        유아교육에서 자연친화교육의 실상과 과제

        본 연구는 유아교육에서 자연친화교육의 방향을 모색하는데 있어 목육프로그램을 실시하고 있는 일본의 사례를 통해 국내 자연친화교육 현장 적용에 필요한 시사점을 도출하는데 연구의 목적을 두었다. 일본의 자연환경교육의 하나인 목육프로그램을 실시하고 있는 일본 시마네현에 위치한 시마네 대학과 이즈모 과학관, 이즈모 유치원등을 현지 방문조사하고, 관련 자료와 문헌조사를 통해 국내 자연친화교육 현장에 적용 가능성을 고찰하였다. 일본의 자연친화교육은 체계적인 국가의 산림정책의 제도적인 뒷받침을 받으면서, 다양한 자연체험교육의 장, 체계적인 운영 계획 및 프로그램, 전문적인 인력 양성교육 및 인증제도, 효율적인 네트워크 조직 구성 등 적절한 물리적 환경을 갖추고 있는 것으로 나타났다. 일본의 자연환경교육에서 지속가능한 순환?재생산 가능 재료인 목재를 교재로 하는 목공활동은 우리나라 자연친화교육 프로그램 개발과 운영에 많은 시사점을 주고 있으며, 일본의 자연환경교육의 장점들을 도입해서 우리 실정에 맞게 활용하는 것이 바람직하며, 이와 같은 시사점을 바탕으로 우리나라 자연친화교육을 위한 몇 가지 제언을 제시하였다. The purpose of this study is to adaptation or localization of Japanese “wood-raising(木育)” program which is a nature-friendly education program in early childhood education area. This study revealed that the nature-friendly education program in Japan has been possible because of many supportive environment including various nature experiencing places, systematic educational programs, professional training and certification programs, effective organization of networks as well as Japanese government"s systematic forest policies. Woodworking activity of the nature-friendly education program uses wood which is recyclable, reproducable, and sustainable material. The woodworking activity has many implications to development and operation of nature-friendly education programs in Korea.

        심상적 동작 프로그램이 노인의 유연성에 미치는 영향

        The purpose of this study is to test the effects of the imagery movement program for flexibility in the elderly and to provide proper exercise for the elderly. This study was conducted among 9 olders of 65-85 years living in G-apt in Seoul. Each subject was tested for the angles of shouler, hip, knee and ankle joints to analyze the range of motions. VICON took pictures the movements of sagittal, frontal and horizontal plane. Movement program took 12 weeks and was made up of low intensity exercises including chair exercises with mats and bands, and floor exercise. Analysis was made by averages of each joint, and comparison among the joint angles were done t-test. The results from the statistics are as follow: Comparison results of the shoulder angles between pre and post test were statistically notable in frontal and horizontal plane on the left shoulder and sagittal plane on the right shoulder(p≤.05). Comparison results of the hip angles between pre and post test were statistically notable in sagittal plane on both left and right hip joints(p≤.05). Comparison results of the knee angles between pre and post test were statistically notable in horizontal plane on the left knee joint(p≤.05). On the ankle joint, there were differences in figures but not statistically notable. In conclusion, this study showed that the imagery movement program can improve the flexibility in the elderly.

        12주간의 교양체육 필라테스 수업이 여대생의 신체조성과 혈중지질 및 혈압에 미치는 영향

        The purpose of this study was to examine the effect of 12 weeks culture physical education Pilates exercise program on the Body Composition and Blood Lipids, Blood Pressure in Women College Students(n=18). Consequently the followings anre the results of Pilates exercise program one time a week, 90 minutes for 12 weeks(55~85%HRmax). The result of the present study was as follows: 1. BMR(㎉) was increased by 6.9 %, Body fat(%) was decreased by 5.9 %, DBP(㎜Hg) was decreased by 9.0 % in comparison preㆍpost identify pilates exercise, it was statistically significant(p<.05). 2. Body weight(㎏) was increased by 0.02 %, HDL-C(㎖/㎗) was increased by 3.2 %, TC was increased by 3.7 %, TG(㎖/㎗) was decreased 1.0%, it wasn’t statistically significant. 3. WHR was decreased by 0.1 %, BMI(㎏/㎡) was decreased by 0.5 %, SBP(㎜Hg) was decreased by 2.6 % in comparison preㆍpost identify pilates exercise, it wasn’t statistically significant However it is considered that more proper exercise intensity & time on program and dietary-life control required to be developed in order to be more effective in preventing and treating obesity.

