        직무 스트레스가 중소기업에서 근무하는 작업자에게 미치는 영향

        This study aims at providing some basic material to be made use of for establishing plans through which one can reduce job-related stress, through conducting a survey on the sources of stress and then distinguishing its symptoms by the sources. As the methods of the study, we conducted a questionnaire survey of some selected medium enterprises' employees in the National Capital region and analysed the results. The questionnaire was designed by using the dynamic stress model of Cooper and Eaker and consisted of 85 questions to examine the sources of stress, the characteristics of personalities, and symptoms by each type of stress. The total valid respondents were 392 persons indicating 65.3% of the response rate. For analysing the results, a rating scale was used, and the reliability and validity were tested by using Cronbach's alpha coefficient. As the result of the study, those workers in medium enterprises were found to be put under much stress by responsibility, physical environment factors and career development factors and so on. As physical symptoms of job-related stress, eye fatigue, stiffness in their shoulders, headache, worry or anxiety, and waist ache presented most in the respondents. In addition, as behavioral symptoms, chronic fatigue was most indicated. In organizational symptoms, dissatisfaction about the company and lack of self-motivation for the job performance were found to show most. Moreover, the results indicated that the closer personalities to those appearing in persons mostly of type A they had, the more they were put under intensive stress by the vagueness of their roles and responsibility among all the job characteristics.

        This paper describes a new approach to estimate induction motor speed from terminal voltages and currents for speed-sensorless vector control. Tills algorithm is based on Model Reference Adaptive System(MRAS) The proposed technique is simple and robust to the variation of motor parameters Specially, this algorithm is not affected by the variation of stator resistance and It does not require any pure integration at all. The validity of this new approach is proved by simulations

        교대 근무자의 복지 향상 전략을 위한 인간공학적 모델개발

          이 연구의 목적은 교대근무자들의 정확한 복지수준을 평가하는 모델을 개발하여 교대근무자들의 복지향상을 위한 기초 자료를 제공하는 것이다. 연구 방법으로서 선행 연구와 문헌들의 조사를 통하여 교대근무에 영향을 미치는 요소들을 추출하고 2차에 걸친 전문가들의 평가를 거쳐, 5개의 주요소와 20개의 부요소를 계층적으로 구조화하였다. 구조화된 모형에 AHP를 적용하여 25명의 전문가들에 의해 평가ㆍ분석 절차를 통하여 다음과 같은 결과를 얻었다.<BR>  주요소의 중요도는 작업자의 건강(D) > 사회적 서비스(E) > 물리적 작업환경(A) > 인간공학적 설비 시스템(B) > 제도적 근무환경(C) 순으로 나타나 작업자의 건강에 대한 대책마련이 중요한 것으로 나타났다.<BR>  부요소들의 중요도는 금전적 보상(E1) > 작업장 설계(B4) > 수면(D2) > 적정근무 및 휴식시간(C2) > 환기시스템(A4) > 생리적 고려(D1) > 적정과업(C1) > 영양프로그램(D4) > 소음(A1) > 운동 프로그램(D3) > 의료지원 프로그램(D5) > 기계(B3) > 유연한 근무 일정(C3) > 휴식 공간(E4) > 온ㆍ습도(A2) > 조명(A3) > 교육 프로그램(E3) > 수송지원 프로그램(D2) > 재료의 취급과 보관(B1) > 수공구(B2)의 순으로 나타났다. 민감도 분석결과 각 요소들의 중요도를 변경하여도 기존의 우선순위에는 아무런 영향이 없는 것으로 나타났다.   The purpose of this study is to provide basic data for the improvement of shift-workers welfare by developing a model to evaluate exact welfare levels of shift-workers. The factors which influence on the shift-work were selected through literature survey, and structured hierarchically with 5 main factors and 20 sub-factors through the evaluation performed by experts twice.<BR>  Following results were obtained through the analysis and evaluation processes carried out by 25 experts. For the analysis and evaluation, AHP (Analytic Hierarchy Process) was applied to the structured model.<BR>  Among main factors, worker"s health (D) was considered most important, andthen, social services (E), physical environment (A), ergonomic hardware (B), work environment (C) were ranked in order of importance. Consequently, it is essential to figure for the health of workers.<BR>  The order of importance of sub-factors is following: compensatory money (E1) > work area design (B4) > sleep (D2) > work and rest time (C2) > ventilation system (A4) > circadian considerations (D1) > proper task (C1) > nutrition (D4) > noise (A1) > exercise (D3) > medical assistant (D5) > machine (B3) > flexible work schedule (C3) > rest area (E4) > temperature and humidity (A2) > light (A3) > education (E3) > transport support (E2) > material handling (B1) > additional tools (B2).

