        산후 유방 마사지 손기술에 대한 다중사례분석

        Purpose: The aim of this study was to understand the hand-on breast massage techniques used by well-known experts in breastfeeding clinics. Methods: A qualitative multiple-case design was applied that involved a feasibility test. Four experts sampling qualitative data collected by observing participants and in individual interviews were analyzed by content analysis, linking data to the propositions, and cross-case pattern matching. This study explored differences within and between cases, and the possibilities of replicating findings across cases. Thirty-nine postpartum women participated voluntarily in the feasibility test, which investigated the usability of four massage techniques. Results: The four techniques showed considerable similarities in terms of the application of stimulation to the breast base and increased flexibility of the wired flexible body, which was the core mechanism underlying the techniques. The breast management strategies were consistent with existing practice guidelines with the exception of using cold cabbage to control engorgement pain. There was insufficient scientific evidence for supporting the massage techniques used by the experts. All of the techniques showed 100% education completeness, but application rates were higher for self-control-oriented techniques. Conclusion: The massage techniques applied by experts in breastfeeding were based on hypotheses and self-control techniques are feasible to apply in practice.

        Saccharomyces cerevisiae에서 Tkermomonospora fusca Exoglucanase의 발현 및 Cellulose분해에의 응용

        To develop effective and powerful probiotic, Saccharomyces cerevisiae strains producing cellulolytic enzymes were genetically brooded. For the production of exoglucanase, the plasmid pVT-TExo (8.8 kb) was constructed, in which Thermomonosporafusca exoglucanase gene (E3) was under the control of ADHl promoter, and introduced into S. cerevisiae SEY2102. When the transformant, S. cerevisiae SEY2102/pVT-TExo, was cultivated on YPD medium, the total expression level of avicelase reached about 190 unit/l. The secretion efficiency and plasmid stability were about $50\%\;and\;91\%$, respectively. Recombination exoglucanase enzyme bound to avicel better than Clostridium endoglucanase (CelA) and Trichoderma endoglucanase (C4) enzymes. The mixing ratio of E3 and CelA displaying the best synergistic hydrolysis for avicel was observed at 4:1. The mixture of endoglucanase (CelA) and exoglucanase (E3) resulted in 3.2-fold increase of avicelase activity and 2.5-fold enhanced production of sugar production from avicel, compared to the single enzyme treatment. 효과적이고 강력한 효모 생균제를 개발하기 위해, Saccharomyces cerevisiae 균주들 에서 섬유소 분해효소를 유전공학적 방법으로 생산하였다. Thermomonospora fusca 유래의 exoglucanase유전자(E3)를 구성적 ADHl promoter 하류에 subcloning하여 구성적 발현계인 plasmid pVT-TE태(8.8 kb)를 제작하였고, 이를 S. cerevisiae 숙주세포 SEY2102에 형질전환 시켜, YPD에서 배양한 결과, 총 생산된 exoglucanase의 avicelase 활성은 190 unit/l에 도달하였고, 분비효율은 $50\%$, plasmid 안정성은 $91\%$로 나타났다. 재조합 exoglucanase의 양은 Clostridium endoglucanase(CelA)와 Trichoderma endoglucanase(C4) 보다 더 높은 avicel 결합능을 나타냈다. 각 혼합비에 대한 avicel분해에 대한 상승효과와 당 생성은, E3와 CelA의 흔합비가 4:1일 때 가장 좋은 포도당 생성이 관찰되었으며 , endoglucanase(CelA)와 exoglucanase(E3)의 혼합물은, 단독으로 처리했을 때보다, 포도당의 생산은 2.5배 향상되었고, avicelase활성은 결과적으로 3.2배 증가하였다.

        3층 자기저항소자의 제작 및 재생신호특성

        We investigated that the fabrication and reproducing signal characteristics of tri-layered magnetoresistance (MR) element for the high density magnetic thin film heads and sensors. Magnetoresistance curve of tri-layered MR element predicted by computer modeling was saturated above external field of -15 Oe~+22 Oe, and it was shifted to linearized region as large as 4 Oe. In the case of fabricated real device, magnetoresistance curve was saturated above external field of ±15 Oe, and it was shifted to linearized region as large as 4 Oe. As shown in real device, MR response curve was in good agreement with the simulation results. As a result of experimental data of reproducing output signal in real device, it retained normal sinusoidal waveforms in 1~4 Oe external magnetic field. In this magnetic field region, the fabricated heads with tri-layered MR element can be operated with good reproduced characteristics. This will be beneficial to the use of efficient processes of manufacturing elements and the vacuum deposition techniques which control thin film properties.

        자기저항헤드용 Ni81Fe19 박막의 구조 및 전자기적 특성에 미치는 자장중 열처리의 영향

        The effects of annealing in magnetic field after deposition on electromagnetic properties of Ni_(81)Fe_(19) thin(400Å) films prepared by RF-magnetron sputtering were investigated in terms of microstructure and surface morphology. The coercivity of the films was decreased below 300 ℃ due to stress relief and recrystallization, while increased at 400 ℃ due to grain growth and increasing the surface roughness. And then, 4πMs was almost independent of annealing temperatures. Increasing the annealing temperature, the electrical resistivity of films was decreased from 37 μΩ㎝ to 24 μΩ㎝, the magnetoresistance was nearly a constant of about 0.6 μΩ㎝, and the MR ratio was increased from 1.5 % to 3.1 %. Therefore, It was shown that increasing the magnetoresistive ratio was mainly affected by decreasing the electrical resistivity. Considering the practical application of the films for magnetoresistive heads, optimal annealing conditions was obtained after one hour annealing at 300 ℃ in 400 Oe unidirectional magnetic field.

