        종합격투기 기초기술을 응용한 유아 운동프로그램 개발 및 효과 검증

        This thesis aims to develop a preschool exercise program using basic mixed martial arts (MMA) techniques for improving pre-schoolers’ motor ability, and to verify its effect on their motor ability, development, and body composition by applying the program to the preschool curriculum. Toward this end, 200 pre-schoolers, aged between five and six, in A kindergarten located in G city, Gyeonggi-do, were selected and divided into a test group of 100 students and a comparison group of 100 students. 32 sessions of the proposed program were given to the test group from April 1 to July 30, 2015, where each session, given twice a week, took 40 minutes. Additionally, 32 sessions of the usual exercise program by the kindergarten were given to the control group, each session taking 40 minutes, twice a week. The results of the test are as follows: First, having been developed with basic MMA movements, the proposed exercise program can be easily introduced to the preschool curriculum by preschool teachers and physical education teachers who may not have expertise in MMA. Second, while the analysis on the effect of the proposed program on the improvement of pre-schoolers’ motor ability did not show any significant difference, the program was shown to be effective in losing weight and reducing the obesity level. It showed the proposed program is effective in preschool children’s development. Third, it was shown that the proposed program was effective in the components of motor ability, such as kicking ball, receiving ball, sitting trunk flexion, and one-leg standing, among others, and was determined that the proposed program can be used in improving pre-schoolers’ motor ability. Fourth, while the analysis of the effect of the proposed program on body composition did not show statistically significant differences, it was shown to be effective in promoting muscle mass and reducing the amount and ratio of body fat. Thus, it is believed that the proposed program can be effective in solving preschoolers’ obesity problem. In conclusion, because the proposed program can be easily performed in indoor gyms or kindergartens, it will promote the body growth, the basic motor ability, and body composition of preschoolers the playing ground and physical activities for whom are decreasing more and more.

        This is a study to develop an assessment tool that enables us to examine the men’s tennis serve motion. By using the tool, we can further understand the details of server’ motions and can device the most effective way to train players. First, we collected pictures of each motion for tennis serve and asked five tennis professionals to analyze each serve motion in order to develop the assessment scale. Subjects of this study 8 club tennis players, and 10 students from M University’s tennis classes recorded each subject’s motion Reliability test for the assessment tool was also performed. Results of this study indicated as follows: 1) The Tennis serve can be divided to 8 steps such as readiness, backswing, toss, forward swing stage 1, forward swing stage 2, impact, follow- through, and finish, For the purpose of this study’s scale sheet, however, we have further precisely defined forward swing stages into forward swing stage 1, and forward swing stages 2. 2) The reliability of the assessment tool demonstrated satisfaction level for Tennis serve. 3) Accuracy of the form for forward swing relates significantly to the entire motion of eh tennis serve. Therefore, when a coach teaches the tennis serve to the beginner and the middle class, the accuracy of forward swing should be emphasized. Development of various teaching methodologies focused on accuracy of forward swing stage should be required.
