An electron microscopic study was performed in order to know the basic tegumental structure of sparganum, which was obtained from the subcutaneous tissue of naturally infected snakes (Matrix tigrina lateralis). Two anterior and middle portions of worm tissuses were cut, and prepared for transmission electron microscopy by conventional methods. Then the sections were examined by means of A.E.I. Corinth 500 electron microscope. General structure of the tegument of sparganum resembled that of the body wall of other cestodes on electron micrograph. The teguments both of the anterior and middle portion revealed such components, i. e., an outer vesicular layer with numerous microtriches, and inner fibrous layer. Below the fibrous layer, there were layers of muscle bundles, and tegumental cells. The surface of sparganum was covered by intermingling microtriches of two distinctly different types. But the characteristic elongated 'pyramid-shaped' microtriches were observed mainly on the surface of anterior portion, whereas those of slender cylindrical 'filamentous form' were distributed mainly on the surface of middle portion of the worm. The tegumental cells, which were often filled with many secretary granules, as well as the flame cell-like structures having characteristic cilia were found in the subtegumental tissue. And possible function of this larval tegument were discussed.

The object of this study is to develop a system which matches existing cadastral map dataset and with new surveyed result from field job. The result of this study will provide an adjustment method for the cadastral boundary determination in a way of adjusting cadastral parcels by a block with break-lines and also gives a motivation which could change the direction of the cadastral re-surveying project. The cadastral map is also used to determine the existing property boundaries especially when natural boundaries do not match with the official fixed property boundaries exactly. Digital surveys in the field and their measurements can improve the precision of the cadastral map. This paper shows how the effectiveness of geo-referencing and boundary fitting can be maximized using adjustment techniques. On the result of map matching technology, it seems that the 2 step Helmert and Affine transformation by least squares method are sufficient to survey small area developed from nearest neighbor search algorithm by azimuth and range conditions. 본 연구는 지적도면의 동일한 성과 유지를 위해 지적측량성과를 작성할 때 현장측량에 따른 경계점위치결정을 위한 성과결정방법을 개선시키고 기존의 수작업으로 위치경계를 결정하는 방법을 객관화시킴으로써 그 정확도를 향상시키기 위한 시스템 구축에 관한 연구이다. 이는 지적기준점과 경계점의 상관관계에 따라 지적측량경계점 위치를 결정하는 기술로서 일반적으로 다음과 같은 규칙을 제시한다. 먼저 지적도면과 현장측량성과에 기지점을 입력하여 사전 매칭을 행한다. 이어 블록점의 개체를 기준으로 매칭하며 도로나 건축물과 같은 GIS점과 충돌이 되지 않게 조정하고 맵매칭 결과 최소제곱법에 의한 헬멧(Helmert)과 어파인(Affine)변환으로 방위각 및 거리 조건에 의한 최근린 검색으로 최적화된 조정을 구현한다.

최근의 CCTV 카메라는 많은 경우 네트워크 카메라이며, 고화질 영상을 인터넷으로 전송하는 경우 큰 부하가 될 수 있다. 본 연구에서는 특정 환경에서 Kinect와 같은 ToF 카메라를 이용하여 제스처 정보를 추출하고 전송하는 방법을 이용하여 트래픽을 감소시킬 수 있는 방법을 제안하고 그 성능을 평가하였다. 제안된 방식은 ToF 카메라의 성능에 의존하므로 응용 분야에 제약이 있을 수 있지만 가정이나 사무실과 같은 소규모 실내공간의 보안 또는 안전 관리에 효율적으로 활용될 수 있다. The latest CCTV camera are network camera in many cases. In this case when transmitting high-quality image by internet, it could be a large load on the internet because the amount of image data is very large. In this study, we propose a method which can reduce the video traffic in this case, and evaluate its performance. We used a method for transmitting and extracting a gesture information using ToF camera such as Kinect in certain circumstances. There may be restrictions on the application of the proposed method because it depends on the performance of the ToF camera. However, it can be applied efficiently to the security or safety management of a small interior space such as a home or office.

오늘날 대다수의 국가는 그 국가법질서의 이념을 그 헌법의 정체규정에 의하여 표현하고 있다. 예를 들면 우리나라의 국가법질서의 이념은 민주주의와 주권재민이라는 것과 같다. (대한민국헌법제1조, 제2조) 주권재민국가에 있어서의 법의 사명은 민주주의를 실행하는 일이다. 동시에 이 주권재민자체도 법의 전제조건 없이는 도저히 이룩할 수 없다. 발달된 근대국법질서중에는 극히 다수의 법규가 포함되고 있다. 이들의 수많은 법규는 결코 서로 아무런 관련없이 잡연하게 쌓여 있는 것이 아니라 직접 간접의 연관에 의해서 결합됨으로써 법질서의 통일을 형성하고 있는 것이다. 법질서전체의 통일성이라는 견해에서 볼 때 법규는 그 일치성과 특수성 또는 추상성과 구체성에 의해서 분류할 수 있다.

급격한 도시화, 산업화와 범지구적인 이상기후 현상은 자연재난의 피해가 점차 대형화되고 다양화되는 추세로 있지만 이에 따른 국가 차원에서의 재해예방 사업은 재해가 발생한 이후 복구비를 지원하는 사후복구 위주의 정책으로 재해예방 효과가 극대화되지 못하고 있으며, 침수기록에 대한 체계화된 자료도 부족하다. 특히 대홍수의 발생시 산발적으로 침수흔적 조사를 실시하고 있으나, 지속적이고 체계적으로 추진되지 못하고 있는 실정이다. 따라서 본 연구는 침수기록의 DB화를 통하여 복구계획의 활용 자료와 효율적인 관리 및 활용방안을 제시하였다. Global climate changing due to the rapid urbanization and industrialization has made a natural disaster bigger and various. However the measures for recover the disaster has been focused on emergency recovery level which is does not fulfil prevention of disasters. Further more the flooding mark has not managed symmetrically. The flooding marks have been investigated when a large scale of flood happens, it is not addressed sustainable and systematic manner. In this research the flooding mark database building and its effective applications have been presented.
