        This study restoration worker for dispersion relay in R-Type fire alarm system. Restoration worker very good instrument for an fire system inspector. When inspector check for fire system someone need reset for fir system to normal state. This chain of action is frequent and troublesome. In this case, If we can automatic reset for fire system it's restoration worker. This paper settlement on the problem for reset fire system. Design, make grabber for restoration worker. The test offer proof possibility restoration worker.

        개구부 면적이 CO₂소화설비의 소화성능에 미치는 영향 -기계실 석유 표면화재의 CFD simulations-

        이산화탄소는 다른 어떤 가스계 소화약제보다도 화재를 안전하게 진압하는 소화약제로서 다양한 방호구역과 화재에 대하여 널리 사용되고 있다. 성능위주설계 개념에 따라 이산화탄소 소화설비는 설계 단계에서 해당 방호구역의 발생 가능한 화재시나리오에 따라 소화성능을 확인할 필요가 있다. 본 연구에서는 <TEX>$100m^3$</TEX>의 체적을 갖는 기계실의 석유 유출(설계)화재시 개구부의 크기가 CO₂소화설비의 소화성능과 유동장의 유동특성에 미치는 영향을 조사하기 위하여 CFD 시뮬레이션을 수행하였다. 소화완료 시간은 개구부의 면적 크기에 비례하여 증가하였고, 3가지 화재모델의 소화완료 시간 모두 CO₂소화설비의 성능기준에 부합하였다. 개구부의 질량 유동율은 화재 열방출과 CO₂소화약제 분사의 복합적인 작용에 의해 영향을 받았다. CO₂소화약제 분사 완료 후 방호구역의 산소농도는 화재모델 모두 연소한계산소농도 보다 적었다. Carbon dioxide(<TEX>$CO_2$</TEX>) agent, which has more safely extinguished fire than any other gaseous fire extinguishing agents, has been widely used in various protected enclosures and types of fires. According to the concept of performance-based design(PBD). CO₂extinguishing system to be designed is needed to be evaluated for the performance of fire suppression with possible fire scenarios in an enclosure. In this paper, CFD simulations were carried out to study the effects of opening area on the performance of CO₂extinguishing system and the flow characteristics in the machine room of <TEX>$100m^3$</TEX> in which kerosene spill fire happened. This study showed that time of fire suppression increased linearly in proportion to the size of opening area, and fires for each model were completely suppressed prior to the end of discharge of CO₂agent. It was shown that mass flow rate through opening was influenced by the combined effects of heat release rate of fire and discharge of CO₂agent. After CO₂agent was completely discharged, oxygen concentrations in enclosures for each model were lower than the limit concentration of combustion.

      • 고농도 유기성폐수의 처리를 위한 Jet loop bioreactor의 개발

        A jet loop bioreactor was used for the biological treatment of dyeing wastewater. Volumetric oxygen transfer coefficient(k_(La) of jet-loop reactor was significantly larger that of air-lift reactor. When HRT was 48 hours, almost all organics were removed by jet loop bioreactor and the removal efficiencies of BOD, COD_(Mn) and COD_(Cr) were 100, 87.2 and 83.5%, respectively. When HRT was 48 hours, the removal efficiencies of BOD, COD_(Mn), and COD_(cr) were 100, 80.1 and 79.4%. respectively. The specific removal rate was proportionally increased from 0.25 to 1.72 kg COD_(Mn)-removed/kgMLVSSㆍday as specific loading rate was increased from 0.25 to 1.60 kg COD_(Mn)/㎏MLVSSㆍday. Therefore, jet loop bioreactor could treat effectively dyeing wastewater containing high concentration of organic compounds.

      • 유기 유전체를 사용한 플라스틱 유기반도체 트랜지스터의 전기적 특성

        In this study, organic thin-film transistors with high-charge carrier mobility, high-on/off current ratio, low-operating voltage were fabricated using organic gate dielectrics on flexible plastic substrate. For this device, all elements besides metal electrodes are organic or polymeric. Electrical properties of gate dielectrics, PVP according to the photo-cross linker weight percent which was introduced to the PVP to initiate cross-linking were examined. From the device with 16 wt% of photo-cross linker, ammonium dichromate, the best charge mobility, 2.56 cm²/Vs, could be obtained. From these results, we showed a great possibility of using organic thin-film transistors fabricated on plastic substrates in ultra-low-cost electronic devices.

      • 종합염색페수의 화학응집에 관한 연구

        For the effective treatment of dyeing-complex wastewater, the most effective chemical coagulation were studied. For the chemical coagulation of dyeing-complex wastewater, polysulferiron(Ⅱ), Al_(2)(SO_(4))_3, PAC, ferrus sulfate, ferric sulfate, FeCl_(2) and lime were used. The ferric sulfate is the most efficient coagulant. The optimal conditions and results for ferric sulfate include the followings. When initial COD_(Mn) concentration was 600mg/L, the optimal initial pH, dosage, dosage of lime and PAA for COD_(Mn) removal efficiency were 4, 1,2000mg/L, 500mg/L and 1mg/L, respectively. The more influent COD_(Mn) concentration was increased, the more dosage of ferric sulfate was increased.

        In nowadays, to obtain support and cooperation through consideration and persuasion is very important parts of daily business in most organizations including government. The present age is called "the time of advertisement". It was arose from the reason. In view of fire fighting, though we can understand that Publicity may mean "widely inform" literally, the Publicity of fire fighting is to inform somethings required by residents and to understand them as well as to reflect in policy. Also, its mean was expanded that is has professionality to propel services under full support and confidence offering righteously present situations and policies of fire fighting. The possibility of danger in fire accidents and disaster by development of modem industries is not easy to cope with the present fire fighting policies. The protection from this possibility of danger is to be understood as the publicity of fire fighting for the prevention. Above all, the urgent things widely to inform and to understand fire fighting to people is newly to establish squad taking exclusive responsibility at first. The second, the publicity of fire fighting should be accomplished with creating an atmosphere through sufficient expansion of finances and equipments. The third, government parts related with fire fighting should offer active supports by considering fire fighting in the view of disaster management. People should be self-conscious that the problems of security on fire fighting are their own problems. And, it is an important subject how to create atmosphere such as described above.

      • Ethylene Glycol 분해균주의 순수분리

        A large quantify of ethylene glycol(EG) is remained in the effluent after pretreating polyester weight-loss wastewater physicochemically in the first stage and must be treated biologically in the second stage. Therefore, an excellent EG-utilizing bacteria strain was isolated from the natural system and the optimal culture conditions of the strain were investigated. The optimal culture conditions of temperature, pH, and nitrogen source were found to be 35℃, 7.5 and ammonium chloride, respectively, when COD_(Cr), removal efficiency was more than 90%. The growth of strains and EG removal efficiency was slightly improved by adding elements such as niacin and biotin. With increasing inoculation size in a batch culture, the removal efficiency of EG was conspicuously increased. Growth rate was inhibited when the initial concentration of EG was more then 30g/L. The strain was identified as Pseudomonas sp. based on morphological and biological characteristics and named as Pseudomonas sp. EG1.
