        CMOS 공정기술의 발전으로 반도체 제고 과정에서 발생하는 공정 변이(process variation) 의 영향은 더욱 중요시 되고 있다. 또한 DSM(deep submicron) 시대에 접어들면서 공정변수의 영향으로 회로의 지연시간의 중요성은 더욱 더 커지게 되었다. 본 논문에서는 미세 설계 환경에서의 통계적 시간 분석을 기반으로 게이트 사이징을 이용한 지연시간의 최적화 방법을 제시한다. 제안된 알고리즘은 리컨버전트 팬아웃으로 인한 경로 공유 현상에 따라 발생하는 경로 상관관계 문제를 고려한 임계경로의 확률을 이용한 게이트 임계성을 산출하여 게이트를 사이징 함으로써 지연시간의 최적화에 대한 효율성을 검증하였다. As technology scales into sun-90nm domain, manufacturing variation become an increasingly significant portion of circuit delay. Therefore, delays must be modeled as statistical distribution during both analysis and optimization. This thesis applies incremental, parametric statistical static timing analysis(SSTA) to perform gate sizing with a required yield. The proposed algorithm sized gates which has higher criticality yielded by utilizing probability of critical path and considering path correlation. The result verified an effectiveness of the delay optimization by gate sizing.

        Mo-Bi-V-Al복합 산화물 촉매의 제조와 메탄 부분산화에 의한 메탄올 합성반응에 응용

        본 연구는 메탄 부분산화에 의한 메탄올 직접 합성을 위한 촉매 개발을 목표로 수행되었다. 이를 위하여 Mo-Bi-V-Al 복합 산화물 촉매를 제조하였으며, 제조 방법에 따른 촉매 물성을 비교하고, 제조한 촉매를 이용하여 메탄올 합성반응을 수행하여 그 결과를 검토하여 보았다. 졸-겔법으로 제조한 촉매가 공침법으로 제조한 촉매보다 비표면적이 훨씬 컸다. 입자가 작고 표면적이 클수록 부분산화반응보다는 완전산화반응이나 메탄올 산화반응이 더 잘 진행되어 메탄올의 선택도는 낮아지고 이산화탄소의 선택도는 증가하였다. 졸-겔법으로 제조한 촉매가 공침법으로 제조한 촉매보다 약 20 ℃ 정도 더 낮은 온도에서 더 높은 메탄올 선택도(13%)를 보였다. 두 방법으로 제조한 촉매의 XRD 분석 결과 두 촉매의 결정 구조가 서로 달랐다. 본 반응에서 압력이 증가할수록 완전산화 반응이 억제되고 부분산화 반응이 일어나서 메탄올의 선택도는 증가하였고 이산화탄소의 선택도는 감소하였다.

        클로르플루아주론 살충제 음독 후 발생한 의식변화 1례

        Benzoylureas are chemical compounds best known for their use as insecticides. Diflubenzuron is one of the more commonly used benzoylurea pesticides. Others include chlorfluazuron, flufenoxuron, hexaflumuron, and triflumuron. They act as insect growth regulators by inhibiting synthesis of chitin in the body of the insect. They have low toxicity in mammals because mammals have no chitin. Chlorfluazuron insecticides, which are mixed with solvent naphatha, are commonly used. Thus we assume that in the presented case mental change outcome of poisoning was connected with toxic effects of solvent naphtha rather than with chlorfluazuron action. Components of solvent naphtha, particularly trimethylbenzenes, exert strong irritant action on the gastric mucosa and are very well absorbed from the gastrointestinal tract. We report on a 67-year-old man with stuporous mentality after intentional ingestion of approximately 200 ml of liquid chlorfluazuron in a suicide attempt. He was discharged after conservative treatments including gastric irrigation, charcoal, mechanical ventilation, hydration, and antibiotics for aspiration pneumonia without complications.

        반단선에 의한 누설전류 발생과 온도의 상관성 분석에 관한 연구

        본 논문은 전기화재의 주된 발생 원인이 되는 누설전류 감지를 통한 전기화재 조기감지시스템 구축에 관한 연구이다. 최근 5년간 화재 통계 데이터를 분석한 결과, 전체 화재 중 전기화재가 차지하는 비율이 21.8%로 전기화재는 화재발생원인 중 상당한 부분을 차지하고 있다. 이 중에서 전기화재 원인에 따른 화재발생 매커니즘을 분석한 결과, 도체의 저항과 줄열의 복합적인 이유로 발생한 누설전류가 전기화재의 대표적 원인이 된다는 것을 확인할 수 있었다. 이에 따라, 누설전류의 위험성을 분석하기 위해 전선 단선 수의 변화에 따라 전선의 열적 변화 및 누설전류량을 측정하였다. 측정된 열적 변화를 통해서 누설전류의 위험성을 분석할 수 있었고 실질적 적용 사례를 통해 검증된 현장 적용 누설전류 계측기를 이용하여 전기화재 조기감지시스템을 구축할 필요가 있다. This presents a study on developing an electric-fire early-detection system by detecting the leakage current before it becomes a major cause of electrical fires. According to the analysis of statistical data on fires from the last five years, the percentage of electrical fire among the total fires is 21.8% - a considerable portion of fire occurrences. According to the analysis of the fire-occurrence mechanism based on the cause of electrical fires, leakage current originates from complex factors related to the conductor resistance, and Joule heating is the representative cause of electrical fires. In our leakage-current analysis, the thermal change and amount of leakage current were measured according to the changing number of disconnected electrical wires. The risk of leakage current could be analyzed using the measured thermal change. An electrical-fire early-detection system must be installed at the site using a leakage-current measuring instrument, which must be verified through practical applications.

