동서독과 남북한 간에는 국제환경, 상호관계, 국내 상황 등에서의 여러 가지 차이점에도 불구하고, 통일독일의 사례를 고찰하고 연구하는 이유는 한반도의 통일전후 보건의료분야에 사전준비와 의료보장체계의 통합과정에서 우리가 참고할 수 있는 현실적이고 유일한 경험이라는데 그 가치와 의미가 있다. 통일독일의 보건의료체계의 통합과정과 변화 등의 사례를 비추어 볼 때, 통일된 우리나라를 준비하는 남북한 간의 보건의료분야에 대한 준비와 통합과정은 여러 가지 어려움에 직면할 가능성이 매우 높을 것으로 추정된다. 따라서 통일 이전 독일의 경험처럼 남북 간의 인도적 지원 차원의 보건의료분야의 교류와 협력은 지속적으로 전개되어야 할 것으로 생각한다. 통일독일은 우리나라의 통일과정 뿐만 아니라 통일 이후까지 고려한 구체적인 보건의료체계의 구축방안이 필요하다는 교훈을 우리에게 시사하고 있다. 따라서 본 논문에서는 동서독의 통일이전과 이후의 보건의료에 대한 통합과정과 변화 등을 검토해 봄으로써, 앞으로 한반도 통일에서도 보건의료분야의 통합과 관련해 무엇을 준비하고, 무엇을 실천해 나아가야 하는지에 대한 과제와 시사점 등을 도출해 보고자 한다. There are many differences between East and West Germany and the two Koreas in terms of the international environment, mutual relations, and domestic situation. Nonetheless, the reason for studying and studying the case of unified Germany is its value and significance in that it is a realistic and unique experience that we can refer to in the process of integrating the medical security system in the pre-unification and post-unification healthcare sector on the Korean Peninsula. In light of the integration process and changes in the healthcare system of unified Germany, which is a unified Germany, the preparation and integration process of the healthcare sector between the two Koreas preparing unified Korea is very likely to face various difficulties. Therefore, I think that exchanges and cooperation in the field of healthcare between the two Koreas should continue to be developed as the experiences of Germany before the reunification. Unified Germany suggests that we need not only the process of unification of Korea but also the establishment of a concrete healthcare system considered after the reunification. Therefore, in this paper, I would like to examine the integration process and change of health care before and after the unification of East and West Germany. In the future, I would like to elaborate on the issues and implications of what to prepare and what to practice in the unification of the Korean peninsula.

복숭아의 재배기간 중 살충제 Clothianidin 및 살균제 Fluquinconazole의 생산단계 농약잔류허용기준의 설정

BACKGROUND: It is hard to control the agricultural products exceeding MRL (maximum residue limit) before forwarding. Therefore, NAQS (National Agricultural Products Quality Management Service, South Korea) established PHRL (pre-harvest residue limit) on agricultural products during their cultivation periods. This study was performed to set the PHRLs of peach during cultivation period, and also to estimate biological half-lives for residues of clothianidin and fluquinconazole. METHODS AND RESULTS: Two groups of peach were treated under Korean GAP (Good Agricultural Practices) with application time, single and triple treatments. Sample was collected over 14days (each after 0, 2, 4, 6, 8, 10, 12, 14 days. 8times), and clothianidin and fluquinconazole were analyzed by HPLC/DAD and GC/ECD, respectively. CONCLUSION: The biological half-life of clothianidin in single treatment and triple treatment was 5.2days and 7.0days. That of fluquinconazole was also 3.9days and 4.1days, respectively. The PHRL of peach on 10days before harvest was 1.4 mg/kg in clothianidin and 1.8 mg/kg in fluquinconazole.

