The most remarkable thing is the fact that customer-customer interactivity has significant influence on the customer satisfaction since customer-customer interactivity has been considered to be impossible. Now, we can satisfy the Website visitors by controling customer-customer interactivity through bulletin boards, On-Line games and e-mail systems between the site members.

This study guesses the actual used condition of a vending machine for consumers and offers the marketing suggestion to a vending machine management according to researching difference to a primary factor using a vending machine as the population statistics quality of a vending machine users. This research of questions investigates a experienced person living in Tae-gu or Kyung-buk and using a vending machine once at least. Researching effect of a vending machine use as the population statistics quality. The problem 1 of study is accepted. That is to say, it turns up the difference to a primary factor using a vending machine as age. The problem 2 of study about each different property using a vending machine as the distinction of sex is rejected. it suggests that a marketing strategy plan as the distinction of sex should be unimportant. The problem 3 of study about each different property using a vending machine as an occupation is accepted. The offices show that they think the important points using a vending machine which are conditions of clean lines, rest facilities of the circumference, safety and trust etc.

인터넷 사이트에서 만족하는 고객 창출을 체계적으로 이해하는 것은 매우 중요하다. 본 연구는 특히 커뮤니티 사이트의 고객만족에 초점을 두고 가설을 설정하고 이를 검정하였다. 연구결과 커뮤니티와 컨텐츠는 만족에 유의한 영향을 미쳤다. 또한 만족은 행위의도에 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 특이한 점은 편리성과 디자인이 만족에 영향을 미치지 않는다는 것인데, 이는 현재의 인터넷 환경을 반영한 결과라 판단된다. The systematic understanding of a satisfied customer creation on the internet site is very important. Especially, this study focus on the customer satisfaction of community site and form hypotheses and test it. results are as follows; Community and contents were significantly and positively related to satisfaction. Also, satisfaction had effect on behavior intention. Surprisingly, convenience and design had no effect on satisfaction. 1 guess it reflect the internet environment of current.
