제한수역에서는 Bank cushion과 Squat의 작용으로 인하여 선체의 운동특성이 변한다. 실선을 통한 제한수역에서의 조종성능의 측정은 선박의 안전 때문에 어려운 실정이다. 본 연구에서 제한수역에서의 측벽효과와 Squat에 관한 정보를 얻기 위해 수치모델을 이용하여 선박의 운동을 모사하였다. 선박과 안벽의 거리가 좁을수록 선수방위는 많이 변하였다. 선수방위의 최대 변화치는 선폭에 대한 이안거리의 비(D/B)=0.2에서 $22.37^{\circ}$를 나타내었다. Squat는 속력이 빠를수록 흘수가 작을수록 커졌다. Squat의 최대치는 흘수에 대한 수심(H/d)=1.25, 속력 8knot일 때 0.29m였다. 선박의 안전운항을 위하여 제한수역에서는 감속이 가장 중요한 요소인 것으로 나타났다. The ship maneuverability is changed by the effects of the bank cushion and the squat in the restricted water area. It is difficult to test the ship maneuverability by the real ship in the restricted water area because of ship's safety. In this study, a numerical model ship was used to simulate the ship's motion and to get information about the bank cushion and the squat in the restricted water area. The less apart from the quay the ship ran, the more ship's heading changed. The greatest change of ship's heading was $22.37^{\circ}$ when a ratio of the length between ship and quay to ship's breadh(=D/B) was 0.2. The squat of the ship was greater in shallower water and at faster speed. The greatest squat was 0.29m when a ratio of water depth to ship's draft(H/d) was 1.25 and ship's speed was 8 knots, the reduced speed was found to be the most important factor in the shallow water area for safety of the ship.

Marine casualties originated from fishing vessels occupied about 71.2% of the whole marine casualties in Korea from 2008 to 2014, which has not changed much for a long time. Therefore, a pragmatic counterplan to decrease in casualties in fishing vessel is indispensable for reduction of marine casualties in Korea. Since the casualties occurred by fishing vessels may incline to a specific type of casualties according to the difference in the operating type; in this paper, 11 fishing types which occurred casualties frequently in numbers and occupied ratio were selected. Since the most frequent occurring casualties in fishing vessels were from collisions and fire explosion in statistics from KMST (2008~2014), the study focused on them. The collision is given a great deal of weight in all the casualties mostly due to the negligence of duty regardless of the job types. Gill netter, trap fishing boat, jig boat, multiple fishing boat and stow netter have their own specific causes of casualties in collision according to the operating types. The cause of fire explosion was mainly due to poor inspection and maintenance the electric cord. For this reason, it may be necessary for an operator to make strict precaution on the other vessels under way systematically, keep the regulation for preventing collisions, and for an engineer on watch to make a check the electricity periodically to reduce the fire explosion.

MRU(motor reduction unit) for KTX is a assembled complex structure that is equipped with a lot of parts at the express train KTX and that is the core power source operating variable speeds. This study is recorded the dynamic characteristics analysis results tested by EMA which is done through the parts and assembly test, transient analysis and stoped train test in order to design the online monitoring system for KTX MRU. And the mode shapes result from critical vibration frequency explain the relation with variable speeds of express train over 250 km/hr. Also these variable speeds make variable operational frequencies at pinion, axle gear mesh frequency and normal bearing fault frequencies. As the specified speed can make resonance with natural frequencies of the MRU, for the train operating stability, this study also presents the MRU's critical speeds calculated by the each train speed.

In this paper, we proposed a robust watermark scheme for image based on SVD(Singular Value Transform) and Triplet. First, the original image is decomposed by using 3-level DWT, and then used the singular values changed for embedding and extracting of the watermark sequence in LL3 band. Since the matrix of singular values is not easily altered with various signal processing noises, the embedded watermark sequence has the ability to withstand various signal processing noise attacks. Nevertheless, this method does not guarantee geometric transformation (such as rotation, cropping, etc.) because the geometric transformation changes the matrix size. In this case, the watermark sequence cannot be extracted. To compensate for the above weaknesses, a method which uses the triplet for embedding a barcode image watermark in the middle of frequency band is proposed. In order to generate the barcode image watermark, the pattern of the watermark sequence embedded in a LL3 band is used. According to this method, the watermark information can be extracted from attacked images.

In this paper, we proposed a robust watermark scheme for image based on the discrete wavelet transform. In the first, we use the triplet method for embedding and extraction of watermark. Triplet method uses relationship among the discrete wavelet coefficients at the same position in the three detail subband of image. In the second, we use barcode Pattern Image for watermark scheme. By using barcode Pattern Images, a user is able to make many kinds of own watermark. In the third, the proposed method for image watermark provides the invisiblility which the other user can not discriminate watermark from watermarked image. The advantage of the proposed method is visibility when we extracted watermark from the image. The corresponding experimental results show that the proposed method has performance of a robustness from the noise attack.

Psoralea corylifolia is widely distributed over southeastern Asian countries and has been used in traditional Chinese medicine. Bavachin, one of the main constituents of P. corylifolia, possesses various biological activities such as inhibition of platelet aggregation, anti-oxidation, and anti-bacterial activity. However, the anti-cancer activity of bavachin has not yet been well defined. In this study, the cytotoxic activity of bavachin and its mechanism of cell death were examined in KB human oral cancer cells. Treatment of KB cells with bavachin cells induced inhibition of cell growth in a concentration- and a time-dependent manner as determined by MTT assay. Treatment with bavachin induced nuclear condensation and DNA fragmentation in KB cells. Proteolytic processing of caspases-3, -7, -8, and -9 was elevated by bavachin treatment in KB cells. These results suggest that bavachin can induce suppression of cell growth and cell apoptosis in KB human oral cancer cells, and thus it may have potential effects for anti-cancer drug discovery.
진동형 MEMS 자이로스코프 G-민감도 오차에 관한 연구

In this paper, we describe the analysis and the compensation method of the g-sensitivity error for MEMS vibratory gyroscopes. Usually, the g-sensitivity error has been ignored in the commercial MEMS gyroscope, but it deserves our attention to apply for the missile application as a tactical grade performance. Thus, it is necessary to compensate for the g-sensitivity error to reach a tactical grade performance. Generally, the g-sensitivity error seems intuitively to be a gyroscope bias error proportional to the linear acceleration. However, we assert that the g-sensitivity error mainly causes not a bias error but a scale-factor error. And we verify that the g-sensitivity scale-factor error occurs due to the non-linearity of parallel plate electrodes. Therefore, we propose the compensation method to remove the g-sensitivity scale-factor error. The experimental result showed that a proposed compensation method improved successfully the performance of the MEMS vibratory gyroscope.

인터넷과 통신기술의 급격한 발전으로 인한 디지털 컨텐츠의 저자 동의 없는 복사, 배포의 증가는 저작권 침해 및 불법 복제 및 배포, 위조 등의 문제를 발생시켰다. 이러한 저작권 문제를 해결하기 위한 사후적 방법으로 디지털 워터마크 기술이 개발되었다. 본 논문은 이산 웨이블릿 변환의 트리플릿 특징을 이용한 바코드 이미지 워터마크 알고리즘을 제안하 였다. 바코드 이미지 워터마크에 일정한 패턴을 이용하여 여러 공격에 강인성을 갖게 하였다. 또한 워터마크 추출시 상관도를 구하지 않아도 시각적으로 워터마크의 삽입 여부를 확인 할 수 있으며, 낮은 상관도에서도 워터 마크를 시각적으로 확인 할 수 있는 장점을 갖는다.
