Magneto-Rheological damper is one of the nice devices for reducing of Vibration. In this paper magnetic properties of a MR-damper which is developed for reducing of vibration in display manufacture devices will be analysed at variation different air-gap length and current.

Most organizations have recently put more emphasis on the improvement in service quality. This phenomenon could come from the recognition that service quality plays an essential role in enhancing organization"s business performance. Hence this paper presents a framework for improving such service quality. The presented framework involves the methodology for (ⅰ) developing service quality indices, (ⅱ) measuring and evaluating service quality, (ⅲ) analyzing the level of service quality, (ⅳ) constructing the quality improvement road map, (ⅴ) determining the quality improvement action plan. This methodology is intended to create self-sustaining improvement in service quality from the entire organization"s perspective. An illustration is also given.

The voice coil linear force motor is a kind of a direct drive motion device that uses a permanent magnetic field and coil winding to produce force. In order to design a voice coil linear force motor, an exact calculations of the required force, the flux density in air gap and the flux pathway are needed. A conventional method can be used usually to calculate the flux density in air gap, but with this method it is needed to find a magnetic circuit revision constant. In this paper a voice coil linear force motor is designed by conventional design method and analyzed by 3D simulation program "Flux". For the prototype linear force motor, the results of the calculated by conventional design method and the analyzed by 3D simulation program are compared with the test result. Finally it is showed that the magnetic circuit revision constant which is found by comparing of the analyzed and the measured data can be used for the design of the voice coil type linear force motor to minimize the trial and error.

In order to make a hydraulic control system having high accurate and fast response linear DC servo motor with voicec coil is used. The hydraulic control system using the servo motor moves a spool directly and use electrical feedback signal so the system has a good performance. The study on the voice coil type linear DC motor used to obtain design parameters for characteristic analysis. The static characteristic of voice coil type servo valve are examined. The simulation results are compared with data of manufacture"s catalog to show the validity of the modelling.

In the early of 1950, the high response magnetic torque motor was developed for driving electro-hydraulic servo valves. Since then it has been broadly used for industrial application and the research of development or improvement of the torque motor is still being conducted. The purpose of this study is to present useful design criteria for the torque motor design. For this, torque motor is modelled and linearized. The static characteristics of the torque motor are investigated by direct computation of the derived linearlized equations. The dynamic characteristics of the torque motor are investigated with the derived transfer function by using Matlab and compared with the results of the linearlized analysis by using AMESim simulation with actual values of the physical parameters. Finally, the design criteria obtained from the analysis are reviewed.
