What If Simulation을 이용한 생산 계획 활용 사례

제조기업의 제조활동을 위한 계획과 스케줄링(P&S: Planning & Scheduling)은 생산 전략을 수립하는 과정으로써 중요하다. 계획(Planning)은 고객의 요구사항과 요청한 일정에 맞춰, 필요한 자재, 설비, 인원을 준비하고, 생산 시점과 생산 수량을 결정하는 활동이며, 스케줄링(Scheduling)은 생산 현장에서의 제약과 조건을 반영하여, 설비별 작업 순서를 결정하는 활동이다. 이러한 P&S 활동은 고객 주문의 변경, 자재의 수급 일정의 지연, 설비의 고장 등의 동적인 변동 사항을 민첩하게 수용해야 하기 때문에 반복적인 수행이 필수적이다 또한 보다 높은 품질의 계획을 산출하기 위해, 연관된 조정 변수의 죄적화 활동이 동반된다. 따라서 본 논문은 P&S의 반복적 수행 및 조정변수의 최적화 활동이 가능한 What-If Simulation을 이용하여 생산 계획의 활용 사례를 소개한다. 그리고 사례를 통해 P&S의 정확한 의미, 고려사항과 주요 활동을 설명한다. 이를 통해 디지털 트윈(Digital Twin) 환경에서 운영 계시스템(Legacy System)과 함께 운영 할 수 있는 시스템 구조를 제안한다.
금연을 목적으로 전자담배 사용하는 청소년에 영향을 미치는 요인: 제13차(2017년) 청소년건강행태 온라인 조사

Background: This study used the data of Korea Youth Risk Behavior Web-based Survey (KYRBS) to confirm the relationship between electronic cigarette use for smoking cessation among Korean adolescents and demographic, health behavior, and school-life factors. Methods: Data were taken from the 13th KYRBS in 2017. In this study on 62,276 adolescents, characteristics of 1,244 electronic cigarette users were compared with those of non-electronic cigarette users. The 1,244 adolescent electronic cigarette users were evaluated for characteristics related to smoking cessation. Among the related characteristics, demographic factors comprised sex, grade, economic status, weekly allowance, and residence type. Health status-related factors comprised physical activity, lifetime drinking experience, smoking amount, subjective health perception, and stress perception. School characteristics included school type, academic performance, and smoking cessation education. Chi-square test and logistic regression analysis were performed using complex sample analysis. Results: The proportion of current electronic cigarette users was 2.2% (boys, 3.3%; girls, 0.9%). Of the 41.5% of cigarette users willing to quit smoking, 11% used electronic cigarettes for this purpose. Among the electronic cigarette users, characteristics related to smoking cessation were grade, weekly allowance, and residence type, but logistic regression analysis revealed that increases in grade (odds ratio [OR], 2.01; 95% confidence interval [CI], 1.21-3.35) and living with family (OR, 4.17; 95% CI, 1.89-9.18) were associated with smoking cessation. Conclusions: According to the 13th KYRBS in 2017, adolescents were likely to use electronic cigarette for smoking cessation when they are older and live with their families. 연구배경: 흡연의 초기 단계에 있는 청소년들의 전자담배이용에 관한 행태 조사는 중요하다. 본 연구는 청소년건강행태 온라인 조사 자료를 활용하여, 전자담배를 금연 목적으로 사용하는 청소년과 관련된 인구사회학적 요인과 건강행태 요인, 학교특성 요인들과의 연관성을 확인하는 데에그 목적이 있다. 방법: 제13차 청소년건강행태 온라인 조사를 이용하여62,276명의 청소년에서 현재 전자담배 사용자인 1,244명과현재 전자담배를 사용하지 않는 청소년들 간에 특성 비교및 1,244명의 현재 전자담배를 사용하는 청소년들에서 금연목적 사용 유무와 관련된 특성을 분석하였다. 결과: 현재 전자담배 사용자 중 금연 목적 사용과 관련된특성은 ‘학년’, ‘일주일용돈’, ‘거주형태’였으며, 로지스틱회귀분석에서 학년 증가(오즈비, 2.01; 95% 신뢰구간, 1.21-3.35), 가족과 함께 거주하는 경우(오즈비, 4.17; 95% 신뢰구간, 1.89-9.18)에 금연 목적으로 전자담배 사용과 관련성을 보였다. 결론: 2017년 제13차 청소년건강행태 온라인 조사 자료를통하여 현재 전자담배를 사용하는 청소년 중에서 고학년일수록, 가족과 함께 거주할 때 금연을 목적으로 전자담배를사용함을 알 수 있었다.

In order to meet the industrial requirement, precision grinding with brush tool has been applied. To analyze the brush tool characteristics, several parameters including numbers of brush string installed in a single holder, depth of cut and brush length have been changed. Several data from various source were acquired using AE, acceleration and tool dynamometer during the process. Consistent results revealing certain trend with respect to each process condition were observed.

An image processing method was applied to characterize a shape of the flexible grinding disk. A disk surface image was taken by CCD camera. Depth of cut was changed to be 2 and 4mm. Circles marked on the disk were captured to extract the key features of the deflection. Notable correlation has been observed between the intervals and the process conditions. Same methodology has been applied to check the symmetry of the human face. Tentative results revealed that symmetry could be checked using the filtered face image.

The game industry has changed along with the advancement of device technology. The wearable, a recently appeared device will create new demand in this saturated age of the smart devices. The game industry's content targeted towards the wearable devices will play an important role as main driving source. For this reason, this research studies the development aspect and the current technical capabilities of games' platforms and contents by analyzing the contrast between the results of features and current situations of the wearable market. Consequently, we define the prospects of game content for wearable device. We also expect that the new style of the game content, combined with cloud game, augmented reality game and virtual reality game will appear in the next generation platforms gearing towards the wearable devices.

c-PMS(collaborative project management system) is a business process(BP) based tool to manage collaborative projects which accomplish common business objectives determined by mutual agreement of companies using limited resources and time. This study analyzes collaborative BP, collaborative projects, and their relation, and proposes the architecture and operation scenario of c-PMS consisted of business process asset management(BPAM) sub-system and project manage(PM) sub-system. BPAM sub-system models private and public BP using a client/server based modeler, defines collaborative BPs process from public BPs, and manages them as companies’ asset on a web portal. PM sub-system globally manages collaborative project using planning, execution, monitoring, and analyzing functions.
CT 기반의 치과용 CAD/CAM 기술 동향 및 적용 사례

As the quality of life improves, recently esthetic demands for dental treatments have been rapidly increased. New materials and remedies in dentistry have been developed to satisfy these trends. The CAD/CAM technology is an emerging technology to treat them well. The role of the CT system in the dental CAD/CAM systems is to obtain the 3D image of an object containing the complex shape in which a laser or a contact probe cannot reach. In general, the CT-based dental CAD/CAM systems provide dental engineers with the following sequential functions: to acquire the 3D image of an oral cavity, to convert the 3D image into a triangular-net based 3D model, to edit/modify the 3D model, and to manufacture various dental products. This study introduces CAD/CAM technologies applied in the dental fields such as implant surgery simulation, rapid prototype of guide stent and orthodontics and proposes the rapid manufacturing approach to make the zirconia copings.
