      • 성공적 노화에 영향을 미치는 요인에 관한 연구

        The research targets were the senior citizens over the age of 60 who reside in Daegu, who use leisure facilities for senior citizens or who participate in the senior citizens`` job initiative. The research was conducted from June 30, 2008 to July 20, 2008 using structured questionnaire, and with direct and indirect interviews. Collected data was subjected to the frequency, percentage, t-test, ANOV A, multiple regression analysis and average value calculation analyses using SAS/PC 6.12 program. First, elements that manifested significant difference when it comes to the successful aging following senior citizens`` general characteristics were marital status, education level and monthly income. As for the sense of self fulfillment following general characteristics, it was higher when the subject was married for the first time, and when the education level and income are higher. In case of children``s success, it was higher when subjects were living with the married oldest son and his spouse, and when the education level is high. In case of self control, it was high when the subjects were married for the first time, and when the education level and income are high. Likewise, successful aging was high when subjects were married for the first time, and when the education level and monthly income are high. Second, level of successful aging was higher for the group that engages in family activities, societal activities, religious activities and whose economic state is high compared to the group that does not engage in the activities or the group that engages somewhat when it comes to the successful aging elements following lifestyle, physical function and sense of self effect. And level of successful aging was high for the group with good physical function and group with high self effect. Third, when the elerrents that affect successful aging. satisfaction level towards every day life and sense of pride were high when it comes to the senior citizens`` sense of self fulfillment, and it was high when there were greater involvement with the societal activities, when the sense of self effect in the interpersonal relations and physical Function were high and when the age is lower. As for the children``s success, it was high when the family activities are good, satisfaction level towards every day life was high, and sense of self effect amidst interpersonal relations was high, and physical function was high. As for the self control it was high when the satisfaction level towards every day life, physical function, sense of pride and self effect amidst interpersonal relations was high when it comes to the subjects religion. As shown alxwe, sense of self effect amidst interpersonal relations was high when it comes to the senior citizens`` level of successful aging When the satisfaction level towards every day life i.md sense of pride were high, when the physical function is good and sense of self effect amidst interpersonal relations was high, when there is extensive societal activities, When the family activities are good, satisfaction level for the every day life and sense 01 pride were high.

      • 노인여가행태가 생활 만족도에 미치는 영향

        This study is to provide useful database for establishment of elderly`s leisure policy in Korea and the differences of satisfaction of leisure activity and life by the level of participation of the leisure activities for the elderly. We`ve done direct interviews with 464 elders in Daegu, over the age of 60, from May 20 to June 30, 2009 and the results are as following. First, According to the type of leisure activities, the participation level of cultural leisure activities was higher for following categories; women, lower ages, good health, higher education. Second, The life satisfaction according to the general characteristics and self-control had significant differences depends on the age, educational level, health status, living status, income status, household monthly income, financial activity and financial status . The conclusions based on the result of this study are as following. As a method to successfully improve the quality of elder`s life. For happier retirement life for the elders, an active participation, immersion and daily emotions on leisure activities must be controlled, and additionally, develop the ability and efforts for self-control, which is rationally approachable on everyday life, by thorough self health management at leisure activities.

      • 요양시설 사회복지사의 Care-Management 직무 전문능력에 관한 연구

        This study is purposed to closely examine the professional competence needed for specializing care-management tasks by social workers at nursing facilities and to develop measures for professional competence under the conditions that specialized social workers are needed in order to improve management and the quality of service at nursing facilities of the aged and the severely disabled in the country. Therefore, this study attempted to first develop measures for social workers at nursing facilities in the country to achieve professional competence for care-management tasks, and secondly to apply the developed measures on social workers, and to find out the situations of their professional competence and to verify the distinctive measures. In order to develop the measures, three steps were taken. The first stage is to identify professional competence that are needed to specialize care-management tasks, and the second stage is to map out measures for professional competence, and the third stage is to develop measures by consulting with experts. The group of experts had confirmed the analyzed results of actual inspection through documentary study and focused group, and revised 18 items for essential measures of professional competence for care-management tasks after thorough discussions. And in order to check the validity of contents by the experts, each item was reviewed with 4 or 5 points, calculated into the ratio as CVR (Content Validity Ratio), and selected items with CVR 0.8 or more. By analyzing the data, 8 regular items with CRV 0.8 or more, and 40 items of index were selected as well. The five experts lastly developed 40 lists in 8 areas, basic knowledge of care-management, initial counseling, assessments, writing care-plan, service management, service evaluation, education and training, and other managements, through discussions and agreements.

