중국의 ‘인터넷 민족주의’와 대외정책에 관한 연구: 사례와 영향

With the popularity of the Internet technology, China’s Interest users rapidly increased, and is ranked and has the world’s largest users. The development of the internet in China, has bringed new nationalism: ‘Internet Nationalism’. This Nationalism has been combined with the Neo-nationalism and the Internet. Internet Nationalism requires the Chinese Government make a strong foreign policy, and they allow and support. Because the Government is now necessary to create a new legitimacy and ideology in order to maintain the regime. This paper is divided into five chapters, first, researched literature reviews and the discourse of internet nationalism, Second, focused on the Case Study: “强國論壇” and governmnet’s internet policy. third, researched the how internet nationalism impact on Chinese strong foreign policy. Now Chinese government is controlling the internet in various ways: closures, warnings and delete, even the arrest and detention. However, Chinese Government allow internet nationalism and use this for strong foreign policy. Internet nationalism has irrational and provocative character and threat to other countries.
허브면 형상의 변경을 통한 초음속 압축단의 공력효율 개선

It is common for highly loaded supersonic stage to have very high relative inlet Mach number. To get this level of inlet Mach number, rotor blade outer diameter or rotational speed should be increased. In the case of commercial turbo-fan engine, it is preferred to make the rotor blade outer diameter large than increasing the rotational speed. But, for multi-stage fan of military engines, overall diameter is often restricted and they are apt to increase the rotational speed. With high rotational speed, relative inlet Mach number is likely to be well supersonic over the entire rotor blade span and the characteristic of the stage is affected with meridional shape of the stage, especially at near hub or tip. In this paper, the aerodynamic performance of two different hub surface shape is compared and it's merit and demerits were discussed.

Asynchronus high speed turbo blower of 100HP class with gas bearing supports is developed. The high speed motor is cooled by air and it's RPM is controlled by high frequency inverter to adjust inlet flow rate. Product family is ranged from 50 to 200HP and covered by three frames. Highly efficient impeller is designed and proved by performance test on system. Overall measured system efficiency is 82% including motor and inverter. The motor efficiency is about 95%. It is designed to guarantee to operate at ambient temperature of 35 Deg.C and max 45 DegC. Gas bearing with high load capacity is developed to support heavy rotor on low rotational speed.
초음속 회전익의 앞전 형상이 공력 성능에 미치는 효과에 대한 수치적 연구

Recently, it is required to design higher stage pressure ratio compressor while maintaining equal adiabatic efficiency. To increase the stage pressure ratio, blade rotational speed or diffusion factor should be increased. In the case of increasing rotational speed, relative speed of flow at blade leading edge is well supersonic. In supersonic blade, total pressure loss is mainly due to shock wave and blade leading edge thickness should be very thin to minimize the shock wave loss. As a result, the blade is like to be week in terms of mechanical strength and the manufacturing cost is very high because NC machining is necessary. It is also one of big hurdle to overcome to make small compressor. In this paper, the effects of blade leading edge to the performance of supersonic blade in terms of total pressure loss. The efficiency of already known method to make thin blade leading edge from the casted blade with rather thick leading edge thickness is also assessed.

A centrifugal compressor of 50HP for reverse brayton cryocooler using neon as a coolent has been developed. It has relatively low total-to-total pressure ratio but mass flow rate is very small and the woking gas, neon, has greater specific heat ratio than air. It was essential to have very high rotational speed of 100,000 RPM. The efficiency of compressor has great effects on overall system and the COP of cryocooler. To meet the dsesign requirement of the compressor efficiency and to minimized the required rotational speed, highly efficiency impeller having low specific speed was designed. To maintain the overall system efficient high, gas bearing of bump type and high speed permanent magnet synchronus motor was developed and adopted. In this paper, design and performance prediction results of the compressor impeller is presented.
