인도네시아 Manado만의 Sulawesi에서 채집한 KB cancer cell line에 대해 in vitro로 활성을 갖는 해면 Luffariella sp.으로부터 Germacrene alcohol(1), Aaptamine(2) 및 Hexacyclic terpene(3)을 분리하였으며, 1에대한 spectral data는 문헌치와 비교${\cdot}$분석하여 수정하였다. 이들을 $^1H$, $^13C$ NMR, $^1H$ $^13C$(bond) Heteronuclear Multiple Quantum Coherence Spectroscopy(HMQC), $^1H$$^13C$(2 and 3 bond)Heteronuclear Multiple Bond Correlation Spectroscopy(HMBC), Electron Impact Mass Spectroscopy(EI ms), UV 및 IR에 의해 밝혔다. The three metabolites, Germacrene alcohol(1), Aaptamine(2) and Hexacyclic terpene(3) were isolated from Marine Sponge Luffariella sp., collected in October 1992, Manado Bay, Sulawesi in Indonesia showed in vitro activity against KB cancer cell line, and structure assignment for 1 was corrected by comparison of their spectral data with the literature $values^1$. Their structure were elucidated by $^1H$, $^13C$ NMR, $^1H$ $^13C$(1 bond) Heteronuclear Multiple Quantum Coherence Spectroscopy$(HMQC)^2$, $^1H$ $^13C$(2 and 3 bond) Heteronuclear Multiple Bond Correlation Spectroscopy$(HMBC)^3$, Electron Impact Mass Spectroscopy(EI ms), Ultra-violet Spectroscopy(UV) and Infrared Spectroscopy(IR).

Twenty organic chemical substances (Table 2) were isolated from untreated wastewater, as well as treated wastewater, collected at 76 companys of 9 industry group located in the basin of Youngsan River. Those organic compounds were analyzed by Gas Chromatography/Mass Spectrometry(GC/MS) and confirmed through comparison with each standard reagents. Phenol, which was not detected in the raw wastewater, was identified in the effluent of treatment facility, indicating that phenol is generated in the course of industrial wastewater treatment in chemistry company.

최근 하도급 계약보증에 있어 계약보증의 청구 방식이 실제손해에서 위약금으로 변형되는 사례가 많아, 보증채권자와 보증기관의 갈등이 커지고 있다. 그 결과 하도급업체를 주요 조합원으로 두고 보증을 제공하고 있는 전문건설공제조합의 계약보증금 지급액이 급증하고 있다. 이와 같은 상황이 지속되면 보증기관은 지금보다 보수적으로 보증사업을 운영할 수밖에 없고 이는 건설 하부구조의 피해로 이어져 건설산업 전반에 부정적 영향을 미칠 수 있다. 이에 본 연구에서는 하도급 계약보증의 현황과 문제점을 알아보고, 개선방안으로 실손보상이 바람직한 근거와 그 정립방안을 제시하였다. 실손보상의 기준이 마련되면 명확한 근거에 의해 신속한 보상이 가능하므로 보증채권자 만족도가 커지며, 전문조합 역시 보증인수와 보상에 있어 법적 정당성을 확보할 수 있어, 보증기관으로서의 공신력 제고가 기대된다. 또한 실제 손해와 관계없이 무조건 보증금 전액지급을 요구하는 사례를 방지하는 등 보증금 지급의 합리성이 증가하여, 전문조합의 계약보증금 지급액 감소의 효과도 있을 것으로 보인다. In the recent subcontract performance bonds, there were many cases that the way of claiming a contract performance bond transformed from reasonable compensation to penalty. As a result, the conflict between guarantee creditors and guarantee institutions has grown worse. It has led to a sharp increase in KSCFC’s contract performance bond payment. If the circumstance remains unchanged, guarantee institutions can’t help operating guarantee business more conservatively than now, which does damage to construction business lower structure and ends up negatively affecting the entire construction industry. Therefore, this study was intended to investigate the current state and problems of subcontract performance bonds, and proposed desirable grounds for reasonable compensation and a plan to be established. Once the standards of reasonable compensation are prepared, it is possible to offer immediate compensation. As a result, guarantee creditors’ satisfaction grows larger, and KSCFC can also acquire legal justification in terms of acceptance of guarantee and compensation and expect the improvement in their public trust as a guarantee institution. In addition, such preparation can help increase the rationality for the payment of a guarantee, such as prevention of case that the entire payment of a guarantee is demanded regardless of actual damage, and thereby seems to be effective for reducing the payment of a contract guarantee by KSCFC.
