Al-Zn-Mg 계 합금의 Creep 거동에 관한 연구

The static creep mechanism and behaviour of Al-Zn-Mg alloy have been investigated under condition of constant stress tension creep test in the temperature and stress range of 170-260℃, and 5-12.5㎏/㎟ respectively. The experimental result are follows ; The stress exponent value for creep was observed to about 7.3-6.43 and the activation energy for creep deformation was 44-41㎉/㏖. Larson-Miller parameter P for the crept specimens under the creep condition was obtained as P=(T+460) (log t_r+8.6). Emperical equation for the creep rate was obtained by the computer simulation as follows. 등식 Fracture was dominated by intergranular mechanism over the experimental range.

The purpose of this study was to analyze the tribological characteristics of the Electronic control suspension System in a car. In the first example, the cilp used to attach the front electronic control suspension(ECS) system’s control actuator was fastened very tightly. Thus, the wire was cut because of continual rotation of the shock-up shover piston rod used to adjust the height of the car. This verified the disconnection phenomenon where wire damaged makes it impossible for the ECS system to send signal to the actuator. The second example, involved a minute hole that allowed gas to leak from the ECS system . As a result, the height of the car verified the down phenomenon. In the third example, the resistance of a wire measured at 0.21 ?, when the G sensor was disconnected from the system. This verified the system shutdown and lighting of the ECS warning lamp because of body interference caused by a slight pressure on the battery cover. Therefore, quality control is always necessary to ensure safety and durability of a car.

Nanocomposite films, which are comprised of metal nanoparticles dispersed in a matrix layer, have attracted great interest due to their unique electrical and optical properties, which are mainly due to the excitation of localized surface plasmons. In this study, we employed an alternating sputtering method to fabricate such nanocomposite films. We then systematically investigated the effect of SiO<sub>2</sub>, (Ba,Sr)TiO<sub>2</sub>, and Si matrix materials on the growth behavior of Au nanoparticles and their geometric distribution, which strongly affects their plasmonic properties, using both electrical and optical means. From the results, we suggest an effective way of monitoring the growth stages of Au nanoparticles and adjusting their geometric distribution to a desired form, by properly selecting the combination of materials and process controls. 문제 해결능력 향상을 위한 CAI 코스웨어의 구현과 적용에 관한 연구

Both students and teachers recognize that Mathematics is a fundamental subject in education However, teaching the subject in an effective way is not an easy task. Teachers often face difficulty in leading students up to certain knowledge level. The reasons for such difficulty include different learning ability and diverse level of understanding the concept on students' part. For such reasons, some students lose their interest or give up the subject totally. The purpose of this study is to provided a CAI(Computer Assisted Instruction) program which is used for specializing course materials according to the level of each students. By stimulating students' interest through a CAI program, we expect to improve problem-solving ability of uninterested or unmotivated students.
AISI 316 스텐레스강의 O.6 Tm 에서 Creep 거동에 관한 연구

The static and cyclic creep mechanism and behaviour of AISI 316 stainless steel have been investigated under the condition of constant and square wave stress cycling tension creep test in the temperature, stress and frequency range of 650-710℃ (0.55∼0.59 Tm), 21∼29 ㎏/㎜² (206 ∼ 285 MPa), and 3 cps, respectively. Also, the relationship between static and cyclic creep have been investigated The experimental result are follows ; The cyclic creep retardation is due to the interaction of solute atom and mobile dislocation Stress rised by dynamic strain aging was observed at high temperature tensile test. The stress exponent value for static and cyclic creep was observed to be about 5.8∼7.6 and 7.9∼7.3, respectively. The activation energy for static and cyclic creep deformation was 98.1∼92.0 and 102∼97.4 ㎉ mole, respectively. The metallographic examination of static and cyclic crept specimen have shown that the fracture type was mainly intergranular.
