건강댄스 프로그램 참여가 여성노인의 스트레스와 우울척도 및 생활 만족에 미치는 영향

The purpose of this study was to investigate the effects of participation of health dance program on stress, depression and life satisfaction in the elderly females. The questionnaires were administrated to 123 elderly females of participation of health dance program of over 60 living in Suncheon city, Korea. For analysis of data, descriptive statistics, Cronbach'α, t-test, one-way ANOVA were applied by SPSS/ver. 12.0. The results as follows. First, in comparison to the pre - and post-participation programs, the elderly women who participated in the health dance programs showed a decrease on stress, depression and an increase on life satisfaction. Second, the stress analysis based on general characteristics showed a significantly influenced subjective health conditions. Third, the depression analysis showed a significantly influenced age. Fourth, the life satisfaction analysis showed a significantly influenced age. The results indicated that it will be used as a foundation for providing mental health enhancement and psychological stability based on the participation of women's elderly dance programs
학교스포츠클럽에 참여하는 중학생의 신체적 자기개념과 사회적 기술이 학교행복감에 미치는 영향

본 연구는 청소년들의 학교행복감에 대한 학교스포츠클럽의 역할을 모색하는 과정으로 학교행복감에 대한 신체 적 자기개념과 사회적 기술의 관계를 규명하는데 목적이 있다. 연구목적을 달성하기 위해 경기소재의 중학교에서 학교 스포츠클럽에 참여하고 있는 청소년 215명을 대상으로 PASW/WIN 21.0 ver.을 사용하여 빈도분석, 탐색적 요인분 석, 신뢰도검증, 상관관계분석, 다중회귀분석을 실시하였다. 연구결과 첫째, 신체적 자기개념의 운동능력인지도는 학교 행복감의 심리적 안정과 자기효능감에 정적 영향을 미쳤고, 건강은 학교행복감의 친구관계에 정적 영향을 미쳤으며, 외 모는 심리적 안정, 교사관계, 친구관계, 자기효능감에 정적 영향을 미쳤다. 그리고 자기존중감은 교사관계, 친구관계, 자 기효능감에 정적 영향을 미쳤다. 둘째, 사회적 기술의 자기표현은 심리적 안정, 교사관계, 친구관계, 자기효능감에 정적 영향을 미쳤고, 자기통제는 교사관계에 정적 영향을 미쳤으며, 자기주도성은 심리적 안정과 자기효능감에 영향을 미쳤 다. 그리고 사회적 기술의 공감은 심리적 안정, 교사관계, 친구관계, 자기효능감에 정적 영향을 미쳤다. The study aims to define relationships between physical self-concept and social skills with regard to school happiness in the process of grasping the role of school sports clubs in school happiness on the part of adolescents. In order to achieve the purpose of the study, frequency analysis, exploratory factor analysis, validity verification, correlation analysis and multiple regression analysis were conducted on 215 adolescents taking part in sports clubs in middle schools located in Gyeonggi-do through the use of PASW/WIN 21.0 ver. The study generated the following results. First, motor ability recognition of physical self-concept had a positive effect on psychological stability and self-efficacy of school happiness, and health had a positive effect on relationship with friends of school happiness, and appearance had a positive effect on psychological stability, relationships with teachers, relationships with friends and self-efficacy. Self-respect had a positive effect on relationships with teachers, relationships with friends and self-efficacy. Second, self-expression of social skills had a positive effect on psychological stability, relationships with teachers, relationships with friends and self-efficacy, and self-control have a positive effect on relationships with teachers, and self-directedness had effects on psychological stability and self-efficacy. In the meantime, Empathy of social skills had positive effects on psychological stability, relationships with teachers, relationships with friends and self-efficacy.

The effects of the dance training program by using a mental image were evaluated by using music and language as the training methods for development of dance motion, which is the most important factor. Thirthy female students, who had the experience of modem dance over 2 years, attended as the training groups by using music, using language, and using control during 3 months. The results of the training of body swing motions were evaluated and the results were followed. 1) In the accuracy of dance motion, the trained group by using language was more developed than that by using music and by using traditional training. 2) In the consistency of dance motion, the trained group by traditional training was better than that by using the training of mental image. 3) In the performance of dance motion, the trained group by using language was more developed than that by using others. And in the theme accomplishment of dance motion the trained group by using was much less than that by using traditional rhythm. 4) In the flowing of dance motions, the most development of the training of mental image was the trained group by using language and the trained group by using music was also more developed than that by using traditional training. 5) In the rhythm feeling of dance motion, the trained group by using music was the most developed and that by using language and that by using traditional training were followed orderly.
