본 연구에서는 저온에서 질소산화물 저감효율이 뛰어난 것으로 알려진 망간전구체의 종류에 따른 영향을 고찰하기 위해 초임계수열법으로 합성한 세리아(CeO2)와 지르코니아(ZrO2)를 담체로 하여 저온 SCR 공정에서의 온도에 따른 활성변화를 비교 분석하였다. Manganese acetate (MA)와 Manganese nitrate (MN), 두 종류 망간전구체의 농도를 영향인 자로 고려하여 촉매의 활성변화를 고찰하였다. 활성화된 시료의 특성은 N2 adsorption-desorption, TGA, XRD, XPS를 통해 분석하였고 질소산화물 저감효율을 측정하기 위해 NOx 분석기를 이용하여 De-NOx 실험을 수행하였다. 제조방법에 따라 합성한 촉매의 질소산화물 저감 효율을 분석한 결과 Manganese acetate (MA)를 활성물질로 사용한 촉매가 Manganese nitrate (MN)을 사용한 촉매에 비해 전체적인 온도 영역에서 우수한 질소산화물 저감효율을 보였다. 이는 특성분석 결과를 통해 알 수 있듯이 Manganese acetate (MA)의 주성분인 Mn2O3가 Manganese nitrate (MN)의 주성분인 MnO2에 비해 높은 산소 이동도를 갖고 담체와의 강한 상호작용을 형성하는 것에 기인한 것으로 보인다. Manganese (Mn) catalysts were generated using CeO2 and ZrO2 supports synthesized by the supercritical hydrothermal method and two different Mn precursors, aimed at an application for a low-temperature selective catalytic reduction process. Manganese acetate (MA) and manganese nitrate (MA) were used as Mn precursors. Effects of the kind and the concentration of the Mn precursor used for catalyst generation on the NOx removal efficiency were investigated. The characteristics of the generated catalysts were analyzed using N2 adsorption-desorption, thermo-gravimetric analysis, X-ray diffraction, and X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy. De-NOx experiments were carried out to measure NOx removal efficiencies of the catalysts. NOx removal efficiencies of the catalysts generated using MA were superior to those of the catalysts generated using MN at every temperature tested. Analyses of the catalyst characteristics indicated that the higher NOx removal efficiencies of the MA-derived catalysts stemmed from the higher oxygen mobility and the stronger interaction with support material of Mn2O3 produced from MA than those of MnO2 produced from MN.

본 연구에서는, 촉매 악취 제거 반응에서 폐제올라이트 촉매를 담체로 재사용할 수 있는지를 알아보고자 하였다. 악취 분해의 모델 반응을 위하여 톨루엔을 반응 물질로 선정하였다. 폐 HZSM-5와 폐 FCC 촉매에 구리를 10 wt% 담지 시켜, 활성을 비교하였다. 그 결과, Cu/폐 FCC 촉매보다 Cu/폐 HZSM-5가 더 높은 활성을 나타내었다. 이는 폐 HZSM-5가 폐 FCC 촉매보다 표면적이 더 크고, Cu를 담지한 촉매에서도 더 큰 표면적을 나타낸 것에 기인한 것으로 여겨진다. 이러한 결과들은 폐 HZSM-5가 톨루엔 제거에 값싼 촉매로 이용될 수 있음을r 보여준다. In this work, the feasibility of spent zeolite catalyst for reusing as a support was investigated in catalytic odor removal reaction. As a model reaction for odor removal, toluene was selected as a reactant. 10 wt% Cu was impregnated on spent HZSM-5 catalyst and spent FCC catalyst. The catalytic activity of the spent HZSM-5 was higher than that of spent FCC catalyst in toluene oxidation. This was due to the fact that the surface area of spent HZSM-5 was higher than that of spent FCC catalyst. These results may suggest that spent HZSM-5 can be reused as a cheap catalyst for toluene removal.

For several thousand years, Korea ginseng has been used as medicinal herb in the oriental countries. Korea is the ginseng suzerain and, for that reason, the ginseng as a special crop in Korea has been exported to the World market since the era of the three Kingdoms. However, recently, the international market share of Korea ginseng products has been significantly reduced due to the mass production of ginseng from China and Canada. Besides, America with aggressive marketing strategy take the leadership in the international ginseng market. Therefore, it is necessary for Korea to know and understand world ginseng market mood and situation. The object of this study is to identify the actual consumption conditions and consumer perception of ginseng at the major consumptive countries in the world. The findings of this study mean that the consumer behavior and perception of ginseng is difficult depending on country. At the result, it is expected that this study will be used to apply ginseng in various fields.
Al-MCM-48상에서 Chlorobenzene의 촉매 분해반응

The aim of this study is to investigate the potential of Al-MCM-48 for the dioxin decomposition reaction. As a model reaction for the dioxin decomposition, chlorobenzene was decomposed over Al-MCM-48 in a fixed-bed reactor. Characteristics of catalysts were determined by N2 adsorption-desorption isotherms (BET), and NH₃3-temperature programmed desorption (NH₃-TPD), X-ray diffraction (XRD) methods. The activity of Al-MCM-48 (15) was higher than that of Al-MCM-48 (60) due to its higher amount acid sites. It can be concluded from the results of this study that Al-MCM-48 with higher acidity can be effectively applied to dioxin decomposition catalyst.

In this study, catalytic decomposition of chlorobenzene, a model compound of dioxin, was investigated. Catalysts made of a mesoporous material SBA-15 were used. The effect of Pt impregnation on the catalytic activity was evaluated. The catalysts were characterized using BET and NH3-TPD. The catalytic activity for chlorobenzene removal reaction was shown to increase with the acid amount of catalysts. Addition of Pt to Al-SBA-15 was also shown to enhance the catalytic activity.
