저자들은 모 개인병원에서 절박유산이라는 진단하에 소파수술을 시도하다 다량의 자궁출혈로 본병원에 응급전원된 31세의 1회 경산부에서, 진성경관임신의 1예를 경험하여 병리조직학적으로 확진이 되었기에 문헌적 고찰과 더불어 보고하는 바이다. A case of cervical pregnancy in a 31 years old, primiparous woman is presented with a brief review of literatures.

A Clincal survey was made on the series of 24 in 78 cases of women with the infertility for 6 years, who were able to be followed up after H.S.G in order to study the relation of H.S.G to the frequency of pregnancy comparing with the non-pregnant women at obstet, and gynec. Department of Obsterics and Gyunecology, Hanil Hospital from January 1966 to December 1971. The results were obtained as follows. 1. The incidence of pregnancy after H.S.G was 30.7%. 2. Age distribution showed the high frequency of pregnancy in young age group. 3. The shorter in the duration of the infertility the higher pregnancy rate. 4. In consideration of parity multiparity was highest rate of pregnancy, next was the nulliparity with history of abortion. 5. Most women in pregnancy group was pregnant within three months after H.S.G. 6. The great majorities of the bilateral patency of the fallopian tubes showed the highest pregnancy rate. 7. The incidence of the premature labor, abortion and ectopic pregnancy was 25.2%

이상 보고한 성적에 비추어 보아 입원하지 않고 큰 합병증없이 피임수술을 받고 당일 귀가할 수 있는 본술식은 산아제한문제가 국가의 주요정책의 한로 되어 있는 현실정하에서 비교적 안전하고 간편한 영구피임방법이라고 사료된다. Laparoscopic tubal sterilization has become a safe, efficient and simple method of family planning. Reported here is a 5-month experience with out patient sterilization which demonstrates the low complications rate low failure rate and practicality of this procedure. Previous laparotomy was not found to be a contraindication to this procedure.
