Purpose: This study examined the patterns of drugs, poisons, and chemicals detected in autopsy samples performed in the Seoul Institute and other regional forensic offices of the National Forensic Service (NFS) between 2014 and 2016. Methods: The investigation carried out using the laboratory information management system. Forensic toxicological identification and quantitation were performed in autopsy samples, including heart blood, peripheral blood, liver, kidney, vitreous humor and etc. Gas chromatography/mass spectrometry (GC-MS) and liquid chromatography-tandem mass spectrometry (LC-MS/MS) were used to analyze the drugs and poisons. Results: Forensic autopsies were performed on 9,674 cases in this period. Based on the autopsy reports, 699 cases (7.2%) were considered as unnatural deaths caused by fatal intoxication. The number of male deaths was higher than that of female deaths, with the age of 50-59 being the most common age group. Conclusion: Drugs comprised the largest number of deaths due to poison, followed by alcohol, agrochemicals, drug with alcohol, carbon monoxide, and cyanide, in that order. Zolpidem was the most frequently used drug in all drug-related intoxication cases.
마음수련 명상 프로그램이 통합학급 초등학생의 장애수용태도에 미치는 영향

The purpose of this study is to verify the effects of Maum-Meditation by applying meditation programs and examining whether it can enhance the disability receptive attitude of non-disabled students in inclusive classrooms of elementary schools. In order to achieve the purpose of this study, seven non-disabled students in an inclusive class in the fourth grade at J Elementary in P City were selected for studies. The research design was in accordance with the single group, pre-post test method and meditation program intervention was held a total of 15 times for 9 weeks using the creative experience activity class. The conclusions from this study are as follows. Maum-Meditation programs have a positive effect on enhancing the disability receptive attitude of elementary school students in inclusive classrooms. Upon applying meditation, it was found that inclusive education attitude and behavioral intent scores from the disability receptive attitude of non-disabled students increased at statistically significant levels. This study is significant in that it revealed that Maum-Meditation programs have positive effects on improving the disability receptive attitude of non-disabled students in inclusive classes of elementary schools. It is suggested that follow-up studies should be conducted on increased application of research subjects, and change in disability receptive attitude of teachers through Maum-Meditation based on these research results. 이 연구에서는 마음수련 명상 프로그램이 초등학교 통합학급 비장애학생의 장애수용태도에 미치는 영향을 알아보고자 하였다. 이를 위해 경상북도 P시 소재 J초등학교 4학년에 재학 중인 비장애학생 7명을 연구 대상으로 선정하였다. 15회기로 구 성된 마음수련 명상 프로그램은 자기 마음 돌아보기, 명상의 원리 알기, 부정적인 마음 버리기 등의 내용으로 구성되어 2019년 3월 8일 ~ 4월 29일 기간 중 회기 당 40분씩 진행되었으며, 장애수용태도의 하위영역인 통합교육 태도와 행동 의도의 사전·사후 점수 간 유의한 차이가 있는지 알아보기 위하여 대응표본 검정을 실시하였다. 연구 결과 마음수련 명상 프로그램 적용 후 비장애학생의 통합교육 태도와 행동 의도가 통계적으로 유의하게 향상된 것으로 나타났다. 이 연구는 마음수련 명상 프로그램을 통하여 초등학교 통합학급 비장애학생의 장애수용태도가 향상될 수 있음을 밝혔다는 측면에서 그 의의가 있다.
