YOLO v2 Tiny에서 하드웨어 가속화를 위한 Convolution 구조

In this paper, we propose a convolution operation structure to accelerate the operation of convolution in YOLO v2 Tiny model. When a deep learning model is operated in hardware through a GPU, there is a problem of accessing and calculating the same data multiple times due to the small memory capacity of the hardware. To compensate for this problem, we propose a channel convolution method and a pipelining operation structure in the proposed convolution operation structure. Through channel convolution, the result is output without storing the partial sum generated during the convolution operation, and the access time for storing and loading in DDR memory and block ram is minimized. In addition, through pipeline convolution, the operation speed is improved by 2.57 times compared to general convolution.
갑상선암의 고용량 131 I 치료 시 입원기간의 최적화방안 연구

본 연구는 고용량 방사성옥소 치료환자의 선량률을 거리와 시간대별로 산출하여 방사성옥소 치료를 위한 입원기간의 최적화와 개선방안을 제한 하고자 하였다. 그 결과 100 mCi 고용량 옥소치료환자의 24시간 후에 배꼽에서 1,035μSv/hr, 50 cm에서 109 μSv/hr, 100 cm에서 33μSv/hr로 감쇠 되었다. 150 mCi 고용량 옥소치료환자의 24시간 후에 배꼽에서 637μSv/hr, 50 cm에서 100μSv/hr, 100 cm에서 40μSv/hr로 감쇠 되었다. 180 mCi 고용량 옥소치료환자의 24시간 후에 배꼽에서 1,251μSv/hr, 50 cm에서 140μSv/hr, 100 cm에서 56μSv/hr로 감쇠 되었다. 퇴원기준을 미국 원자력 규제위원회 고시에 70.4μSv/hr이므로 본 연구 결과보다 빠른 퇴원이 가능하다. 치료 환자들의 계속적인 증가 추세로 볼 때 치료병실의 부족을 해소 할 수 있다. This study attempts to propose ways to optimize and improve the period of hospitalization for the ra-dioiodine treatment by calculating the dose rate of patients treated with high-dose radioiodine by distance and time slot. As a result, 24 hours after the patient was treated with 100 mCi high-dose iodine, the dose rate was attenuated to 1,035μSv/hr at the navel, to 109μSv/hr at 50 cm, and to 33μSv/hr at 100 cm. 24 hours after the patient was treated with 150 mCi high-dose iodine, the dose rate was attenuated to 637μSv/hr at the navel, to 100μSv/hr at 50 cm, and to 40μSv/hr at 100 cm. 24 hours after the patient was treated with 180 mCi high-dose iodine, the dose rate was attenuated to 1,251μSv/hr at the navel, 140μSv/hr at 50 cm, and to 56μSv/hr at 100 cm. In light of the current criterion for discharge recommended by the US Nuclear Regulatory Commission being 70.4μSv/hr, the present study indicates earlier discharge is fea-sible by applying a new scheme. This suggests that the proposed scheme in this study will help to solve the problem of shortage of treatment beds with the increasing trend of patients with thyroid cancer taken into consideration.
대전 일부 치위생학과와 간호학과 재학생 및 졸업생의 전공과 업무 만족도 비교

Although dental hygiene has haven a special domain of knowledge and its own business territory, people have misunderstandings about dental hygienists as nurses or nirses` aides in Korea. Inadequate knowledge could make negative results for university applicants to choose department of dental hygiene. This study was aimed to compare major and job satisfaction of students and graduates in dental hygiene and nursing for objective comparison and suggestion for dental hygiene. The subjects were 98 dental hygiene students, 113 nursing students, 53 dental hygienists, and 53 nurses by convenience sampling in Daejeon. The questionnaire consisted of satisfaction of college life, social identity, career path and job. ANOVA with Tukey post-hoc analysis was used with SPSS 20.0 program. Although dental hygiene students scored lower than nursing students in satisfaction of college life, social identity, career path and job, dental hygienists, nurse and dental hygiene students didn`t have different satisfaction of job. Dental hygienists scored the lowest in relation with clinical work and major curriculum, and sexual discrimination. Nurses scored the lowest in working condition and salary. Dental hygienists and dental hygiene students had lower scores in information and advice of career path, entrance to graduate school, stable work, family`s pride of my major, social position and so on. We suggested the community of dental hygiene should try to promote dental hygienists to public, the community of dentists should give the stable working condition, and the department of dental hygiene should improve the major curriculum to relate with clinical work.
Supine Position에서 Modified Y-View의 제안

