유산소성 운동과 홍삼 투여가 당뇨환자의 호흡순환기능에 미치는 영향

This study is to investigate that aerobic exercise and the Red Ginseng taking influence the cardiorespiratory function in diabetes patients. The subjects of study were 18 non-insulin dependent diabetes mellitus patients in the fifties man, and the subjects parted into control group(CG, N=6), exercise group(EG, N=6) and exercise & Red Ginseng oral administration group(EGG, N=6), and trained to 50-70% HRmax intensity by using bicycle ergometer for 5 times a week through 12 weeks. The results were as follows: The change of cardiorespiratory function among the three groups appeared no change of CG but increase of EG and EGG(VE and VC(p<.01). Between the exercise pre and post, cardiorespiratory function is decreased more in pre than post in HRrest(p<.05) but increased in VO_2max, VE and VC(p<.05). As a result, the aerobic exercise the diabetes patients for 12weeks were very effective in the improving of the cardiorespiratory function. but the aerobic exercise and the Red Ginseng taking than the aerobic exercise were not effective in the improving of the cardiorespiratory function.

This study is to investigate that aerobic exercise and the Red Ginseng taking influence of antioxidant enzymes and lipid superoxides in diabetes patients. The subjects of study were 18 non-insulin dependent diabetes mellitus patients in the fifties man, and the subjects parted into control group(CG, N=6), exercise group (EG, N=6) and exercise & Red Ginseng oral administration group(EGG, N=6), and trained to 50~70% HRmax intensity by using bicycle ergometer for 5 times a week through 12 weeks. The results were as follows: 1. The effect on antioxidant enzymes. 1) The change of SOD The change of serum MDA appeared no change of CG but decrease of EG and EGG(F=6.25, p<.05). Between the exercise pre and post, serum MDA is decreased more in post than pre(F=4.81, p<.001). 2) The change of CAT It appeared that there`s slight difference (F=5.781, p<.05) among three groups and it revealed to be "CG<EG,EGG" afterward. Besides, there was a difference(F=4.48, p<.05 ) between the exercise pre and post. and there was a certain increase after exercise. 2. The effect on Superoxides(MDA) It appeared that there`s a difference (F=6.25, p<.05)statistically and it revealed th be "CG>EG,EGG" afterward. In conclusion, aerobic exercise and taking red panax ginseng for 12 weeks gives a positive influence in the change of antioxidant enzymes and lipid superoxides in the case of diabets patients. It is suggested that continual low intensive Aerobic training,dietetics fitted well with a diet table, taking red ginseng as a dietary supplements and pharamcotherapy based on consultant`s prescription are highly recommanded to make the breakdown of immunity and the increase of oxidation stress slow.

The purpose of this study is to clarify the study of preference on the type of the leaders of the university taekwondo players. In order to achieve these objectives take samples that, the college students who registered as a player the Korea Taekwondo Association and participated in the nationwide contest by convenience sampling (Convenience Sampling Method). The data was collected by questionnaires by Chelladurai and Saleh (1978) developed and Kim Byung-hyun (1990) adapted by using sports leaders act Questionnaire (Leadership Scale for Sports: LSS) and the athlete satisfaction questionnaire (Satisfaction of Team Member) and was analyzed by frequency analysis, t-test and one way ANOVA analysis (one-way ANOVA) correlation of statistical program SPSS 12.0 for windows, the following conclusions were drawn. First of all, I've found that the men higher than women of all types leadership behavior preferred type of the leaders but the type of positive repatriation only have statistically significant differences by gender. Second, preferred leadership behavior of the leaders by the grade, the type of all types except authoritative show the highest instructions type on fourth grade, and it was showed by grades statistically significant differences were found. Third, from all types except the type of authority in the type of preferred leadership behavior of the leaders in the granular career, I've found that the granular career higher than not prized career on instructions type but only type of democratic have statistically significant in the career of granular differences. Fourth, from the type of preferred leadership behavior according to the preferred majors former leader show majored leader higher than non-major leaders on all types of instruction. And all types except in the authority type showed different statistical significant on the leader preference. Fifth, from the type of preferred leadership behavior of the leaders, all types show career more than seven years have highest level of instruction type. I've found that statistical significant differences in career were found on all types except type of authority.

In this paper, we study the river level/velocimetry measuring system using the ultrasonic sensor to acquire the more Precise data From the river circumstance in rainy season. We design the two ultrasonic sensor system to calculate the wather level and surface current speed of the river using the dedicated hardware and software. We investigate the validity and effectiveness of the proposed system which applied to the real river environment monotoring system that will be extended to the GIS.
수중운동이 여성노인의 신체기능 및 노화지연물질에 미치는 효과

This study examined the effects of exercise in water on physical function and anti-aging materials of elderly women, targeting twenty (ten experiment group, ten control group) over 65-year-old- women in G city who did not have any physical activities regularly. The experimental group was asked to attend exercise in water program and control group was requested to exercise in water for 12 weeks by applying general gymnastics program for elderly people in order to know the differences between physical function (cardiopulmonary endurance, lower body muscular strength, muscular endurance, flexibility, balance, quickness) and anti-aging materials(E2, DHEA-S, melatonin). The findings of this study showed as follows:Firsts, in both experimental group and control group, exercise in water showed significant differences on cardiopulmonary endurance, flexibility, balance, and agility. And between two groups, cardiopulmonary endurance, lower body muscular strength, muscular endurance, flexibility, balance showed significant differences in exercise in water for 12 weeks. Second, exercise in water showed significant differences on DHEA-S, melatonin among anti aging materials and it showed no significant difference on E2 in experimental group. Between two groups, DHEA-S, melatonin showed significant differences in exercise in water. As stated above, it is identified that exercise in water is an effective exercise program which has positive effects on physical function of elderly women and on anti aging materials. It is thought that in future studies, comparative studies are needed on various exercise programs for the elderly with more study of object numbers.
