1인가구의 주거만족 영향요인에 관한 연구 : 경남 인구30만 이상 시지역을 중심으로

본 연구는 경남의 인구 30만명이 넘는 시지역에 거주하고 있는 1인가구들의 주거만족도에 미치는 영향 요인을 분석함이 목적이다. 경남의 1인가구는 현재 약 전체가구의 30.4%를 차지하고 있으며 추후 지속적으로 증가하여 2030년에는 33.4%를 예상한다. 이러한 1인가구에 대한 주거정책은 중요한 이슈이며 주거만족도에 영향을 주는 요인은 주택 내부와 외부환경에 따라 다르고, 또한 연령에 따라 차이가 있을 것으로 판단하여 청년, 중장년, 노년으로 나누어서 분석을 하였다. 회귀분석 결과 주거만족도 영향요인으로 주택내부상태 만족 중 위생상태를 전연령층에서 중요하게 생각하였으며, 노년층을 제외한 청년층과 중장년층은 공원 및 녹지에 대한 만족정도를 중요하게 생각하였다. 또한 청년층은 위생상태, 공원 및 녹지의 유무, 그리고 공공기관과 문화시설에 대한 만족을 중요한 요인으로 생각했으며, 노년층은 채광정도와 상업시설에 관한 요소를 주거만족에 영향을 주는 요인으로 꼽았다. 도시지역의 1인가구를 대상으로 한 주거정책을 펼칠 때는 주거만족도를 높이기 위한 연령별 중요한 요인들을 고려하여 맞춤형 정책을 마련할 필요가 있다. This study aims to analyze the influential factors affecting housing satisfaction of single-person household which is focussed on urban areas over 300,000 its population in Gyeongsangnam-do, province. A current single-person household with 30.4% of the entire provincial population tends to increase persistently and reach to 33.4% in 2030. Residential policy about one person household arouse main issue in public policy and especially residential satisfaction in their quality of life. Factors influenced housing satisfaction to single-person household variously differed from the interior and exterior of housing and also among householder’s ages, the youth, the middle-aged, the aged and total age group. According to the multiple regression analysis, hygienic conditions factor in total age group, parks and green areas factor in the youth and the middle-aged, public and cultural sectors in the youth, and well-lighting and convenient facility factors in the aged were resulted and valued respectively. In conclusion, housing policy in urban areas for a single-person household should be considered with enhancing the residential satisfaction degree setting householder’s ages.
Low Temperature Nanopowder Processing for Flexible CIGS Solar Cells

CuIn_{1-x}-GaxSe₂ based materials with direct bandgap and high absorption coefficient are promising materials for high efficiency hetero-junction solar cells. CIGS champion cell efficiency(19.9%, AM1.5G) is very close to polycrystalline silicon(20.3%, AM1.5G). A reduction in the price of CIGS module is required for competing with well matured silicon technology. Price reduction can be achieved by decreasing the manufacturing cost and by increasing module efficiency. Manufacturing cost is mostly dominated by capital cost. Device properties of CIGS are strongly dependent on doping, defect chemistry and structure which in turn are dependent on growth conditions. The complex chemistry of CIGS is not fully understood to optimize and scale processes. Control of the absorber grain size, structural quality, texture, composition profile in the growth direction is important to achieving reliable device performance. In the present work, CIS nanoparticles were prepared by a simple wet chemical synthesis method and their structural and optical properties were investigated. XRD patterns of as-grown nanopowders indicate CIS(Cubic), CuSe₂(orthorhombic) and excess selenium. Further, as-grown and annealed nanopowders were characterized by HRTEM and ICP-OES. Grain growth of the nanopowders was followed as a function of temperature using HT-XRD with overpressure of selenium. It was found that significant grain growth occurred between 300-400?C accompanied by formation of {beta}-Cu_{2-x}Se at high temperature(500?C) consistent with Cu-Se phase diagram. The result suggests that grain growth follows VLS mechanism which would be very useful for low temperature, high quality and economic processing of CIGS based solar cells.

The photovoltaic (PV) industry, which occupies about 80% share of domestic new and renewable energy (NRE) sales, has played an important role in the development of the Korean NRE industry. This was made possible by the government"s implementation of the 3rd Basic New and Renewable Energy Plan, which promoted strategic PV R&D, infrastructure building, and a variety of PV deployment programs. For instance, ‘One Million Green Homes’, ‘Feed in Tariff ’, and ‘Renewable Portfolio Standards’ programs contributed greatly to the dissemination of PV systems in the country. Furthermore, these programs were supported with more than 380 billion Won over 6 year period (2007~2012). The strategic PV R&D contributed to the fast follow-up in commercial technologies. Because of the recent, sharp decline in PV prices caused by oversupply and economic crisis in European countries, both foreign and domestic PV companies are going through painful restructuring. Under these circumstances, the Korean PV industry needs to find a new strategy for making a breakthrough, and in this sense a proactive role of the Korean government is desperately needed.
Modified HVPE에서 발생하는 Black Depoist에 관한 연구

We studied the black deposit(BD) in GaCl tube which caused depletion of reactant source and reduced the crystal quality on GaN growth by MHVPE(Modified Hidride Vapour Phase Epitaxy). It was observed the black deposit at a GaCI outlet temperature up to 550 ℃ and it was confirmed that the temperature range of 550~650 ℃ was the best condition of formation of the black deposit. We confirmed from SEM that the black deposit was showed the very thin and long tube shape, and head parts of tube's end were showed the spherical shape. We waked sure that the generated black deposits were composed of both gallium and carbon from EPMA, TEM and Micro-Raman.