본 연구는 어깨 통증을 호소하는 환자들 중 어깨충돌 증후군(SIS : Shoulder Impingement Syndrome)이 의심되어 진단을 위해 Y-view 검사가 필요하지만 몸이 불편하여 자세를 취하기 힘든 환자들을 위하여 편안하게 누운 자세에서 검사할 수 있는 modified Y-View를 고안하기 위해 연구를 실시하였다. 환자는 바로 누운 자세를 취하고 X선관(tube)의 각도를 내측으로 35도, 40도, 45도로 변화를 주어 검사한 영상을 비교 분석해 본 결과 X선관(tube)의 각도를 내측방향으로 40도를 주는 것이 견봉(acromion)과 쇄골(clavicle)의 공간(space), 오훼견봉궁(coracoacromial arch)의 모양을 잘 묘출 할 수 있어 진단에 가장 유용한 영상을 얻을 수 있었다. 따라서 환자가 Y-View 검사를 할 수 없을 경우, 이를 대체하기 위한 유용한 수단으로 modified Y-View를 활용할 수 있음을 알 수 있었다. 이 연구를 통하여 어깨충돌 증후군뿐만 아니라 견관절 질환에서의 다양한 적용을 기대해 본다. This study was performed to design a modified Y-View as an imaging method for the Y-View in supine position for patients who requires Y-View imaging for the diagnosis of shoulder impingement syndrome but having trouble for the positioning of patients complaining of shoulder pain. On the result of comparative analysis of the images obtained by changing the lateral-medio degree of X-ray tube into 35°, 40°, and 45° while patient is in supine position, 40° of X-ray tube in lateral-medio direction produced the most valuable image for the diagnosis by best describing the shapes of acromion, clavicle space, and cor-acoacromial arch. Therefore, patients who have difficulty in Y-View position to obtain Y-View image, modified Y-View can be applied as a useful alternative method. By this study, various applications not only in shoulder impingement syndrome but also in diverse omarthralgia diseases are expected.
환경시료의 방사능 측정에서 HPGe 검출기의 전에너지 피크효율 곡선에 관한 고찰

Standard radioactive sources that are used in determining the efficiency of detectors used single nuclide standard radioactive sources that are composed of single gamma nuclides containing total energy area (60-1863 keV), including environmental soil samples for environmental monitoring with a purpose of controlling radioactive. By measuring standard radioactive sources of diverse geometric shape of measuring containers (cylindricalMarinelli type: 40, 450 and 1000ml) calculated full-energy peak efficiency of HPGe detectors, and compared this with full-energy peak efficiency of environmental sample soil. Spectrum was ready to measure gamma energy up to 3 MeV in 8192 (16384) channels with measuring time 20000 seconds. The detectors used in the experiments was from coaxial HPGe detectors of EG&G ORTEC. For 1332.5keV of gamma rays in 60Co, the energy resolving power is 1.8keV, relative efficiency 30%, and peak/Compton ratio 51/1. Furthermore, when apply to environmental samples, for high energy area (>1000 keV), it waswithin allowable error range of 4%, and the efficiency curves showed having uncertainties less than 4% within energy 60-1863keV. In addition to this, it was proven that it is effective in standard radioactive sources that are used in environmental monitoring around nuclear facilities. Thus it is considered that this might be highly effective in analyzing wide range of gamma spectrum including routine environmental sample measurement or in monitoring in case of emergency situation etc.
