영양사 국가시험 과목의 학제별 개설 운영 실태 및 영양사 국가시험과의 상관성 분석

본 연구에서는 영양사 국가시험 과목의 학제별 개설 운영 실태를 파악하고, 영양사 국가시험의 결시, 과락, 합격률, 과목별 정답률 등 영양사 국가시험과의 상관성을 분석하여 영양사 국가시험 과목의 범위 및 수준을 제시하고, 영양사 국가 시험 문항 개발에 필요한 기초자료를 제공하고자 하였다. 1. 영양사 국가시험 과목별 개설 실태가 높아질수록 결시율과 과락률은 낮아지고, 합격률은 높아지는 것으로 나타났다. 2. 교과목 개설 실태가 높아질수록 정답률이 높아지는 경향을 나타냈다. 학제가 높아질수록 과목별 개설 실태는 높아지나, 공중보건학, 고급영양학, 식품학, 조리원리, 식품위생관계법규(p<0.05)의 개설 실태는 학제가 낮아질수록 높아졌다. 과락과목인 단체급식관리의 정답률은 단체급식관리(p<0.01), 급식경영(p<0.01), 식품위생학(p<0.05), 영양사현장실습(p<0.01) 개설 실태가 높아질수록 높아지는 것으로 나타났다. 학제가 높아질수록 과목별 정답률과 합격률이 유의적으로 높아졌고, 결시율은 낮아지는 것으로 나타났다. 3. 단체급식관리(p<0.01), 생리학(p<0.01), 생화학(p<0.01), 식품위생관계법규(p<0.01), 식품위생학(p<0.01), 식품학 및 조리 원리(p<0.05), 영양교육(p<0.01), 영양학(p<0.01), 총점(p<0.05)의 점수가 높아질수록 합격률은 유의적으로 높아졌다. 영양학과 관련된 임상영양학, 지역사회 영양학 및 영양판정 교과목이 다른 교과목에 비해 개설 비율이 낮았으나, 영양학 교과목의 점수가 높을수록 유의적으로 합격률이 높은 것으로 나타났으므로 임상영양학, 지역사회 영양학 및 영양판정 교과목을 개설하지 않은 학교는 개설이 필요할 것으로 사료된다. The purpose of this research was to suggest a category and level of national examination for dietitian``s license and provide basic data for the development of national examination question by analyzing the current states on the curriculum of national examination for the dietitian`s license and correlation with the current states on curriculum and national examination for the dietitian`s license. The higher the current states on curriculum, the lower absentee rate and failing rate of the national examination for the dietitian`s license. The higher the current states on curriculum, the higher pass rate of the national examination for the dietitian`s license. Also, the current states on curriculum were positive relationship with correct answer rates. The higher the educational system, the higher the current states on curriculum. The educational system was negative relationship with the current states on curriculum of ‘public health’, ‘advanced nutrition’, ‘food science’, ‘principles of culinary’, and ‘food sanitary law (p<0.05)’. The correct answers rates of ‘institutional foodservice’ were significantly positive relationship with the current states on curriculum of ‘institutional foodservice (p<0.01)’, ‘foodservice organization (p<0.01)’, ‘food sanitation (p<0.05)’, and ‘practice in foodservice institutions (p<0.01)’. The pass rate was significantly positive relationship with the correct answer rates of ‘institutional foodservice (p<0.01)’, ‘physiology (p<0.01)’, ‘biochemistry (p<0.01)’, ‘food sanitary law (p<0.01)’, ‘food science and preparation (p<0.05)’, ‘nutrition education (p<0.01)’, ‘nutrition (p<0.01)’, and ‘total score (p<0.05)’.

Pulmonary siderosis is a pneumoconiosis caused by chronic iron inhalation. A diagnosis of pulmonary siderosis is based on a patient history of iron inhalation, on chest radiographic findings, and on accumulation of iron oxide in macrophages within the lung. A typical radiographic finding of pulmonary siderosis includes ill-defined micronodules that are diffusely distributed in the lung. We experienced a 52-year-woman with a 1.3×1.5-cm mass in the left upper lobe with multiple nodules in both lungs. Because the radiographic findings were atypical, we conducted a video-assisted thorascopic lung biopsy procedure to exclude the diagnosis of metastatic lung cancer. After confirming iron deposition in the lung tissue and knowing the patient`s occupational history of welding iron, we concluded that this was a case of pulmonary siderosis.