        교육정보화 사업의 성공 지수 도출을 위한 평가지표 개발

        이 연구는 지금까지 진행되어온 교육정보화 사업을 평가하고 적극적인 성공요인을 도출하여 보다 발전적인 교육정보화 사업의 방향을 제시할 수 있는 교육정보화 사업의 성공 지수를 평가할 수 있는 지표를 개발하는 것을 목적으로 한다. 교육정보화 전문가와 현장 교사로 이루어진 협의회에서 문헌 연구와 협의를 통하여 교육정보화의 성공 요소를 도출하고 가중치를 부여하였다. 연구결과로서 교육정보화 성공 요인을 하드웨어, 소프트웨어, 휴먼웨어, 지원으로 분류하고, 19개 부요소와 54개의 평가지표를 설정하였다. 이들 평가지표에 대하여 168개 문항의 설문을 작성하였다. 교육정보화의 성공 요인들(factors)의 상대적 중요도를 파악, 효율적인 우선순위 설정을 제안하여 정책 담당 부서 및 현장에서 제한된 제반 자원의 활용을 통해 교육정보화의 생산성 향상을 도모할 수 있는 지표를 제시하였다. A purpose of this study develops the evaluation index of education informatization, to devise plan`s course for the growth of education. It has derived factor of success and evaluation of advanced enterprise of education information, until now. We surveyed, field study and consult with the council from experts of education information and schoolmaster. Then, we made a selection weights and successful factors for education informatization. As a result of this study, successful factors of educational informatization has classified into Hardware, Software, Human-ware and Support, which set 19 secondly factors and 54 evaluation elements. Accordingly, investigation executed using 168 questions of those evaluation elements. We grasped the relative value and priorities, developed fruitful model of education informatization by application of various resources which is restricted from the politic office and the field.

        가독성 향상을 위한 자동차 번호판의 형식 및 소재에 관한 연구

        이 연구의 목적은 국내 자동차 번호판의 가독성 향상을 도모하기 위하여 자동차 번호판의 소재와 형식을 규명하기 위한 것이다. 실험은 청색과 황색, 반사식과 비반사식, 1열식과 2열식의 3가지조건에 따른 다양한 번호판 규격을 제작하여 사용하였다. 가독 실험을 실시한 결과 다음과 같은 결론을 얻었다. 1) 주간의 경우 번호판이 2열식 번호판 보다 1열식 번호판이 가독거리가 22% 길게 나타났다. 2) 야간의 경우에는 반사식이 비반식의 경우보다 14.7%정도 가독거리가 향상되는 것으로 나타났다. 3) 청색 배경에 반사식 황색 글자색이 반사식 황색 배경에 청색 글자가 6.4% 가독성이 향상 되는 것으로 나타났다. 또한, 비반사식의 경우에는 청색배경에 황색 글자, 황색배경에 청색글자의 뚜렷한 차이가 없는 것으로 나타났다. The purpose of this study is to propose the improved style and material of license plate, which is the exterior panel of the automobile indicating the legal registration codes, in order to provide the observers with the better readability than that of the current number plate in Korea. For the empirical study, the sample license plates were manufactured on three criteria, such as single or double line, reflective or non-reflective, and yellow captions on blue background or blue caption on yellow background. The results are as follows; 1) The average readable distance of the single line samples plates, in the daytime, is longer than that of the double line ones by 22%. 2) The average readable distance of the reflective sample plates, in the nighttime, is longer than that of the non-reflective ones by 14.7%. 3) The reflective yellow caption on blue background were prefectly read farther away than the blue captions on reflective yellow background by 6.4%. Also, there was no significant difference between non-reflective color contrasted samples; blue on yellow background and yellow on blue background.

        소음이 과제수행에 미치는 영향에 관한 연구

        The purpose of this Study is to confirm the impact of noise on subject accomplishment as well as physical/mental load, and evaluates the effects of noise-masking and earplug. 15 college students participate in the test, and the comparison is performed by executing four projects according to conditional categories of noise environments; control condition, noise condition, earplug condition, and noise-masking condition. Noise in the field site of the H manufacrurer was used as the noise source, the general job aptitude test which consist of linguistic ability, math ability, perception ability, reasoning ability was used as the task of this project. To estimate physical/mental load evaluation, we uesd the heart rate R-R interval, Criteria flicker fusion freguency(CFF) and measured NASA-TLX workload for subjective evaluation. As the research outcome, it is shown that there is a meaningnd difference for the project task score, dropping rate of CFF, the heart rate, and NASA-TLX subjective evaluation score according to conditions of noise environment. Therefore, the impact of noise on capability of subject accomplishment as well as physical/mental load was confimled along with the effects of using earplug and noise-masking.

        제조업에 종사하는 2교대근무 작업자의 직무만족도 평가

        The purpose of this study is to assess the welfare level for shift workers by means of their satisfactions to the jobs in manufacturing environment. As a measurement tool of job satisfaction, we use the JDI(Job Descriptive Index) which can ensure reliability and are widely used. Measurement factors are investigated by means of the duty, payment, promotion, supervisor, co-workers, and general job satisfaction of shift workers. For the application of job satisfaction, 109 workers, 12-hour shift workers in domestic five companies related with manufacturing industry are considered. They treat general facilities in night shift work. The result of this study may be used as a strategic data of welfare policy for improving the welfare level of shift workers.