        Vygotsky 이론에서 ZPD의 성장과 활용

        본 연구는 Vygotsky의 사회 문화적 이론의 핵심 개념인 ZPD를 중심으로 이를 조장하고 성장시키는 측면과 이를 활용하는 측면에 대해 고찰해봄으로써 Vygolsky이론이 유아발달과 유아교육에 어떤 시사점을 주고 있는지를 명료하게 하는데 연구의 목적을 두었다. 발달과 학습에 대한 Vygolsky의 견해와 ZPD의 성장과 놀이와의 관계 사회적 상호작용에서 Scaffolder로서 교사의 역할 역동적 평가에 대해 알아보고 Vygotsky 이론을 유아교육에 적용하는데 있어서 유의점에 대해 논의하였다. The purpose of this study addressed implications of Vygotsky's theory in child development and early childhood education. One of the most important concept of Vygotsky' theory is ZPD(zone of proximal development). So this study was to explore an aspect of developing of the ZPD and another aspect of using of the ZPD. And this study examined Vygotsky's view that the relationship between child development and learning, influence of play to the ZPD, the role of teacher as scaffolder in social interaction, and dynamic assessment for young children. And this study discussed that the adaptation of Vygotsky' theory was considered.

        소포리코사이드 물질로 표면 처리된 기능성 웨어착용과 복합운동이 비만여성의 혈중지질 및 신체조성 변인에 미치는 영향

        The purpose of this study was to identify an 4 wks’ changes in obese women’s body composition and blood lipid profile by combined exercise or/and experimental wear treated with sophoricoside material. All subjects 45 women(age, 43.4±11.4 years) were participated by volunteerly after orientation about this project, divided them into 4 groups; control 10, exercise(E) 9, experimental wear(W) 11, and group combined exercise with experimental wear(E+W) 15. They were administrated respectively, and 2 exercise groups were performed by combined exercise(group exercise and aerobics), approximately 90min/session, at least 3 sessions/wks. and followed up variables on blood lipid profile and body composition after 4 wks. 70.5% subjects reported cold feeling when they have weared the W group, and actural increased 3 fold lesser body temporature than after comparative inner wear. TG, TC, and LDL were totally decreased after 4wks program. E+W group significantly decreased 36.4% TG and increased 9.2% HDL, respectively. Body weight,1.1% and 1.3% in the E and E+W groups decreased significantly. and Also, fat mass in both groups decreased 2.9% and 6.1% respectively. However LBM increased only in the W+E group. In conclusion, Authors recognized results to appear due to Sophoricoside-induced cold characteristics of experimental wear in this study.

        체육계열 전공 대학생의 필라테스 경험과 인식 변화에 대한 현상학적 연구

        The purpose of this study is to explore the meaning and value of pilates experience for the college students majoring in sport. Also, we compared the awareness on pilates before and after student participation. Using phenomenological research methods, authors conducted in-depth interviews with 10 college students majoring in sport. Regarding the research question 1, the most important meanings and values of pilates participation that students found were a) experiencing frustration while participating in pilates, b) understanding my body movement, c) the increased interest in body alignment, and d) building teaching skills through pilates. For the second research question, we tried to compare the awareness on pilates before and after the participation. The participants treat pilates as less-approachable genre because of high-cost. However, after they grasp the basics of pilates through participation, they recognized that pilates is actually an approachable sports. In addition, before the participation, students did not hesitate to link pilates with celebrities, it was consider as something to do with flexibility. However, after they experienced the exercise, participants realized that it is more about training their muscles. With more insights on the perception of pilates experience for college students majoring in sport, it is possible to make a better curriculum for those who are interested in this exercise.