        `구별사`, `관형사`, `연체사` 비교 연구

        This study examined and contrasted the properties of Chinese Qubieci, Korean Gwanhyengsa and Japanese Lentaisi. It also argued the independency in word class of Chinese Qubieci, Korean Gwanhyengsa and Japanese Lentaisi. The main function of Chinese Qubieci, Korean Gwanhyengsa and Japanese Lentaisi is to modify nouns, so they are modifiers. They can modify nouns without any modifying markers. Qubieci, Gwanhyengsa, and Lentaisi cannot be predicates alone, so they are different from verbs and adjectives. They cannot be subjects of objects, so they are different from nouns. Although their names are different, their main functions and properties are similar. So they can be considered as similar word classes. In meanings they can express, Gwanhyengsa is generally divided into Gwanhyengsa of expressing qualities or properties of nouns, Gwanhyengsa of expressing demonstrative functions, and Gwanhyengsa of expressing numbers. Lentaisi also can be divided into Lentaisi of expressing qualities or properties of nouns, Lentaisi of expressing demonstrative functions, and Lentaisi of expressing numbers. Qubieci only can express qualities or properties of nouns. So the types of meaning of Qubieci can express are smallest among Gwanhyengsa, Lentaisi and Qubieci. This study also examined the word order of related Gwanhyengsa, Lentaisi, and Qubieci in noun phrase, found that Chinese, Korean, and Japanese all have the word order of "demonstrative modifier→number modifier→quality/property modifier→noun". The result of this study can support the school grammar of Qubieci, Gwanhyengsa, and Lentaisi, which regards Qubieci, Gwanhyengsa, and Lentaisi as independent word classes. Since Qubieci, Gwanhyengsa, and Lentaisi can modify nouns without any modifying markers, they are different from adjectives. Qubieci, Gwanhyengsa and Lentaisi generally cannot be modified by degree adverbs, so they are different from adjectives. Qubieci, Gwanhyengsa and Lentaisi cannot be comparison contents of comparative sentences, so they are different from adjectives. Also Qubieci, Gwanhyengsa and Lentaisi generally cannot be duplicated, so they are different from adjectives. I concluded Qubieci, Gwanhyengsa and Lentaisi have sufficient qualifications for the independent member of word class.

        배드민턴 운동 참여기간이 체력,심폐기능,신체구성 및 혈중지질에 미치는 영향

        The purpose of this study was to investigate the effects of exercise period of badminton on physical fitness, cardiorepiratory function, body composition, blood lipids. The subjects for this study were composed of twenty-four middle-aged men. The subjects were classified to three groups; unskilled group(UG, n=8), skilled group(SG, n=8) about exercise level of badminton, a control group(CG, n=8). For the physical fitness(grip strength, back strength, power, muscular endurance, flexibility), the cardiopulmonary function(VO2max, VO2max/kg, VE, AT), body composition(percent body fat, WHR, lean body mass), and blood lipids(TC, LDL-C, TG, HDL-C) were measured of exercise level of badminton. The results of this study are as follow; 1. Back strength, flexibility were not significant differences among groups. Grip strength showed significantly high in SG compared to CG. Muscular endurance showed significantly high in SG compared to CG. And power showed significantly high in SG compared to CG. 2. VO2max showed significant increase in SG compared to CG. VO2max/kg, VE showed significant increase in SG, UG compared to CG. And AT showed increased significantly in SG compared to UG, CG. 3. No significant differences were observed in WHR, lean body mass among groups. However, percent body fat showed significantly lower in SG than CG. 4. No significant differences were observed in TC, LDL-C, TG among groups. However, HDL-C showed significantly higher in SG than CG. In conclusion, the results of this study observed that a level exercise of badminton was very effective in grip strength, muscular endurance, power, VO2max, VO2max/kg, VE, AT, percent body fat and HDL-C in middle-aged men.

        배전계통에 설치된 커패시터 투입시 나타나는 고조파 확대 현상

        In general, power electronics equipments in which switching action of the semiconductor switches provided with shows typically one of nonlinear load characteristics, cause harmonic currents to flow into the power distribution system connected. These generated harmonics can exert influence on the other connected apparatus as well as can be amplified under some circumstance. In this paper, we give an investigation on the parallel resonance between power system impedance and a capacitor when the power factor correction capacitor banks are switched into the electric power distribution system in a building. It is known that a lot of harmonics may be generated from UPS(Uninterruptible power supply) provided for critical loads. We also study the influence of current harmonics on the actual electric power distribution system.