      • 사회복지사들의 직무특성과 조직몰입이 직무만족에 미치는 영향

        This study investigates effects of organizational commitment on job satisfaction of social workers who work at elderly care welfare facilities in 8 different regions in Daegu-Gyeongbuk. 250 social workers participated for 2 months, from June 1st to July 30th, 2009. 1) As characteristics of individual job performance are analyzes by ANOVA with 5 points as Likert`s highest score, the average point is 3.84±0.55, showing high job performance. Variables with statistical significance are age, education, marital status, working place, monthly income, and health condition. 2) ‘Characteristics of job and role’ are an average of 3.83±0.65, showing high characteristics of job and role. Variables with statistical significance are sex, age, education, marital status, religion, working place, monthly income, and health condition. 3) Organizational characteristics are an average of 3.65±0.51. Variables with statistical significance are age, marital status, relation (p<0.05), working place, monthly income, and health condition. 1. 4) Job satisfaction is an average of 3.21±0.32, which is low. A variable with statistical significance is health condition. 5) Job commitment is an average of 3.45±0.49, which is low. Variables with statistical significance are age, marital status, religion, working place, monthly income, and health condition. 6) Organizational commitment is an average of 3.45±0.49. Variables with statistical significance are individual character, job and role character, and organizational character. 7) `Job satisfaction` by job character and organizational commitment is an average of 3.21±0.32. Variables with statistical significance are individual characher by job performance, job and role character, organizational character, and job commitment. 8) Among factors on job satisfaction, individual character of job performance has the biggest impact, followed by the level of job commitment, sex, health condition, and employment type.

        노인들의 유료노인복지주택 이용의사 결정 예측에 관한 연구

        본 연구는 대구광역시 7개구 60세 이상 872명의 노인을 대상으로 유료노인복지주택 이용의사 결정 예측을 분석한 것이었다. 측정항목은 인구학적 특성 4문항, 사회경제적 특성 7문항, 노인들의 생활관련 요인 6문항, 유료노인복지주택 인식도 요인 4문항, 유료노인복지주택 조건 요인 12문항, 유료노인복지주택 이용의사 1문항으로 구성하였다. 연구결과 유료노인복지주택 이용의사 결정요인으로는 유료노인복지주택의 필요성, 친구와 친밀도, 입주비용, 유료노인복지주택의 인지도, 취미 등의 문화생활, 지역사회와의 연계성, 입주자 수준, 의료서비스 수준, 운영기관의 신뢰도, 자녀와의 의사일치 정도인 것으로 밝혀졌다. 이들 요인들의 유료노인복지주택 이용의사 유무에 대한 구분 판별 예측적중률(hit-ratio)은 83.7%였다. This study was conducted to estimate old people's making decision to live in paid senior residential welfare facilities. The subjects of this study were 872 old peoples who lived in Daegu city. Measure items consisted of 4 items in demographic characteristics, 7 items in socio-economic characteristics, 6 items in factors related to old people's life, 4 items in factors of awareness of the paid senior residential welfare facilities, 12 items of factors of conditions of the facilities, and an item of intention to live in the facilities. According to results of this study, 85.9% of the respondents had intention to live in the paid senior residential welfare facilities, while 14.15% of them did not have intention to live in the facilities. Factors which influenced making decision to live in the paid senior residential welfare facilities were necessity to live in the facility, intimacy with friends, living-in expense, awareness of the facilities, cultural life, connection with the community, living standard of residents, level of medical services, reliability on the managing institution, and consensus with sons and daughters. The hit-ratio of these factors in discriminant analysis of intention to live in the facilities was 83.72%.

        한방병원 입원환자의 의료재이용 결정요인에 관한 연구

        The purpose of this study is to determine the factors affecting readmission in oriental hospital and to contribute to the current knowledge base regarding readmission for hospital marketing strategy. The 441 In-patients hospitalized in five oriental hospitals in Taegu city and one in Kyungbuk province were selected for this study. The method of analysis were frequency, x^2-test, and discriminant analysis. The results summarized are as follows. The general characteristics of 441 objects were included gender, age, education, occupation, income level, length of stay. The discriminant analysis by the general characteristics were not significant. Among the factors associated with the decision-making of readmission for the patients of oriental hospital, doctor's kindness, doctor's skills, sanitation status in oriental hospital, total satisfaction and medical fee were significant In general, the factors affecting readmission of oriental hospital were highly associated with doctor's skills. From the results of this survey, patient satisfaction was the greatest concerns because dissatisfied patients would not revisit the oriental hospital.

        한방병원입원환자의 환자만족도에 영향을 미치는 요인

        It is very important to estimate the patients satisfaction level with medical services, to classify the objectives according to the patients characteristics and sub-satisfaction factors. The purpose of this study is to determine the factors affecting satisfaction in oriental hospital. The 549 patients' hospitalized in five oriental hospital in Taegu city and one oriental hospital in Kyungbuk province were selected for this study. The results summarized are as follows. 1. The general characteristics of 549 objectives were included gender, age, education, occupation, income level, length of stay, health status of hospitalized, and expectation for medical care. 2. Patients characteristics affecting patients total satisfaction, as for age(b=0.05), health status of patients(b=-0.052), and expectation for medical care(b=0.117) were significant, while gender, education, job, income level, and length of stay were not. As the factors according to patients satisfaction, accessibility(b=0.091), doctor's kindness(b=0.357), staff kindness(b=0.137), nurse's skills(b=0.111), hospital facilities(b=0.211), and medical fee(b=-0.160) were significant. In total patients' satisfaction, doctor's kindness was the most significant of prediction variables. In general the factors affecting In-patient satisfaction of oriental hospital was highly associated with doctor's kindness.
