        서비스무역 통계의 정보가치 제고방안

        Even if the quality of services statistics has increased in Korea over the last decade, users feel lots of inconvenience in creating trade policy or enterprise strategy. This phenomenon is mainly due to the lack of indicators of services statistics and Korea's institutional inertia for statistics system of trade in services. The purpose of this paper is to analyse the inherent problems relating to the process and system of services statistics and to prepare some countermeasures for enhancing the information value of service trade statistics. Nonetheless the statistics paradigm shifts, Korea doesn't prepare the effective statistics processing system for trade in services because the services governance is dispersed and decentralized. This paper suggests that services statistics system should be improved at all points of statistics process, that is, measuring, data processing, verifying, announcing, etc., that the understanding and usage of which the 'services' are not offered free but paid the price should have in mind, and that services statistics categories and indicators should be diversified. It also suggests that improving the quality of services statistics, applying the s-SCM strategy, and preparing the governing rule of services statistics and standard indices for services statistics should be taken for enhancing the information value of service trade statistics.

        교육서비스의 상업성 논쟁과 발전과제

        All the factors related in education of Korea are very important in the aspect of economic development. The numbers of students being in school from kindergarten through university approximate a quoter of Korean people. Nevertheless paradigm of commercialism in education has been excluded completely in discussion by the reason of ‘educational objective’ of education fields in Korea. So Korea’s educational services have been confronted with various problems which could hardly be solved, and have lost global competitiveness with the development of globalization. The purpose of this paper is to examine the commercialism of educational services by analysing various social phenomena and government policies relating to educational services in Korea, and to find some alternatives which are able to introduce commercialism on educational fields in Korea. Methodology of this paper depends on the theoretical analysis. Major findings of this study can be summarized as follows: First, notwithstanding that the relative importance of education is the same to that of economy in Korea, the providers of educational services in Korea are against their commercialism problems. Second, it is suggested that the stereotyped idea, that is, the commercialism in educational services be excluded, should be removed above all. Third, in order to improve the competitiveness of educational services in Korea, it is recommended that the commercialism be recognized in a part and various strategies such as the s-SCM, educational service marketing, etc. be introduced. Fourth, we have to prepare for globalization of educational services through making the educational industry to exporting services.

        초고층 건축공사의 작업원 양중운영을 위한 가설 리프트 공간구획 최적화 모델 개발

        As the high-rise building projects are increasing, lifting management is a critical factor for construction productivity. Existing researches on lift management are mostly focused on developing optimum lift plans applicable to high-rise building. Meanwhile, it is difficult to estimate lifting traffic load due to influence of operational conditions on construction process. This research aims to reduce workers’ transportation time in the morning using temporary vertical zoning of construction lift. To identify the lifting operation, this paper presents a model including three modules: passenger, zoning, optimization modules. First, each floor’s population is calculated through a resource-driven schedule data. Then, the passenger module is involved in grouping of passengers for feasible crew work. Third, the zoning module generates the alternatives of zoning area where a certain lift is constrained to serve a designated set of floors(service floor). Finally, identification of optimal zoning area can be achieved with the optimization module using the genetic algorithm. An application of a diverse set of scenarios is demonstrated to compare zoning alternative using a complex traffic simulation. This proves that the proposed model has capabilities in optimizing zoning area and enhancing life efficiency.

        FTA 추진과 서비스무역 협상전략

        Negotiation with foreign countries is difficult in the context of global business interaction. Furthermore, negotiation on the area of trade in services is more difficult than that of trade in goods. Policy-makers in charge of service trade in Korea have neglected the importance and economic value of service sector, and have not prepared the FTA strategies relating to trade in services. This paper analyzes some problems about FTA negotiation trend focusing on trade in services, and provides the FTA negotiation strategies of Korea for the success of global business relationship with foreign countries. This paper suggests that Korea should determine the priority which country is a FTA partner. It also suggests that policy-makers may well consider the economic relationship between countries such as U.S., Japan, BRICs, etc. and regional trade agreement(RTA) such as ASEAN, APEC, EU, NAFTA, etc. when Korea encounters the FTA negotiation on service sector. More than anything else the competitiveness of service industry and trade of Korea should be strengthened day by day.

        시스템다이내믹스를 이용한 공공건설사업 시공단계 VE 활성화 방안

        Recently, the application of Value Engineering(VE) has become the center of industrial interest for an improvement of productivity and efficiency through a construction technology development, an advancement of project management and the removal of wasting factors in construction projects. In Korea, government implemented 'technology development rewarding system' to encourage cost reduction in construction phase like VECP(value engineering change proposal) in U.S. However, it hasn't got intended result by analogy the fact that there are only 5 cases which has accepted and rewarded for over 10 years because it didn't motivate the contractor and public owner properly. So, this study deduced variables through antecedent research and survey of recognition and then analyzed the causes of problems in an integrated point of view by modeling feedback loop using system dynamics methodology. And then derived from the simulation, it proposed policy alternatives for boosting VE in construction phase by raising recognition degree of project participants.

        The BIM(Building Information Modeling) is getting special attention as a method of improving operation efficiency. However, few designers can deal with BIM and design a building at the same time. Recently, regarding the utilization of BIM designers and external modellers work together and modellers‘ modelings follow the work of the designers. lt creates confusion of the works and requires reworks. Therefore, it needs development of the design process focused on the flow of information reflecting the reality. The purpose of this study is to analyze the BIM design process at the introduction phase and find out the improvement of the BIM design process by using the Dependency Structure Matrix(DSM).

        건설지식 검색을 위한 온톨로지 프레임워크

        To maintain a competitive edge, it is critical that companies effectively manage knowledge. Indeed, knowledge is seen as an important resource in many industries, and the construction industry's interest in knowledge is continuing to grow. However, there are limitations to the current knowledge capture and reuse strategies practiced in the construction industry due to the unique characteristics of knowledge created during the construction project process. Such knowledge is project-oriented, experiential, and context-specific, and because of these characteristics, the reuse of knowledge can be difficult. Therefore, this research focuses on identifying and examining the characteristics of construction knowledge. Then, these characteristics are applied in the development of an ontology framework for construction knowledge retrieval system, which is proposed to improve construction knowledge retrieval and knowledge reuse.

        건설사업관리를 위한 지속가능한 개산견적 모델 개발

        Cost estimation is one of the most important tasks for succeeding projects. Recently, as the construction environment is changing more rapidly, it is getting more difficult to estimate the project's cost accurately. Therefore, for an effective decision making, it is necessary to develop a sustainable cost estimating model which is able to deal with various changes. In this research, in order to develop the model, four conditions, reliability, efficiency, expansion and flexibility, are extracted. Then, Case-Based Reasoning is applied, and this research proposes cost database, influence factor and an estimating method which are three key elements for each task. As an example, reinforced concrete work of residential projects is used. Lastly, analysis of reliability is carried out for the estimating model. Through this research, it is expect that many studies on a sustainable estimating model is encouraged continuously in the future.
