2.7vol%TiNi/6061 Al composites with TiNi shape memory alloy as reinforcement were fabricated by vacuum hot press. It was investigated by OM, SEM, EPMA and XRD analysis for the behavior of diffusion layer formation on various heat treatment condition. Thickness of diffusion layer was increased proportionally according to heat treatment time. The layer was formed by the mutual diffusion of TiNi and Al. The diffusion rate from TiNi fiber to Al matrix was faster than that of reverse diffusion path. The more diffused layer was formed in Al matrix. The diffusion at interface layer was consisted of $A1_3$Ti, $Al_3$Ni analyzed by EPMA, XRD results.
Agrobacterium radiobacter K84에 의한 장미 뿌리혹병의 생물적 방제

Severe crown gall disease was occurred in green house cultivating rose in Jinchen, Chungbuk recently. Although it causes problem on rose cultivation, the growers do not have many choices of control measures for the disease now. Agrobacterium radiobacter K84 has been known as a strong antagonist against A. tumefaciens, a pathogen causing crown gall disease, and used as a biopesticide for crown gall in many countries since it had been introduced in 1972. We tested control activity of A. radiobacter K84 for the crown gall disease on rose. Spray of A. radiobacter K84 suspension on above ground of rose either before or after pathogen spray reduced size and fresh weight of galls significantly. Size and fresh weight of galls on roses inoculated with pathogen either before A. radiobacter K84 spray (pathogen-K84 treatment) or after A. radiobacter K84 spray (K84-pathogen treatment) were 4 to 5% of those of galls on roses inoculated pathogen only. Disease incidence of plants inoculated pathogen only was 85% whereas disease incidence of pathogen-K84 or K84-pathogen treatments were 6.7% and 5.0% respectively. Dipping of roots of rose in suspension of A. radiobacter K84 was also reduced size of galls and diseased rate significantly. These results indicate that A.' radiobacter K84 is effective in the prevention of gall formation by A. tumefaciens and it can be used to control of crown gall disease of rose.

This research adapted a phenomenological hermeneutics examine lived experience that performer gained through his own moves. The research contained the following subjects : 1. methodology and characteristics of phenomenological hermeneutics 2. fields of lived experience of phenomenological hermeneutics 3. meanings of this research in physical education In phenomenological hermeneutics research and writing is based upon a subjective analysis of principles and messages, which is achieved by analysis of the text and meaning of experiences. Also a case study coupled with philosophical searching approaches is used in phenomenological hermeneutics. Thus, the application of phenomenological hermeneutics makes it possible to understand a personal and implicit value and a qualitative characteristics of experiences, which can not be achieved by an objective and scientific analysis. Phenomenological hermeneutics is a phenomenological research describing primary experience and a hermeneutics research analysing text and meaning, so the phenomenological hermeneutics is human science. It is concluded that a phenomenological hermeneutics is a valuable research approach of physical education in that personal and experiential approach reduces the gab between knowledge and application.
119와 1339에 접수되는 중독 상담 정보의 변화 비교: 응급의료정보센터(1339) 통합 이후의 소방구급상황센터(119)에서의 병원 전 독성 물질 노출자료 현황 분석

Purpose: The aim of this study was to compare the toxicologic profiles and outcome of poisoned patients by comparing the data obtained through telephone counselling, each provided by emergency medical information center (1339) and emergency dispatch center (119). Methods: We analyzed the telephone-based poison exposure data before and after Seoul 1339 merged to 119. We compared the Seoul 1339 call response data in 2008 with Seoul and Busan 119 call response data between 2014 and 2016. We analyzed the changes in the trend and quality of data obtained, as well as the quality of service provided by each center before and after this reallocation, by comparing the data each obtained through telephone counselling. Results: The data was collected for a total of 2260 toxin exposure related calls made to Seoul 1339 in 2009, and 1657 calls to 119 in Seoul and Busan between 2014 and 2016. Significant difference was observed for age, sex, and reason for exposure to toxic substance between the two groups. Conclusion: After the integration of 1339 with 119, 119 focused on role of field dispatch and hospital transfer, lacking the consulting on drug poisoning. Moreover, data on exposure to toxic substances at the pre-hospital stage indicate that drug information and counseling are missing or unknown. In addition, first aid or follow-up instructions are not provided. Thus, systematic approach and management are required.
