This Study was conducted to present the quantitative data in order to investigate the kinematical characteristics of Mureupdipimu and Nakwhayusumu in Choyong dance. To accomplish the objective of this study, kinematical variables were set up with spent time, stride, height of knee and c.g., body lean, body rotation and the angles of both shoulders. The Subject was one male who is instructing the Choyong dance learner at the National Institution of Traditional Music, and the motions were analyzed using the DLT(Direct Linear Transformation) method of three-dimensional cinematography. The conclusions were as follows : 1. Mureupdipimu The whole spent time is showed 11.926sec and the stride of right foot is revealed 51.4cm. After the right foot take-off, the maximum height of c.g. and right knee come about in 85.1cm and 70.5cm As to the angles, it is accomplished before the right foot take-off that the maximum right knee flexion of 106.6° go ahead of the maximum body lean of 21.3°. And the maximum body rotation of 80° come about after the right foot touch-down. Therefore, it might be assumed that Mureupdipimu expresses first period, intermediate period and last period to be active, mid-active and mild. 2. Nakwhayusumu The whole spent time is showed 3.802sec and the stride of right foot is revealed 39.9cm. After the right foot take-off, the maximum height of c.g. and right knee come about in 86.1cm and 64.8cm As to the angles, the maximum right knee flexion of 119.0° and the maximum body lean of 17.9° take place concurrently before the right foot take-off. And the maximum angles of both shoulders of 115.3° , 111.0° come about at the instant of the left foot take-off. Therefore, it might be assumed that Nakwhayusumu expresses more active movement than Mureupdipimu, and pursues unique expression of knee flexion, arm adduction and abduction and body lean.

The purpose of this study was to see how blood pressure and cardiovascular response are affected to older women when modern dance exercise was conducted for 12 weeks. The intensity of the modern dance exercise was about 40~60% HRR and exercise frequency was twice per a week and during 90 minute. It divided into the hypertensive risk group and hypertension group. And the standard of the hypertensive risk group was made it by the systolic blood pressure 120~159㎜Hg, and the diastolic blood pressure was 80~99㎜Hg. This data was analyzed by paired t-test and pre-test were used as covariates to conduct analysis of covariance between each group and significant level was set at 0.05. The results of the study are as follows: The systolic blood pressure, diastolic blood pressure, pulse pressure, mean arterial pressure, myocardial oxygen consumption, and cardiac output in non hypertension group found to be significant. and the hypertensive risk group were positively affected. This study showed the systolic blood pressure, diastolic blood pressure, pulse pressure, mean arterial pressure, myocardial oxygen consumption, and cardiac output in hypertension risk group and non hypertension group were positively affected.
