This study was carried out to evaluate performance of sewage treatment facility in rural area. Average effluent concentration was 7.6mg/l BOD, 10.3mg/l COD. 4.7mg/l SS, 19.140mg/l TN. and 1.631mg/l TP. within discharge quality standard. The removal efficiency rate of BOD. COD and SS was good as 89.8%. 78.5% and 90.1 %. respectively. But that of TN. TP was very low as 25.0% and 31.4% respectvely. Average sewage flow rate was investigated by about 1.1㎥/d per household. 398 I pcd. In rainfall period. the removal efficiency rate of BOD. TN and TP was very low as 15%. 22% and 28%. respectively because of inflow and infiltration into sewer. In flowing concentration of sewage was diluted as rain is inserted into sewer and submerged facility was not operated at normal condition. Therefore it is required that the sewer will have to repair and hydraulic design for facility will have to be check. So it is necessary to support systematical. administrative measures for responsible management.
통계해석에 의한 G/T 4톤급 연안어선의 유효마력 추정

This paper describes a statistical analysis method for predicting a coast fishing boat's effective horsepower. The EHP estimation method for small coast fishing boats was developed, based on a statistical regression analysis of model test results in a circulating water channel. The statistical regression formula of a fishing beat' s effective horsepower is determined from the regression analysis of the resistance test results for 15 actual coast fishing boats. This method was applied to the effective horsepower prediction of a G/T 4 ton class coast fishing boat. From the estimation of the effective horsepower using this regression formula and the experimental model test of the G/T 4 ton class coast fishing boat, the estimation accuracy was verified under 10 percent of the design speed. However, the effective horsepower prediction method for coast fishing boats using the regression formula will be used at the initial design and hull-form development stage.
FRP 복합재료 방향타 장착 근해어선의 해상시운전시험 결과분석

This paper reports the results of a comparative study on rudder performance between the steel rudders that have been used in coastal angling fishing boats in the 20-GT class and the newly developed FRP composite material rudders. In order to compare the rudder performances of these two types, a sea trial test was carried out to investigate the speed performance, fuel consumption, and ship`s turning ability. The results showed that the sea trial performance of the FRP composite rudder was better than that of steel rudder type in terms of the sea speed, fuel consumption rate, and turning ability.

활주형선은 고속 운항시 선저에 동적압력을 발생시켜 선체를 부상시켜 침수표면적을 감소시킴으로서 저항이 감소하게 되어 고속의 항주가 가능하게 된다. 또한, 활주형선 선저부에 공기공급을 유도하면 고속 주행시 선저 공기공급에 따른 접수면 감소로 인하여 전체저항 감소에 따른 속도향상과 연비절감 효과가 있다. 이에, 본 논문에서는 고속 모형시험이 가능한 실 해역모형시험기법을 이용하여 고속 활주형선을 대상으로 선저부에 공기공급을 유도하여 침수표면적 감소에 따른 저항성능 개선을 위해 공기공급 유무에 따른 고속 활주형선의 저항특성을 비교, 분석하였다. 시험결과, 선저 공기공급 활주형선이 공기공급이 없는 선형에 비해 저항감소 효과가 현저하게 나타나는 것을 확인할 수 있었다. A planing craft is designed specifically to achieve comparatively high speed on the surface of the water. The frictional resistance of planing craft can be reduced further by injecting air to the craft's bottom. In this paper, the resistance characteristics of high speed planing crafts with & without air injection at the bottom were compared by sea model-test method. As a result, we conformed that planing craft with air injection has much greater the effect of resistance reduction.

In recent years, small boats used for marine leisure have been steadily increasing because of the increase in national income and the desire for marine leisure. But the repair of such small boats in dry dock haspointed out many faults in small FRP-shipbuilding in terms of workspace and manpower. Lifting a boat from the water to land is done with a crane or by hand using a sling around the bottom of the boat. But dry dock work is limited by the scale of the boat, which corresponds to the crane capacity, with carelessness making it possible to capsize a boat and endanger life. The purpose of this study was the development of a marine docking system that would improve economical efficiency and safety, for which we carried out concept design, model tests, structural analysis, etc.
ISO 12215-5에 기반 한 레저선박 낙하시험 평가시스템 개발을 위한 기초연구

최근 소형선박 국제표준규격(ISO-12215)이 제정되면서 소형선박-선체구조 및 치수-제5장 부속서 B에 의하여 길이 2.5미터 이상 6미터 미만 소형선박의 낙하시험에 의한 강도시험 기준을 적용할 수 있게 되었으나, 육안검사로 실시되는 현재의 방법으로는 선체 강도 평가의 객관적인 평가가 어려운 문제점이 있다. 본 연구에서는 레저선박의 낙하시험의 정량적 평가가 가능한 평가시스템을 개발하기 위하여 레저선박의 낙하시험에 대한 국내 외 규정을 기반으로 한 낙하시험 평가시스템을 설계하였으며, 5미터급 알루미늄선박의 낙하시험을 통하여 시스템의 적용가능성을 검토하고 낙하 시 선박의 상태 및 낙하자세에 따라 발생되는 문제점을 확인하였다. International Organization for Standardization has recently published ISO 12215-5 which is the small craft-hull construction and scantling. According to ISO 12215-5 AnnexB, the scantling determination can be accomplished by drop test for craft with a length $L_H$ of 2.5m up to 6m and single-skin construction. The current method, however, of visual test has the issue where it is difficult to make an objective evaluation of ship body strength. In this study, in order to develop an evaluation system that can make a quantitative evaluation of the drop test of leisure boats, the domestic/foreign regulations on drop test of leisure boats are analyzed and the drop test evaluation system is designed, and the system applicability is reviewed through 5-meter level aluminum ship, and the issues incurred by the state of the ship and the posture while dropping were checked.

The International Maritime Organization has conducted SEEMP for reducing $CO_2$ emission from ships. The study was carried out by comparing the real application of three shipping companies with IMO guideline about SEEMP on the same category. This paper suggests a method to improve implementation of SEEMP more efficiently through a grasp of the problem from its real application. Improvements are error correction of Company EEOI, unification of EEOI data acquisition period, compliance of measurements for fuel-efficient operation, suggestion of $CO_2$ mass conversion factors for various fuel and EEOI goal setting through formal standards of the International Maritime Organization. 국제해사기구는 선박기인 $CO_2$ 저감을 위해 SEEMP를 시행 하였다. 본 논문에서는 국제해사기구가 권고한 SEEMP 시행 방안과 세 해운선사의 SEEMP 적용 사례를 동일 기준으로 비교 분석 하였다. 이를 통해 적용상의 문제점을 파악하여 해운선사들이 SEEMP를 더욱 효율적으로 적용하기 위한 개선 방안을 제시하였다. 개선방안으로는 Company EEOI의 오류 수정, EEOI 데이터 획득 기간 통일, 에너지 효율 운항을 위한 조치사항 준수, 다양한 연료에 대한 $CO_2$ 환산 계수 제시, 국제해사기구의 공식적 기준을 통한 EEOI 목표값 설정이 있다.