본 논문은 의료관광이 의료서비스와 관광서비스의 결합으로 탄생한 고부가가치 산업이자 차세대의 신성장 동력산업으로 인식되면서, 최근 세계적으로 관광산업과 연계하여 경제적 부를 창조하는 국가산업으로서 성장되어 감에 따라, 의료관광의 선진국이라 할 수 있는 주요 국가로 인도, 태국, 싱가포르와 미국 등의 의료관광 현황 등을 살펴보고 우리나라의 의료관광 현황과 특성을 검토해 봄으로써, 의료관광 활성화를 위한 문제제기와 방향을 제시해 보고자 하였다. 한편으로는, 유치업자의 외국인환자 유치 경쟁이 심화될수록 이에 따른 부작용과 분쟁도 충분히 예견할 수 있는 바, 외국인환자 유치업자의 업무범위를 살펴보고자 하였다. 또한 유치업자의 민사책임으로 계약의 체결방식과 중개결과에 대한 책임 그리고 유치업자의 주의의무와 정보제공의무 위반과 설명 및 조언의무 위반에 따른 유치업자의 책임을 중심으로 살펴보고 의료법상의 외국인환자 유치업자의 책임을 검토하였다. 결론으로는 의료관광의 선진국이라 할 수 있는 주요국가의 의료관광산업에 비해 우리나라의 의료관광산업은 높은 가격경쟁력이나 의료수준면에서 발전 잠재성이 크므로 향후 의료관광 활성화를 위해 정책적 지원과 제반법률을 정비함으로써 의료관광의 촉진을 유도하는 한편, 법적인 측면에서는 의료관광 유치과정에서 발생할 수 있는 분쟁에서 외국인환자 유치업자의 업무범위와 민사상 책임에 관한 논의가 거의 없는 실정으로 이에 대한 연구도 함께 수반되어야 한다. It has been world-widely realized that Medical Tourism, which is defined as the combination of Medical Service and Tourism, is a higher value-added business, which is evaluated as the next generation business, to develop the economy. This article is designed to suggest the problems to revitalize Medical Tourism and its desirable direction in the method of comparing the current situations of India, Thailand, Singapore and U.S., which can be called advanced countries of Medical Tourism and analyzing the situation and characteristic of Medical Tourism of R.O.K. On the other hand, it is easily foreseen subside effects and disputes of itself as the competition of Facilitator of Foreign patients get fierce so that this article is also written for the purpose of examining of sphere of business thereof. Besides, it is to dealt with the liability of Facilitator in the law of Medication by analyzing the methodology of concluding the contract, the liability of result of mediation, Fiduciary duty and the negligence of the obligations to explain and advising of the duties of the proper and fare information as the civil liability of Facilitator. Conclusively, this article is aimed at encouraging not only Medical Tourism by supporting as governmental policy and maintaining the relevant laws, but also the research of sphere and civil liability of Facilitator of Foreign Patients in the dispute which could be anticipated in the middle of Medical Tourism on the reason that the business of Medical Tourism of R.O.K has price competitiveness and highly developed skills which can be interpreted as the potentiality to be developed.

시맨틱 웹에서 지능형 검색을 위해 최적의 온톨로지 구축은 필수적이다. 온톨로지 언어인 OWL은 웹 온톨로지 언어로써 특히, OWL Lite의 경우 웹 응용에 많이 사용된다. OWL Lite로 구축된 온톨로지의 인디비절 검색은 sparQL이라는 쿼리 언어를 이용해 XML 형태의 결과로 반환해 활용의 폭을 넓혔다.

본 논문에서는 유아부터 노인까지 간단한 조작법으로 쉽게 즐길 수 있는 게임을 만들고자 한다. Space Bar를 주로 이용하는 One-Button방식의 게임으로 연타를 하는 미니게임들이지만 ‘순발력’과 ‘정확도’를 필요로 하는 게임이다. 다른 게임들은 화려한 이펙트와 다양한 조작법으로 흥미를 이끌어 내기는 하지만 저연령층과 고연령층이 다가서기엔 힘든 부분이 있다. 그래서 간단한 조작으로 게임을 즐길 수 있는 게임을 만들어 보고자 했다. 친근감 있는 시나리오와 캐릭터를 통해 남녀노소 누구나 쉽게 접할 수 있고, 오락적인 요소만 있는 것이 아니라 게임을 통한 성취감과 경쟁심을 유도함으로서 게임에 더욱 몰입 할 수 있다.
