        일본의 포도주 생산 합작방식이 중국의 포도주산업 발전에 주는 함의: 중국 옌타이(烟台)와 일본 카추누마(胜沼) 포도주 생산지역 비교를 중심으로

        19세기 말, 일본(1877년)과 중국(1892년)은 서양으로부터 비슷한 시기에 포도주를 들여왔지만 그 발전과정에는 많은 차이가 있다. 일본은 소규모의 포도주기업 위주로 지속적인 발전을 해온 반면, 중국은 소수 대규모로 발전해 오다 중간에 정치경제적인 이유로 정체되었는데 최근에 와서 많은 발전을 이룩하고 있다. 이 때문에 양국 간 포도주산업과 지역의 발전측면에서 보면, 두 국가 간의 이러한 차이의 비교는 양국 간의 포도주산업과 지역의 발전에 많은 시사점을 제공한다. 특히, 현재 중국농민의 권익과 농민전업조직의 필요성이 갈수록 중시되는 상황에서 일본 카추누마(胜沼)지역의 지방정부, 포도주기업, 농가 간 유기적인 포도주 생산과 지역발전을 위한 합작방식은 향후 중국 옌타이(烟台)지역의 포도주산업의 발전뿐만 아니라 농촌지역 내 협력조직체제의 구축과 발전에도 많은 시사점을 주고 있다.

        궤도차량의 동적 피칭에 미치는 고정식 핀(Fin) 및 부력장치의 영향

        In this study, the effect of stationary fin and buoyancy devices on dynamic pithing of the tracked vehicle was investigated. For this work, the stationary fin and buoyancy devices were installed in front of body and then pitching variation was measured when rapidly reducing the vehicle speed in water operation. According to the results of measuring the freeboard at each case, when only fin was installed, the effect on freeboard of tracked vehicle in water was negligible. However, when buoyancy devices were installed, front freeboard was approximately increased by about 20~25 mm and rear freeboard was decreased by about 10~15 mm per each addition of 100 kg buoyancy device. Based on the calculation result of pitching decrease rates, it was found that the pitching variation was decreased approximately 12.3 % by fin installation and approximately 2 % by installation of each 100 kg of buoyancy device. The case in which only fin installation was made showed the best efficiency in decreasing pitching variation of the tracked vehicle in water compared to the other cases.

        폴리프로필렌/폴리(L-락트산) 블렌드 섬유의 제조와 특성 분석

        Spin draw yarns (SDY) of polypropylene/poly(L-lactic acid) (PP/PLA) blends with various PLA contents were prepared using a commercial pilot spinning apparatus. Melt-quenched PP/PLA blend films were also prepared by melt-pressed the PP/PLA SDY fibers or PP/PLA blend chips at $200^{\circ}C$ and quenched in ice water. Thermal and mechanical properties of the PP/PLA blend fibers and films were analyzed by using a differential scanning calorimeter (DSC), a scanning electronic microscope (SEM), and a universal testing machine (UTM). Results showed that the melting temperature of the PP in the blends was unaffected by PLA blending and that PP and PLA crystallized independently. Although the melt-crystallization temperature increased slightly with increasing the PLA content in PP/PLA blends, the amount of PP crystal was not affected. PLA existed as beads in PP matrix, indicating that PP/PLA blends are immiscible. Tensile tenacity decreased and extension at break increased with increasing PLA content in PP/PLA SDY fibers.

        유치권제도의 개선방안을 위한 중요도 요인에 관한 연구

        The purpose of this study was to identify the problems related to the amendment and preservation of the lien system and to suggest a feasible and efficient improvement plan. The Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP) and descriptive statistical analyses were used in this study. The survey subjects were divided into three groups based on their expertise: "Administrative Experts, Practical Experts, and Financial Institution Experts" and compared to find the results. The results show that 1) the procedural aspect was the most important for the large classification, 2) the supplementary disclosure system was the most important for the legislative aspect, and 3) the supplementation of the abuse of the lien report was the most important for the intermediate classification. Furthermore, the study showed that the most important finding was the reinforcement of punishment for the right of false reporting and illegal acts, followed by the registration order system (the creditor alone application), and the registration system (bond, debtor, joint application). The implications and suggestions of this study are as followed. With regard to the current lien system, illegal acts such as false liens and the misuse of multiple reporting were considered as the biggest problems. In terms of the effective improvement plan of the lien system, the misuse of reporting liens and improvement in the procedural aspects of reporting rights should be given top priority. Therefore, the most important course of action is to strengthen the punishment for false liens, improve the disclosure system and make it mandatory to report rights.

        Poly(trimethylene terephthalate) 혼합에 의한 폴리프로필렌 섬유의 염색성 개선 (I) -PP/PTT 블렌드 필름의 제조 및 열적 특성-

        To improve the dyeability of polypropylene (PP) fibers, PP/poly(trimethylene terephthalate) (PTT) blend fibers with various PTT contents were prepared using a commercial pilot spinning apparatus. The PP/PTT blend fibers were melt-pressed at $260^{\circ}C$ and quenched in ice-water to form PP/PTT blend films, and the thermal properties of the blend films were analyzed. DSC analysis showed that the melting temperature of the PP in the blends was unaffected by PTT blending and that PP and PTT crystallized independently. However, the melt crystallization temperature ($T_{mc}$) increased slightly with increasing the PTT content in PP/PTT blends. Synchrotron WAXS analysis of the annealed PP/PTT blend films showed that the crystal structure of PP in the blend films was the $\alpha$-form irrespective of the presence of PTT. SEM showed that PTT existed as spherical particles in the PP/PTT blends and that the particle size increased with increasing PTT content, which indicates that PTT was immiscible with PP. This immiscibility helped enhance the dyeing properties of the blend PP fibers.

