일반적으로 카누는 목재나 FRP 등으로 제작된다. 그러나 소비자들은 기존의 재료에 비하여 염가이면서 친환경 재료를 선호한다. 특히, 선진국에서는 일부 선박에 대하여 FRP 선체 제조를 금지하는 법안을 발표하고 이에 따른 국제협약을 제정하였다. 폴리에틸렌은 식료품 용기나 의료용 용기로 널리 사용되는 재료로서 리사이클 가능한 재료이다. 본 연구에서는 카누 선체 재료로 폴리에틸렌으로 선정하였으며 선형설계는 상용 선형 설계 프로그램인 3D Boat Design을 이용하여 수행하였다. 카누 구조하중은 우선 ANSYS CFX R12.1을 이용하여 선체에 작용되는 압력 분포를 구하고 이것을 ANSYS WORKBENCH R12.1로 넘겨 선체 압력 하중과 패들러 하중을 동시에 고려하였다. 카누 각 치수를 설계변수화하여 응력과 무게를 최소화하는 최적화 과정을 반응표면방법과 만족도 함수를 이용하여 수행하였다. 개발된 카누는 운항시험에서 직진성이나 안정성은 우수하나 운반성과 선회성 및 속도는 보통인 것으로 판단된다. Canoes are usually made from wood or FRP. However, today environment-friendly materials are preferred, and hulls made of FRP are prohibited in some countries. Polyethylene can be recycled and so is suitable for synthetic canoe construction. We used 3D Boat-Design to determine the hydrostatic properties of the canoe. Flow-structure coupled analysis was performed using ANSYS Workbench R12.1. The hull pressure and passenger weight were considered as canoe loading factors. The key parameters for the canoe are the design variables. The constraints are as follows: (1) The maximum stress must not exceed 50% of the polyethylene yield stress; and (2) the canoe weight must not exceed 50 kg. The optimal structural conditions were obtained by the response optimization process. The components of the canoe hull were manufactured from polyethylene pipes and joined by thermal fusion methods. Tests showed that the polyethylene canoe had better performance than existing canoes.

윤리적 리더십이 직원들의 업무 열의에 미치는 영향: 심리적 자본의 매개효과, 조직 동일시의 조절효과

최근 기업윤리 중요성이 점차 부각되고 있는 상황에서, 본 논문은 직속상사의 윤리적 리더십이 부하직원의 윤리적 기준과 원칙뿐 아니라, 직무열의에 영향을 끼치는지에 대한 연구가 목적이었다. 그리고, 윤리적 리더십이 직원 직무열의에 영향을 주게 된다면, 어떤 메커니즘을 통해 영향을 주는지 연구하고자 하였다. 이를 위해, 윤리적 리더십, 직무열의, 심리적 자본, 조직동일시 등과 관련된 기존 연구를 기반으로 아래와 같은 주요 가설을 수립하였고, 한국소재 국내기업과 외국계기업 직원 345명을 대상으로 연구조사 하였다. 위계적 다중 회귀분석을 통해 상기 가설을 검증하여 대부분 가설이 채택되었다. 첫째, 상사의 윤리적 리더십은 부하직원 직무열의에 긍정적 영향을 끼친다. 둘째, 이 과정에서 부하직원의 심리적 자본은 윤리적 리더십과 직원 직무열의 사이에서 매개역할을 성공적으로 수행하였다. 셋째, 부하직원 조직동일시의 조절효과는 나타나지 않았다. 본 연구를 통해 윤리적 리더십이 직원의 윤리 기준뿐 아니라, 긍정적 태도(직무열의)를 형성하며 이 과정에서 심리적 자본이 중요한 역할을 수행한다는 사실을 밝혀, 기존 유사연구 결과를 지지하였다. 향후, 리더와 직원간 가치조화 (Value Congruence) 등을 활용한 연구 모델을 통해 윤리적 리더십과 직원의 태도, 행동, 성과 등에 대한 연구도 진행될 수 있을 것이다. This study has investigated into the relationship between ethical leadership and work engagement by examining psychological capital as mediator and organizational identification as moderator. A total of 345 employees from a major Korean domestic companies as well as multinational companies located in Korea have participated in this research. The findings of this study indicated that ethical leadership effectively fosters follower’s work engagement. In ad dition, psychological capital mediating the influence of ethical leadership on work engagement. In sum, this study has expanded the positive effects of ethical leadership on employee positive outcomes, and the meaningfulness of psychological capital could be re-illuminated by this study. However, organizational identification did not act as a moderating role. Implications from both theoretical and practical standpoints were discussed and several recommendations for future research were presented as well.

선진국의 경우 무동력 수상 레저(Water leisure)분야에서는 카약(Kayak), 카누(Canoe)를 포함한 노 보트 종류가 가장 대중적인 상품으로 인식되고 있다. 특히, 국내의 경우 국민소득증가와 함께 보는 관광에서 체험관광으로 변화됨에 따라 수상레저상품에 대한 관심이 증가되고 있다. 또한, 한국은 2009년 말 해양레저활동이 가능한 마리나 사업을 발표함에 따라 수상레저참여인구의 폭발적 증가를 유도하고 있다. 한편, 국내 수상레저기구제작업체는 FRP 재료를 기반으로 하는 대량 생산 방법을 채택하고 있어 환경과 운영 및 관리에 어려움이 있어 새로운 재료를 이용한 제품에 대한 요구가 증가하고 있다. 본 연구에서는 수상레저기구중 가장 초보적인 제품인 카누를 친환경 소재를 이용하여 제작하고자 한다.

본 연구의 목적은 리더십 교육을 체계적으로 시행하고 있는 국내 주요 대기업의 리더십 개발 사례를 분석하여 시사점 도출하고 이를 바탕으로 효과적인 리더십 개발을 위한 제안을 도출하는 것이다. 연구를 위해 우수 리더십 교육을 운영하고 있는 대기업 4곳을 선정하였으며, 연구범위는 조직 내 모든 리더십 교육이 아닌 관리자(리더계층) 대상의 교육 중 특히 리더십과 관련된 교육 중심으로 진행되었다. 연구 방법으로는 질적 연구방법 중 다중 사례연구를 분석 방법으로 사용하였으며, 문헌연구, 자료 수집, 사례분석 기준을 도출하고 사례를 분석하였다. 이를 바탕으로 리더십 교육방향에 대한 결론과 시사점을 도출하였고, 이 연구의 한계점과 향후 연구 방향에 대해 제시하였다. The purpose of this study is to analyze the cases of leadership development of major domestic conglomerates that are systematically implementing leadership training program, draw implications, and derive suggestions for effective leadership development based on the analysis. For the research, four major domestic conglomerates which have excellent private leadership training programs were selected, and the scope of the study was not all leadership training within the organization, but focused on leadership-related training among senior manager-level training. As a research method, multiple case studies among qualitative research methods were used as an analysis method, and literature study, data collection, case analysis criteria were derived and cases were ana-lyzed. Based on this, conclusions and implications for the direction of leadership education were suggested.