        조산사 생애사에 나타난 사회적 실천의 과정과 의미 탐색

        이 연구는 한국에서 희소 직업으로 간주되는 조산사의 삶에 나타난 사회적 실천의 과정과 의미를 탐색하고자 한다. 본 연구의 연구기간은 2016년 1월부터 2016년 12월말까지 약 1년이며, 이 기간에 걸쳐 현장연구와 자료수집, 자료 분석 작업이 수행되었다. 본 연구의 결과를 제시하면 다음과 같다. 첫째, 동기경험기의 경우 아비투스 형성, 행위자의 의도성과 지속적인 행위로 의미화 된다. 동생의 죽음과 K 자신의 첫아이 사산은 일상생활에서 자신이 조산사로서의 꿈을 키워가는 아비투스 형성을 강화시켰다. 여기에 학창시절 학업의 열의와 모범적인 학업은 사회적 실천의 개념 요소들 중 행위자의 의도성과 지속적인 행위에 해당되는 영역이며 조산사 꿈을 이루기 위한 바탕이 되었다고 볼 수 있다. 둘째, 학문수련기에서 연구참여자 K는 조산사 수련과정에서 꿈을 실현시키기 위하여 자신의 의도와 행위를 강화시키고 있다. 이는 사회적 실천의 개념요소들 중 행위자의 의도성과 지속적인 행위에 해당 되는 영역이다. 셋째, 지식전환기의 경우 산후조리원을 창시하는 아이디어, 산모와 육아의 멘토 역할 활동 등은 사회적 실천의 개념 요소들 중 실천적 지식 함양, 행위자의 의도성과 지속적인 행위 영역에 해당한다. 또한 산부인과 의사들과의 협업 역시 사회적 실천의 개념 요소들 중 협동적인 인간관계 영역에 해당된다. Midwives who operate their own private birth centers out-of-hospital are drastically disappearing in Korea. This study explores the process and meaning of social practice in the life of a midwife who has managed her own birth center for more than 30 years. Life-history interviews and field works for data collections and analysis were conducted for a year. This research shows three stages in her midwifery life as follows: (i) period of motive cultivation, (ii) period of midwifery training, and (iii) period of knowledge transformation. First, the period of motive cultivation was formed with concepts of social practice such as formation of Habitus, intention of the agent, and continuous actions. Her formation of Habitus had been reinforced by the death of her younger sister`s death and her first baby stillbirth, which had functioned as an enhancer for her dream as a midwife. Furthermore, as intention of the agent and continuos actions, her academic enthusiasm and exemplary efforts seem to provide a background for achieving her dream. Second, in the period of midwifery training, she reinforced her intention and actions to achieve her dream. This can be interpreted as intention of the agent and continuous actions in the concepts of social practice. Third, in the period of knowledge transformation, some of her practices were formed with the concepts of social practice such as cultivation of practical knowledge, intention of the agents, and continuos actions. For example, her idea for founding a postpartum care center and activities as a mentor of child-caring for new mothers reveal how her midwifery theoretical knowledge and previous experiences transformed into social practice. Her active cooperation with obstetricians in hospitals also indicates one aspect of social practice such as cooperative human relationship.

        Levitation force of melt-textured single-and multi-domain YBaCuO superconducotors

        용융집합조직 YBaCuO 초전도체의 부상력에 미치는 변수들에 대하여 연구하였다. 초전도체의 부상력은 초전도체를 냉각하는 방법, 초전도결정의 방위, 시편의 두께 및 영구자석의 극성변화에 따라 달라짐을 알 수 있었다. 무자력 냉각한 초전도체에서는 큰 부상력과 작은 일력성분의 얻어지는 반면, 자력냉각한 시료에서는 반대의 결과가 얻어졌다. 이는 초전도체내에 포획된 자력양이 서로 다르고, 이들의 외부자장에 대한 상호작용이 다르기 때문인 것으로 판단된다. 초전도체의 부상력은 외부자력의 방향이 초전도결정의 c축과 평행할 경우 (H//c-axis)가 c-축과 수직한 경우(H//ab-axis)보다 부상력이 2-3배 컸다. 표면자력 3500gauss의 영구자석을 사용할 경우 초전도체의 두께가 8mm이상에서 초전도체의 부상력은 거의 일정하나 그 이하의 두께에서는 두께감소에 따라 선형적으로 감소하였다.

        Al2O3 분산 Zn-Co-Cr 전기도금강판의 제조조건 및 내식성에 관한 연구

        An improvement in corrosion resistance of various types of Zn-coated steel sheets is thought to be possible with the addition of fine oxide powder to the coating. In this study the corrosion resistance of the Al₂O₃ dispersed Zn-Co-Cr electroplated steel sheet has been investigated and the results were as follows : The corrosion resistance of Al₂O₃dispersed Zn-Co-Cr electroplated steel sheets was improved by increasing the contents of Co and Cr ions, and also Al₂O₃powders in the bath because of the increased amount of Co, Cr and Al₂O₃in deposits. In the Al₂O₃dispersed Zn-Co-Cr electroplated steels sheet, the structure of deposits was changed from fine microstructure as observed in high Co containing deposits to coarse microstructure as in high Cr and Al₂O₃containing deposits. By cold rolling of the Al₂O₃dispersed Zn-Co-Cr electroplated steel sheets to about 2 percent, thr corrosion resistance was improved further.