        본 논문은 균일 합성빔 구현을 위한 광대역 디지털 빔합성기 구조의 빔형성기 구조를 제안하였다. 선형 배열안테나를 이용하여 신호를 수신할 때 빔을 형성하기위한 수신기 구조와 신호의 합성을 위한 동기 구조에 대하여 제작 구성요건을 시뮬레이션 하여 구성하고 최적의 성능을 구현하기 위한 나타내기 위한 구조를 제안하였다.

      • 우리나라 경관농업의 실태와 발전 방안

        This study aims to search for development schemes of scenic agriculture which has been recently expanded after pilot program of direct payment for scenic agriculture of government in 2005. The main data were collected not only by monitoring this program being carried out in Gochang county which is famous for special district for scenic agriculture, but also by reviewing statistic data concerning this program aggregated by MAF(the ministry of Agriculture and fishery). The result of this study can be summarized as follows; first, scenic agriculture is playing the important role in creating added values such as rural tourism as well as preserving agriculture. Second, direct payment for scenic agriculture must be expanded and supported to the direction of diversification of scenic crops and flowers. Last, to be most important, residents’ participation is essential in enlarging this program by which they can make their villages beautiful and attractive by themselves.

        鴨綠江中․上流流域積石塚築造集團의 存在樣態

        B.C. 4〜3C 이래 鴨綠江중상류 유역의 주민 집단들은 積石塚의 集中築造라는 突出現像을 통하여 자신들의 강력한 正體性과 凝集力을 문화적으로 表出하였다. 臨江-長白地區의 干溝子古墳群축조집단은 家族관계 등 血緣집단을 바탕으로 운영되었다. 이들에게서는 그 生成의早熟性에 비해 持續的성장의 徵候를 찿아 보기 어렵다.禿魯江중류 유역 일대의 다섯 개 집단은 ‘南坡洞집단’을 구심점으로 君長社會(chiefdom)수준인 하나의 地域集團(regional group polity)인 ‘那/國/那國’을 형성하였다. 남파동집단이군장사회를 형성하게 되는 B.C. 2C 말 경을 轉機로 하여 無基壇積石塚에 갈음하여 基壇積石塚이 축조된다. 임강-장백 지구의 樺皮甸子古城과 東甸子古墳群은 하나의 복합유적지인데 6道溝지역의 중심지이다. 화피전자 고성은 압록강 수로를 관리하는 水運驛站의 기능과 더불어지방통치의 據點역할도 수행했다. 良民古墳群은 그 중심 세력 집단의 伸張이 어느 순간 停止되었거나, 중심 세력 자체가 微弱하였을 수도 있다. 혹은 이 지역의 支配主體가 지역적 緣故가 약한 국내성 中央貴族출신일 수도 있다. 長川고분군 축조집단의 중심 세력은 高句麗史전개와 軌를 같이하면서 持續的으로 세력을 유지하고 또 伸張勢를 이어 왔던 것으로 보인다.그 지속적 成長潛在力의 源泉은 그들이 갖고 있는 중앙 귀족세력과의 有機的연관성에서 구할 수 있다. Since the 4th C. B.C. the residents alongside the upper and middle of the Ap-Rok River(鴨綠江), showed their strong identity by concentrating their mobilizing powers to ronstruct the stone filed tomb(積石塚) which was unusual at that times. Among the innumerable tombs in this area, this paper tries to analyse two groups; one is in the upper including the Gan Gu Ja(干溝子) and the Sixth Valley(6道溝), and the other is in the middle including Nam Pa Dong(南坡洞)in the branch stream which is called Dong No River(禿魯江), and Yang Min(良民) and Jang Cheon(長川) in the main stream. The Gan Gu Ja group formed their relatively earlier community from the family base but left no sign of their continuous development. In the Sixth Valley are found the Wha Pi Jeon Ja(樺皮甸子) castles and Dong Jeon Ja(東甸子) tombs; these castles seemed to be the river-transportation managing and regional governing post at the same time. The Nam Pa Dong(南坡洞) group is supposed to have the chiefdom in forming the regional group polity such as Na / Kuhk / Nakuhk(那/國/那國); by this chiefdom stage around the last part of the 2nd C. B.C. this proup built the stylobate style tomb(基壇積石塚) instead of the non stylobate style tomb(無基壇積石塚). In the Yang Min, the ruling group showed no strong power either by some sudden interruption of their expansion, or by lacking the strong ties with the main governing aristocrates in Guk Nae Seong(國內城), whereas the Jang Cheon group continued to keep and expand their potential powers by the strong relationship with Go Gu Ryeo(高句麗).
